Amazing service. I found DetailMaster on YELP! Arjy instantly responded to let me know he was available. He helped me to get to the website and make a payment. This is such a huge help! I paid before my service and that eliminated all of the fuss of dealing with credit cards onsite or handing over a check. Arjy was super communicative. We spoke over the phone and comminuted via text constantly up until the time of the detail and after! This was by far the greatest service I have experienced. Disappointed would be an understatement to say about the THE WORST car care experience I could have imagined. Initially I spoke directly with the owner, Arjy, to get a quote for my car. After discussing what my main concerns were, shampooing my seats and carpet, we scheduled a time and he quoted me $234.99. When my appointment time came he asked if we could reschedule because of the weather. Of course, out of your control. The morning of my next appointment comes and he asks to schedule out four hours later because they had a different job that morning. A little unprofessional, but I need my car detailed. The techs come out and about 30 minutes in they say they need to reschedule because it had started raining. Again, I understand because we can't control the weather. At my next scheduled time the techs come out an hour and a half late, then ask to go to McDonald's before they start working... They spent about 2 1/2 hours cleaning then I do my typical walk around, but there is dirt and dust in the vents, the inner door cup holders, water marks down the doors. I ask them to clean it and they oblige, however, frustrating that something so basic wasn't done in the first place. I look at my seats and floors and they have not been washed or shampooed in any way. The tech said he wasn't told they were supposed to be. I reached out to Arjy, who asked if we could text about it and later responded that he would reach out to the tech. He and the tech had a VERY loud conversation, cursing outside my house and then the tech gave me the phone and told me to talk to him. Arjy said he would call me on my personal phone. He was not accommodating, made excuse after excuse as to why these things had happened. I was offered for techs to come out to shampoo next week, but that makes no sense considering my car would accumulate dirt in that time. After a rounaround conversation he said the techs would now shampoo my car and Arjy said there were no problems. Definitely do not agree with that. I let him know that that was not acceptable and it had been a terrible service with poor communication and he offered to take $20 off the cost... just about insulting. I'm happy to pay, but I should only pay for the service I contracted you to do. Overall poor and unprofessional communication. Below average cleaning and "detailing." I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Starlight Car Care and both it's owner and contractors. I will not be back and will certainly warn others of my experience in the future.

Arjy just finished doing a buff job on my car today and was amazing! The car was filthy from left over snow and someone hit my car in my work buildings parking lot and of course, didn't leave a note (karma anyone?). I swapped a couple of emails with Arjy and was hesitant about all of the 5 star reviews, but they're legit. His pricing is very reasonable and he works really hard. He's very friendly and will ask for photos before if requesting a buff job - which makes sense. We discussed pricing and schedule about 2 weeks out and he was able to fit me in. Very responsible, super friendly, and will definitely use him again if anything comes up in the future. Trust the reviews, he cares about his work and his reputation. Thanks again Arjy! You're the best!

Arjy, the owner of DetailMaster, is a workhorse who approaches every car like his own. Every surface, nook, and cranny has been deliberated and obsessed over. I. Am. Not. Exaggerating. My car looks better than when I received it brand new. After a trip to BLM Wyoming, my car was inundated with sand and dirt, saturated with food and sticky beverage residues with scuffs all over the seats and doors from car camping. Not a grain of sand was abandoned by the time my car was delivered. If you've ever detailed your own, I assure you, Arjy has you throwing in the towel with his discipline. Best money I have ever spent on a service that has left me downright pleased. Arjy loves his job; he is consumed by his integrity to guarantee satisfaction from every client. His expectations are rarely met when the work is done by others. I would not be surprised if he spends his nights studiously reading up on innovating his skills, he is indeed a master of his craft. Please support him by giving him your business. If you've ever obsessed over a hobby or profession, you're aware of the dangers of burning out. Ultimately, he'd like to train conscientious employees to reflect his standards. A few things can be improved. Scheduling is more variable than realized, I had requested an appointment on Saturday 8 AM and mutually agreed that my vehicle would be picked up between 8:30-9:00 AM. At 9:44, I left Arjy a message about his whereabouts. Arjy returned my call at 9:57, his car battery had died and needed to be replaced. This obviously can't be helped so it would be unfair to criticize his misfortune. However, I would suggest that a more prompt notification be sent to maintain professionalism. The turnaround time to receive my vehicle took longer than suggested, but that's to be expected by someone who is a perfectionist. None of these deterred me from ever becoming a loyal client because Arjy is the type who sees room for improvement and considers solutions.

Gorgeous wood trim I couldn't see before! So clean!

Just picked up our car. WOW. Let me tell you... we just bought our BMW and the guy that owned it didn't take good care of keeping it clean and we absolutely had to get an overhaul clean done. I'm VERY picky with how clean something is and I am Not at all disappointed. He even got the tracks to the seats all cleaned out ( the part that's so hard to get to). It did take a little longer than we expected so do plan on not having your vehicle for the whole day, but you'll be happy with the results. He communicated and was very friendly and professional. We will definitely recommend and use him again. I wish I had before Pictures but imagine dirt in every crevasse and the buttons all sticking because of it.

