You would expect fare prepped by a line cook. Nothing wrong with that at all. Line cooks can burn with the best of them. But Bucks goes a step up. Yes they are Covid sensitive at the very door. The foyer is secluded from the venue incase nudity or scantily clad bodies are a touchy subject. You can order by phone or step into the foyer and order from there. This place has real deal burger specials and a steak special unmatched elsewhere in the DFW except at another Bucks. I pre-order/pre-pay and tip commensurate with the service they almost always go above. If they miss, they genuinely strive to fix it. We usually have a big order from my job so one expects a little detail misstep due to all the juggling they are attempting. Timing steaks to go for me and my co-workers and a venue full of customers inside. Yet they manage with finesse of a restaurant that only serves food and not entertainment. I still think Bucks could do a stand aline restaurant and compete with the best of them. They right now are on the level of Saltgrass, Texas Roadhouse and that market. They are right in there. I recommend buying tickets in advance as their arena gets packed. Checkin starts an hour before the comedians take the stage. They have a bar with some beer, wine and cocktail options. Unfortunately no food here. I recommend having your dinner before coming here. Seats are nice and staff are very friendly. As we walked in we noticed others who checked in before us started writing things on a piece of paper so comedians have some improv ideas to perform. Comedians were very funny throughout the show. The show lasted for a couple of hours. They even brought in a couple of audience members and added them to their show. Overall, all of us had a great time. Absolutely worth it. Ambiance was great. Nice clean restrooms. Parking can be hard to find. There is a parking garage nearby. I think it's free for a couple of hours.

Make sure to get food before, as there aren't too many immediate places to grab food before the shoe. Regarding the venue, it's small and intimate. It has a dive-bar feel, but it is pretty unique. There's a record shop at the back where you can shop before and during the show. The vibes were really cool, and the venue is pretty unique. I've been to thousands of shows and hundreds of venues across the country, and definitely have no reservations recommending this venue. Perfect size, and the sound quality was solid. I only wish there were more food options in and around the venue.
