Everything about this place was amazing. Our instructor, the drinks, the vibes. My bestie and I had so much fun doing the sip and paint. Even though our piece was on expert mode, our instructor made it easy for us to follow and we had so much fun!

It was my first time here at this studio. Took my mom as a holiday gift. I'm giving it 5 stars because I saw nothing wrong and had fun and my snoopy turned out good 1-the layout of the facility is open. Lots of seats. Had a walk up bar area for 21+ Fun for group to go- all ages 2- Clean- for having so many different kind of classes- it was really clean I thought. Of course the table cloths had dried paint , to be expected. Bathroom, floors, everything was clean 3- instructors were fun 4- music playing

So... My cousin recommended the family check out this paint and sip class after attending a class with Katie previously. 19 of us bought tickets in advance ranging from ages 15-70 (my father-in-law turned 70. He actually spends all of his spare time painting, so this was perfect). Boy did we have fun! My family is a complete handful, so I went ahead and brought the paint instructor a bottle of red wine because she was going to be in for a long night even if she didn't realize it ahead of time. My fiance, daughter and I rolled in a little late (I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL) after coming in from the Stockton Flavor fest (none of us lived local) after we were warned that the event started on time. My family has a lot of questions along with music requests and numerous requests to "turn it up louder." The price was worth way more than the experience we all had. My Dad was in town from GA and he already wants to check out another event before he returns home. Bottles of wine are only $20 and it Shane Doesn't taste cheap. Tip your instructor, don't be over critical of your painting and just enjoy the vibe with fun. We also had fun with the strangers who were on date nights and friends outings. I loved that the music was perfect for our group; but Katie also took into consideration that everyone may not enjoy the early 90s throwbacks. Katie took a few music requests so we also heard some country music mixed in with some Latin tunes

I was introduced to Starry Nite Studios through an event from an animal rescue I am affiliated with. The drag queen bingo event I attended was nothing short of AMAZING! I took my mother, sister, and 2 aunts. Needless to say, everyone had a blast, and the event was for my moms birthday. Not only was that event one to remember for life, they hold shows and events regularly as well as show you how to be your best artistic self. I've done paint and sips before, but the culture offered here is something that cannot be replicated. Not only do they know what they are doing, they know how to have a good time while you do it. I recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fun time where they can be themselves.

Since they have opened I have attended several paint classes, including Mother's Day Events and Pride painting events. My family and I have also attended Drag Queen Bingo. It was so much fun I decided to ask my friends and family to buy a ticket and join me for my 50th birthday last year. Ally was so accommodating and even set up a table for our group. This place is a gem of our community and one of my absolute favorite local businesses to support. What they provide is fun, entertainment, and education in a safe, inclusive, friendly, and professional environment. I hope they stay open for a long, long time!! read more

Ordered supplies this morning and an hour later they were delivered. Wow couldn't believe it. Also, hubby and I did date night a few weeks ago and picked up everything from the studio and they put it in our car. All the supplies, wine and food. Wow! So Fun! This was my favorite of all the paint nite's I have done. We didn't realize it is BYOB and Food, but next time we will be prepared. Excellent instruction and help and I am so impressed with what I painted because I have zero artistic ability. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Starry Night! They have amazing paint classes, kids art clubs, and the best drag show bingo you'll find anywhere around!! Starry Nite Studion hosted a fundraiser for East Bay Animal Rescue and Refuge (EBARR) along with Kitty 911 today. We had a great time with a lot of laughs. We had several children with us and they were able to keep up and made a great painting as well. We want to thank the owners of Starry Nits Studios for making our fundraiser memorable. My husband and I came here for date night and had a blast! We were a bit nervous at first because it was our first time doing a Paint night, but the owner was so welcoming and she didn't take herself too seriously which made us feel much more relaxed. So much fun! We've come here several times just on a whim and a few times we planned it and brought some snacks and wine every time we have had an amazing experience. Amazing staff, relaxing atmosphere and just an all-around good time. We ended up doing my daughter's 11th birthday party and it was an absolute blast. My son and I absolutely love this place. My son has had numerous interactions with the owners and staff of this establishment, with school, private lessons and even summer camp. The owners and staff were kind enough to offer private lessons for my son to work on an art piece in order to enter it into a competition. Ms Diaz is an amazing person! My son adores her. We have also participated in paint night and we enjoyed it immensely. Such a wonderful, simple, fun family night out, or even a creative date night. We will do more art classes soon. read more

Best 9th birthday party ever! I had 6 girls at my daughter's paint party & it was awesome! We had it outside on the deck, no clean up or set up, except for our own decorations. It was a crowd pleaser for sure, super fun! Highly recommended! Ally is great with kids! It's creative & fun! read more

My soon-to-be mother in law and I recently went to one of our first classes here. We went to a pet portrait one not knowing they recommend a few classes before hand. We didn't expect our pictures to come out as good as they did! Everybody working was attentive and helpful and gave clear instructions that were easy to follow. I attended a private paint party at Starry Nite Studios last night. It was really fun. Brandy was our MC and instructor. ‍ She was very entertaining & patient with us. Canvas, easel, brushes, smock & of course paint palette provided and covered in the $39 fee. We had about 20 of us in attendance. A wide variety of music was played before and during the paint session at appropriate times. Brandy helped any individual that needed additional assistance but for the most part her class instruction was enough to keep us on point. Some of us were thinking it would be great to do a couples party with Pizza & Beer. read more

By far the best sip-n-paint place I've been to. Susan was our teacher and she was so awesome. She was very patient, personable, and an all around joy to talk to. They allowed us to bring snacks, which was a plus, and didn't charge us a corkage fee for our wine. I definitely recommend this place and will be back for couples painting. I went for my moms and I had a lot of fun but the only thing is.. is that many of the paintings didn't look like the one posted online even the instructors painting didn't look anything like the original. Fun experience but probably wouldn't spend my money there again. read more

I am not artistic in any way, so I was a bit reluctant to try........soooooo glad we went, I had a blast and I painted a barn! It was fun, Ally was fantastic, music was great, and nice and cool during that heat wave! Gave me so much confidence I already have plans to return. Established in 2016.

