To begin, we had a car seat/ stroller that was given to us by a well meaning friend. Upon review of it, Chris immediately said that it did not meet current safety guidelines and suggested that we cut the straps and throw it out, which we did just that! I already felt safer knowing that he was knowledgeable about the most recent recalls and safety measures. Then, with patience, he installed our new car seat and bases in each of our vehicles, at no charge, and gave us a FULL education about the seat itself, how to use it, and so much more information that I never would have expected to learn. Chris is the authority on car seat installs and I would never go ANYWHERE else. I have already recommended him to all my friends and family who are expecting. A+++++++ for the service at Continental. I went to one auto body that gave me a starting estimate of $980 plus more if they found more damage underneath, once they took the fender and bumper off. Next, I went to Scotsman's auto body in Mount Sinai on 25A on the corner of 30 Chestnut St. Scotty came out to look at the damage. He assesed what was wrong and repaired the damage in about 15 minutes. Free, no charge! The shop and premises are clean and immaculate and Scotty was so honest and friendly.
