Whoever put these two items together is a genius! The chewy, meaty, crunchiness of the cracklins along with the gooey, saltiness of the cheese curds is the perfect combo. It's like Peanut butter and Jelly! Peas and Carrots! Beavis and Butthead! Ok I may have went too far but they are great. The beer is good too. Agile usually has 15 or so different beers or seltzers on tap. What I like about Agile is they don't just have 12 different IPA's (although I am a huge IPA guy) a stout and a blonde. They have all kinds of styles which is a good change of pace. Upon my last visit I had a Stout, An American Wheat, an IPA and a Krystalweisse (German light beer) in my flight. All were really good but the Krystalweisse was surprisingly good in that it was both flavorful and still light. Another plus for Agile is they are in an industrial park that includes 2 distilleries and another brewery. So, get you some curds and cracklins then get shmangled. Just call an Uber.

Bingo is free for paying customers, and I got their #5 brew - Lemon Buffer, a lemon vanilla sour - and the Locked and Loaded Taters. The beer queso on the tater tots was a nice touch! I was indoors for Bingo but their outdoor space looked nice with picnic tables and string lights lit up at night.

You could tell they were short-staffed in the front of house. We had a party of about 25 to 30 and maybe 19 of us left over, once we were allowed to the table, a portion of our party had to leave. Working in a restaurant I could see they were understaffed in the front, because no tables were being seated from the wait. You could kind of see the wait growing, but There was no rotation of tables going in, as other parties left....small parties or large parties. Once we were allowed to the table, you could see the restaurant was about 60% full. As a restaurant manager, myself,I understand. No judgment at all, other than the fact that I was starving. We had one server. Needed 2. Especially with a table of 14 to 16-teenage boys and girls. Again no judgment I have to make those decisions at work sometimes also. Our server was Cheyenne. She did the absolute best she could. She remain professional and calm and she did pretty good under the circumstances. Had we had another server, the flow of service would've been faster. I wanted to order a few appetizers for the kids tables and.probably would've ordered more drinks from the bar, than I did, but she just couldn't get around everybody fast enough. Keep in mind one of our tables had at least 14 teenage boys slurping down their beverages back to back to back. The food was delicious. It was hot. It was fresh. It beat my expectations from my previous experiences at BJ's. No pretzel bites, no pretzel hot dogs, no pepperoni pretzels, out of all sauces besides caramel, etc. Everything tasted good and and the food was warm, but it was a bummer to be unable to buy all the yummies I was interested in that early afternoon.

Pretzel wasn't bad, but they ran out of the kind I wanted and only had what was remaining in the display case at around 6pm on a Tuesday.