Starry Nite Studios was founded in 2016 after having a very popular after school art program at a local elementary school. We love teaching artistic expression to all levels (and ages) of painters! The studio was transferred to a new owner in 2026.

What is included with the price of the ticket?

You get a 16x20 canvas, all the paint supplies, brushes and apron and 2-2.5 hours of step by step instruction included in your $39 ticket. You can bring your own wine beer and food into our studio too.

Our paint parties are for ages 8 and up but your child can participate in “open studio” which is any time we are open! $20 and they get the canvas and paint to paint what they want without step by step instruction

Few examples - * Russian cuisine - Herring with a pickled onion on fresh bread * Indian street food - I was surprised how much I enjoyed this vegan street snack - I would have never ordered anything without meat, and I dislike spinach, but the fried spinach snack was mind-blowingly good. * Mexican - Quesadilla with plantain. Again, no meat but it was soooooo good. * Chinese - Glazed Pork and pork-filled bun I won't spoil the surprise for some of the other locations. And more, and more - Total of about 7-8 places. You won't stay hungry, guaranteed. The walk itself is not challenging; there are no hills to overcome, even though it's San Francisco. Don't wait - Just go!

This place is strange, not in a good way. Based on their website and any other advertising they do, you can tell they use their customers(not sure if they are aware their photos are the main marketing) as well as the paintings they do to promote and build their business. I don't know how legal this is. The whole business is very questionable and plus they are barely ever open. I would take my business to a different art studio that does it all! Not my favourite and wasn't very impressed by the business and their professionalism. read more

What an absolute fun time had by me and all my friends! Painting, singing, good conversation and a little wine! Starry Nite Studios did an amazing job at the event I attended, they were very friendly and helpful! I would not hesitate to attend another one of their fabulous nights! Went here today for the 1:00 with my mom and two of my kids (11 & 6). Ally was our instructor and she was great! Had a really fun time. Super relaxing atmosphere, able to bring food in for the kiddos and was a great time for a Sunday afternoon. They even travel...looking forward to having a baseball fundraiser! read more

She was practically dancing the day she was born…read more K.I.T.A was the first place we tried out, because the other reviews and times for classes didn't work for me. She loved it and she's been dancing here ever since. She took the creative movement class, then went into the ballet/tap class, then tried the hip hop class and back to ballet/tap. I love Ms.Katie, she really takes the time to show and teach the kids the positions and choreography. When she took the hip hop class she didn't enjoy as much as she did with ballet/tap, and I think it was because of the teacher. The teacher was young and didn't seem to know how to actually teach, she may be be a great dancer but teaching the young kids takes patience and knowledge. The kids seemed to be just playing freeze dance a lot during the last 15minutes than actually learning morning. When Ms. Chelsea went into the class and helped this other student teacher out, the kids seemed like they were actually learning and having fun. I was kind of annoyed for a while about that teacher to be honest, but wanted to give her the benefit of a doubt that she can actually teach. But Ms. Katie and Ms. Chelsea stepped in and helped the students understand the movements and choreography they needed to learn. The only reason I gave them 4stars was because of the hip hop class, but overall, my daughter loves K.I.T.A. My younger daughter wants to join hip hop and ballet/tap too. I just wish they had more classes for the younger ones after work hours so I can actually bring them, but I also understand, you can't please everyone. I would definitely recommend this place to others, my girls love them!

Frustrated by the lack of response, I sent her a fourth message yesterday, informing her that I was no longer interested and that I had filed an ADA complaint regarding their handling of the situation. Surprisingly, she responded immediately after I mentioned the complaint. All of this has left my son feeling very disappointed about not being able to attend the class he was looking forward to. We also felt like it was impersonal due to so many kids, teachers, & classes. The move was right for us at the time. Fast forward to my daughter being 7.5 & wanting to take more classes & possibly start competing, back to ECPAC we go! They were very receptive to having us back, there was clearly no hard feelings. Lauren at the front desk is always kind & helpful. I feel like I bother her with questions all the time! The email communication is great as well. We're happy with our decision to give ECPAC another try. It seems that they're always striving to improve which I appreciate. It's funny because one of the reasons we left (too many classes) is the main reason we returned!

All of the Tutu schools are decorated whimsically, with a chandelier and ballet dresses on the wall, to give your little ones that wonderful princess feel. Also, there are 2 recitals on stage per year. They are fun events, nothing too stressful for our little ones. Yes, they teach the ballet moves (pique, rond de jambe, etc) and the older kids use the barre. However, one of things I like the most is that Tutu also emphasizes fun. The music is recognizable instrumental versions of Disney songs. They read stories. Some lessons are like games. They don't turn off little ones to ballet by being those stereotypical strict ballet teachers. Also, the Brentwood Tutu hold free fun events throughout the year, like short ballet performances from the local ballet companies or arts and crafts events for the holidays. My daughter's teacher right now is Miss Kennedy and she's wonderful! She's strict enough to enable the girls listen to her, but she's mostly fun and cheerful. Definitely recommend this dance school!
