Nail tech was so confused that I didn't want him to take the top layer of my nail off with the electric file since I just wanted regular polish. Always awkward, but got it across. Then, I legitimately watched a grown man (that was an employee) sit right next to the pedicure chair I was in next to the front window and pick his nose for a solid minute straight; as far back as he could get with all the twists. He finally got what he was searching for and flicked it on the ground; and then went back for more. Another almost full minute just enthralled in the video on his phone without a care in the world, digging for the deepest gold. I was literally staring at this point. He then finds more, looks up from the phone, wipes it on his apron and then gets up and walks off, when he sees me looking at him with a horribly disgusted and about to gag look on my face. Next person that came in, he came out of the back to perform their service. My nail tech did give a great lower leg massage, so that was the positive part but he also made both of my cuticles on my big toes bleed quite a bit and then immediately sprayed rubbing alcohol all over them to, I guess try to stop the bleeding, but of course, it felt like fire in my toes. They refused to listen to us and continued to vigorously scrub our tans off. Now we have to go repay to get our tans redone. On top of that the man doing my friends toes made her bleed and was extremely rough. They also charged us an extra $15 when we asked for the $30 pedicure. The workers could not speak English, yes I understand the language barrier but when the guy who did speak English supposedly told them not to scrub our legs... they did.
