Some highlights...coffee machine with fresh ground beans on demand to make you anything you select Americano to macchiato , kombucha and seltzer, cold brew coffee on tap, kitchen, coffee and tea bar, it seems laundry service is coming soon, putting green, workout center coming, quiet pods which are great because I can leave my office and use them to take a call if needed. Multiple conference rooms available to be booked, in many configurations...huge board room down to a 4 person round table all with a big TV/monitor for screen mirroring and a huge glass dry erase white board. It has a full service communal copier/scanner/emailing machine with lots of office supplies available for use. Fridge, microwave, snacks and drinks available for purchase. It also feels very secure requiring a security measures to access. I highly recommend if you are looking for an office space for a small office for yourself or yourself and a few employees.

The appetizers were outstanding. From the chips and queso to the wings, and especially the crab rangoon mozzarella sticks (a must-try), everything was excellent. Based on that start, we expected the entrees to be just as impressive. For half of our table, they were. Unfortunately, my son's steak was poorly seasoned and cooked to the wrong temperature. He chose not to send it back because we had already experienced significant delays. I, for example, waited far too long for my steak salad to arrive. When it finally did, it was missing nearly every ingredient except the lettuce, steak, and a single sliced cherry tomato. By the time the kitchen was remaking my salad, the rest of my family was already halfway through their meals. Our waitress continued checking on us and seemed genuinely concerned, but the issue clearly wasn't being prioritized in the kitchen. After my husband asked to speak with a manager, my salad arrived within five more minutes. The manager approached with a lengthy series of apologies but didn't really give us an opportunity to explain the situation. The most frustrating part? The salad was still missing two ingredients. When I pointed that out, he initially pushed back, insisting it wasn't possible because the chef had personally prepared it. At that point, my family had finished eating, so I packed the salad to go. Was the salad worth the wait? Surprisingly, yes. Once it was finally assembled correctly, it was very good. What still puzzles me is that the dish requiring the least amount of cooking at our table was the one that took the longest to prepare correctly. Would I return or recommend it to others? Yes, but with reservations. The food has a lot of potential, and the appetizers alone are worth trying. However, the kitchen's execution and the manager's handling of the situation left plenty of room for improvement.

The noise level was extremely high...we literally had to yell just to have a conversation with each other. Service was also very slow. It took about 15 minutes just to be acknowledged at the bar, and close to 30 minutes to actually receive a drink. When I finally ordered, I told the bartender to make her favorite drink. She made something that included raw egg whites (which I later learned is common in certain cocktails), but it wasn't mentioned or explained at the time. A few hours later, I became very sick...vomiting and dealing with what felt like severe food poisoning all night and through the next 24 hours. After looking into it, I suspect it may have been related to the raw egg used in the drink. Just something to be aware of if you're ordering drinks like a whiskey sour or anything that may include egg whites. After getting our receipt (which you need for the speakeasy entry code), we checked out the speakeasy portion, but the vibe there wasn't great either..pretty must the same as the other part of the bar. We ended up leaving within about five minutes. Overall, the experience didn't live up to the hype for us....between the noise, long wait times, and how we were treated, it just wasn't enjoyable. For comparison, the bar next door, Archibald, felt much more welcoming. Maybe regulars have a different experience, but as first-time guests, we were not impressed.