Washed my car (with no bushes) once after going here and found these scratches all over my car.

Arjy detailed my Honda Pilot today - I have to say I am usually a bit skeptical when I read so many good reviews (after all people have friends). But I have to say I am very happy with the results. The car looks like new and sparkles. Arjy is very hardworking, he spent 6 hours making my car perfect. It appears one of my neighbors had been observing him and hired him for Friday. Arjy did a really good job detailing my car. The seats were really gross after years of grime and use, and I think he did as good a job as anyone could to get em spick and span. Engine compartment looked brand new after the clean. Arjy was very polite and texted me saying he needed more time to complete the clean on the car than anticipated; I appreciated that he was more concerned about doing a good job than just getting me my car back on time. He was very on top of communication, helped accommodate my work schedule, and stayed late so I could pick up the car today after work to surprise my brother! He seems to care to give valuable service. It is only two years old but Colorado UV rays are significant and harsh, and road grime is prevalent. Black vehicles have to be washed a lot in any climate, and the PH level in the car wash detergent really does a number on the finish. We couldn't believe how fast our clear coat was breaking down and we had a lot of swirling. Sean was knowledgeable about the coatings he offers and was meticulous in the process. He came to our home and did the work, so we were able to see the progress all day. We got a number of bids and felt Sean's was very price competitive. He was responsive but not pushy; other bidders were pushy and did not answer specific questions we asked. Our SUV looks brand new again, and the coating should last 5 years before needing to be reapplied with basic care. Snow and ice will roll off very easily now. We won't have to wash it as often and will only need the quick, touchless self-service car wash. We highly recommend FB Mobile Auto Detailing and will use them again and recommend to friends.

These guys lived up to their 5-star reputation. I tried contacting a competing business (Mr. Nice Car) on FRI, SAT, MON and TUES. They had only 5-star reviews and offered a mobile service. I left 2 messages, and over 5 days, never received a call back. Truly baffling. Insert Detail Master. Arjy responded the first time I called - which I appreciated - because I needed a full detail asap. He was very straight forward. We worked out a price, and he arrived promptly the next morning. He continued to keep me posted throughout the day - as it isn't the easiest thing to just hand over your car. Arjy did very well on the detail. Car looks practically new. He was able to get out some stains on 2 car seats that had set over a year prior. He then took some time to offer his nice car wash service, if I wanted to follow up in a month or beyond that. In short, this is as-advertised. Maybe Mr. Nice Car offers the best actual car detail in Colorado. But I'll never know. If you neglect new customers, it becomes a moot point. Arjy is clearly making a concerted effort to grow his customer base - and he's doing it the right way. Win-win. Reasonable price, great service. read more

Based on previous positive reviews and the fact I was looking for someone to come to my house I contacted Arjy and he was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. On the day of the appointment he was kind enough to call and let me know he was running a few minutes late which in my opinion is great customer service; he even followed up the next day to make sure I was happy with everything as it was dark when he finished. After spending hours on the car and sparing no detail our five year old Mazda CX-9 looks brand new. Arjy did a fantastic job at a very reasonable rate and I would highly recommend DetailMaster to anyone. read more

On Thanksgiving Day my wife projectile vomited all over the dashboard, passenger door and floor of my new Tacoma. It was kinda bad. There were also some coffee stains on the driver's seat that had been there for months. These guys showed up at my house in the morning with a loaner car. They took my truck for the day and did a fantastic job cleaning and detailing the inside. At the end of the day they dropped the truck off at my house and we swapped vehicles. The inside of the truck now looks and smells like it did the day I bought it. They were on time for both the pickup and drop off. Stoked on these guys... Highly recommended!!! read more

Arjy: Nice job on my rav4. 4 months in the wyoming dirt fields. Never had a car that dirty. 12 hrs a day. it bothered me . Been looking around for a detail shop that was rated great and not very far from home when i came up with Detail Master. These gentlemen did a wonderful job inside and out. i'm sure they worked hard on the inside. Great guys to talk with also. Arjy gets my business next time for sure. Arjay came to my house yesterday to detail my car. First of all, I love that he saved me the hassle of going to a detailing shop. And he did an amazing job! Based on other Yelp reviews, I was prepared to be impressed but he still blew me away! My car now looks better than when I bought it. He spent hours on it. He is very thorough. He is also very nice. BEYOND IMPRESSED!! Just picked up my Subaru Impreza. I've owned the car for five years and never cleaned it...ever. The interior had years of spilled drinks, food, pet hair. I brought my 2011 Range Rover Sport to Arjy to detail. It had taken quite a beating with work, dogs and kids. He took extra time to do the interior but didn't charge more.
