My mom was in N.Y. at the time and was having home health care and was not quite ready for PV Gardens. Julie was an angel to work with and was very diligent at getting me all the information I needed to make a decision and was patient and flexible with everything! After going to the facility quite a few times and even talking to people who had their loved ones there, I put down my deposit. But it ended up my mom passed away a month before she was scheduled to begin her new journey to live at Ponte Vedra Gardens. I must say, when I first called and spoke with Shari at Granny Nannies I had no idea what I was…read moredoing or what I needed. After answering all of my questions and concerns I went in to visit their office. Shari and Sandy both are super nice ladies! My stepfather has been in and out of the hospital and rehab facilities since last April 2015, he was being discharged for home and my mother, whom just suffered from a heart attack was the only there to care for him. He is wheelchair bound, with stage 4 ulcers on his back and feet and suffering from moderate Dementia. There was no way she could do it anymore. Getting him home took some time, the hospital would call and say he was being discharged so I would set up times for the caregivers, then the hospital would cancel the discharge. This happened on several occasions, I finally broke down with Shari on the phone because I was once again cancelling their services. Finally, he made it home, his first caregiver was Robin, mom fell in love with her. She and all the rest of the people have been so understanding and loving towards my parents, we couldn't ask for better people to look after them. Currently, their services are being used 24/7 with two shifts a day. The best thing is my mom feels comfortable around them, several have even offered or cooked their meals for them. As this is a difficult situation that will ultimately end with Hospice Care I cannot say enough wonderful things about how Granny Nannies has treated our family. I will definitely remember them if the need ever arises again and would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We have been extremely pleased both with their office staff and the in-home caregivers. Sandy and her office staff have been remarkably helpful, responsive, and patient in dealing with occasional last-minute schedule changes, and have also been a huge help in advocating for our needs with the long-term care insurance company when the insurance company tried to waffle about the level of care and the percentage of the costs they would pay. In the home, both Felicia and Chastity have been hardworking, trustworthy, and eternally patient in dealing with the demands of caring for very elderly, and often demanding patients. We recommend Granny Nannies without any reservations whatsoever.

This facility was originally managed by Civitas and is now managed by Experience Sr Living. It's a very attractive facility. I 'rent' a suite which is one bedroom with bathroom and kitchen. It's expensive (Of course that's in each individual's judgement. In my case, it's base rent (move your own furniture) plus a Level of Care adder so my total is nearly $6000/mo Three meals a day are good choices and consider nutrition importance (ie.fruits and vegetables) i give them high ratings on meals with variety and preparation. Also included is weekly housekeeping/cleaning and laundry. If I had to choose again, I would stay here. I need the care and as a stroke victim, my care is a heavy burden on my wife so she needs support. The staff is well trained and responsive. I've had experience in other assisted living facilities. There have been occasions when I have been angry about issues and I blame the manage. When I started writing this I intended to say, if you are looking for an assisted living facility, stay away from any place managed by Experience Sr Living, but now that I've written it, I'd have to say their pretty good
