Then spoke to her co-worker for about 2 minutes in another language. Then told me to pick out my color.... then said "I have closed my register are you able to pay me in cash?" I said "you are open until 7:00pm correct? As it states on your door." She then said "we are closing early today." I said "I can go somewhere else if you prefer." The owner Jade tells me "Ok." I said "you lost a customer for life." I have been going there for 10+ years. Never again and will tell all my friends the same.

Pedicure was super (too) quick didn't do a great job removing all the skin off my dancers feet. But everything was clean and I walked away happy. Went away on a cruise and my gel manicure (OPI do you lilac it) started to turn white after just a few days; it is already worn down in spots and peeling off at the edges (see photo). Not thrilled with the results.

I called again and someone answered and said that the person who does massages will have to contact me directly to book the appointment. They took my phone number yet is has been one week and the massage therapist never called me. I'm trying to get a refund from Groupon. You can't make this crap up! I am appalled that a place of business would do this. It would almost make more sense if it was deliberately a scam. That way at least someone would have put some thought into it. These people are just plain STUPID!!!

Dominic is the only one who really talked to me on how to take care of my hair. I have very baby fine hair and have to be really careful with products and processes. If you ask anyone a question , they will give you an answer and suggestions. Everyone has always been friendly, courteous and pleasant. Dominic tells you about new products and always says " if you don't like it bring it back and we will give you your money back. While traveling I had to get my hair colored. Showed them exactly what I wanted. 4 hours one day and 3 hours the next it was still a blond frizzy, crunchy, uneven mess. When I got home made an appt with Dominic and assistant Gabby. I told Gabby about my nightmare and showed her pictures of similar hair colors. Gabby explained what was wrong with it and how she was going to fix it. Explained that after time it can get lighter and if it does I need to come in and get a darker toner on. Dominic worked his magic with the cutting away dead ends, split ends and frizz. By the time he was done with the cut and blow dry I was in love with Gabby and Dominic all over again. My hair is soft manageable and I don't look like a cheap blonde bimbo. Can't thank you enough for fixing a major screw up and making me feel better about my self.

The team is incredibly accommodating and somehow always manages to fit me in, even when I need a last-minute appointment. Since the renovation, the salon looks absolutely beautiful--clean, modern, and so welcoming. It's become such a great neighborhood spot where everyone chats and feels comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Consistently great service, beautiful results, and a wonderful environment. I'm always happy when I leave and wouldn't trust my nails anywhere else!

Timing was a bit behind relative to my scheduled appointment, but my hair turned out great, and it was well worth having to rush to the event afterwards. I didn't have anything very specific in mind, aside from that I wanted all of my hair swept back away from my face. Stylist Morgan really came through with a creative braided updo, which drew a lot of compliments throughout the evening based on its uniqueness. My one criticism is of the space, which has rather unflattering, almost office-style lighting, the kind that makes you feel haggard sitting in front of the mirror and does not really do the stylists' work justice. I didn't realize just how pretty my hair looked until later when I got outside. In any case, I would highly recommend Morgan for formal styling. Aside from being talented she is also very gentle. I'm quite sensitive to having my hair pulled, and tend to dread professional styling because of it. Morgan, though, had such a light touch that I barely knew she was there.
