Went in on a Saturday, unfortunately it's not a kids bowl free day. You can tell the owner invested in the place, the owner seem to continue to renovate the place. We had only one error within the two bowling games we played. They took care of it right away. The drop in the star is for their pricing. I felt the cost was pricey. It is 4.75 per game per player. Two games for two players easily cost you $20 plus shoe rentals. We paid roughly $30 for 20 mins of play. They should have a separate fee for the adults and the kids. read more

We stopped in to play a couple of games on our vacation. Gotta say, even if you may not like the look of the outside, the inside is really nice. There are plenty of lanes, plenty of balls to choose from, and the place is so clean; especially the bathrooms. Someone had told me the bowling alley has the best burgers in Flagstaff, so I had to go try one. She was right! I had the mushroom Swiss burger, and it was the best! The staff at the grill & the bar were friendly & helpful. Someone had the fish & chips while I was there, and said they were very good. Friendly employees, but we never even got to bowl. We arrived and were put on a waiting list. Lanes kept opening up but we were told a League was coming, so we couldn't use them. We waited for 45 minutes, there were 14 open lanes, but they wouldn't let us bowl. So we left. read more

I'm from out of town visiting friends. I've lived in Arizona for 2 and a half years and just now visiting flagstaff. Your bartender TJ may be the worst bartender I have ever had coming from a girl that is in the industry. She purposely ignored us at the bar. She took a good 20 minutes to get our drinks after we told her what we wanted. The scenery is beautiful but the service is terrible. read more

This is the only bowling alley in Flagstaff. Its pretty much like any typical bowling alley. It has a bunch of lanes, shoe rentals, balls to borrow, a small cafe, and arcade games. It also boasts a bar, which is not something you see in every one, which is nice. It's nothing really special. The customer service is good, and the services are good. This place does however have computers that break down more often compared to other places and also messes up your previous turn which can be frustrating. Given that the price is higher than other bowling alleys, I must say, I am not a huge fan of this place. But it's the only place in town to get your bowling on besides a video game, so I guess Flagstaffians will have to deal with it. read more

We had a horrible experience here. The bowling was fun but the workers were extremely rude. When we got home we realized we had left a phone in the bathroom, we called as soon as we noticed and asked if we could come get it. Overall very dissatisfied with this place. First time I came here, they only accepted cash so we had to leave and pick up cash. Just tried to go again and they closed the entire alley down for a private party. No notice on the website? Thanks. Also, dissatisfied with the cosmic bowling experience. They kept the regular lights on the whole time while they had the colored and strobe lights on. Completely took away from the experience. The kids had a lot of fun. We had a bit of a wait because we needed two lanes and it was peak hour. We signed up for their newsletter to receive $10 off. I presented the email at the register and were told we needed to have the printed version. Unfortunately, we are from out of town with no access to a printer. The guy at the register was so kind to call the owner to explain the situation and they still honored our discount. They really need another bowling alley in flagstaff. This is like the 5th time I've gone and something went wrong. Gave it another shot and someone recommended I do the mailing list to get a $10 coupon. Showed them the email I got from them. They wanted me to kill a tree and print it out. This is one of the best bowling alleys we've bowled at, and we are league players in Tucson. The service is prompt, friendly, and not overbearing. The snack bar has delicious pub food at exceptional prices; much higher quality than typical bowling alley fare. I ordered nachos supreme off-menu and there were enough to serve 4-5 people for $8. The bar serves great drinks at good prices. Bloody Mary is recommended. The lanes are clean, scoring well run, ball return very fast and definitely the nicest bowling alley bathrooms. We always look forward to bowling at these locally owned and operated lanes. read more

While the place only has 16 lanes and it seems impossible to bowl some nights because of league bowling, overall I've always loved coming here throughout the years! Prices are somewhat crazy and ordering from the snack bar is ridiculous... you may want to grab a bite to eat before coming in. They have a young lady working there named Jennifer that has got to be the most pleasant employee there, by far! I was behind a family that was having an issue with some sort of discount and cursing her out and this young lady stayed professional and respectful throughout. Employee told me it was a "bummer" when I told him that the pins malfunctioned over and over and said, "that is what happens when you bowl. He told me I should be happy I got to throw extra. Don't bother. In fact, I wouldn't go back if they PAID ME to bowl there. The managment was the rudest I've ever encountered. I actually FELL on the lanes because the shoes hadn't been properly prepared to slide on the floors. I was blamed for being upset about it, a bag of chalk was thrown in my direction and I was barked at, "Try that! It's the best we can do," by a manager (Owner?) with his back to me. The only person who even asked if I was okay was the woman in the lane next to mine. The girl behind the desk was sweet but the two men with whom I had to contend need to get out of the customer service business because they don't have a CLUE! I just arrived here a month ago and was excited to find a bowling alley in town but I will put my ball in storage and not bowl for the next four or five years since this is the only place in town to go bowling.
