My daughter attended this daycare for about a month and in this ONE month, she has a busted lip TWICE, got sick from virus's that were going around (understandable to an extent, but if you're cleaning and sanitizing your facility and having parents come to get their child if they're obviously sick or refusing the child to attend for the day if they're obviously sick, no one else's child should be sick for 3 weeks straight), none of her teachers could explain what happened or why, i never got a phone call about it or was given an incident report for either times and to top it all off, the first time we noticed her busted lip we were told "she came to the daycare" that way and they were just letting us know. I know what my child looks like before i leave her and i wouldve noticed something like that (IF this were this case) but it wasn't and it happened there. I no longer felt safe for my child to attend this daycare so i removed her and let the directors know. On the phone call to let the assistant director know, she sounded sort of nonchalant, didn't ask when it happened or if my daughter was okay, didn't offer to come to a solution or speak to her teachers about it. I always felt uneasy about leaving her there but i figured it was just because it was her first time going to daycare... NOPE trust your gut mamas. Whenever i picked her up she would always cry and run to me and she never looked well kept like they hadn't wiped her nose all day or changed her diaper. These things matter otherwise what am i paying you to watch my kid for ? She attended her new academy today and she loved it from the moment we walked in, forgot i was even there before i left and i can see her on the cameras having fun. I'm glad i made the switch and if you don't want to have to deal with this, you should avoid this daycare and find a place that makes you feel good about leaving your child there. I have a few problems with this particular approach. First off, if I'm paying money for weekly childcare and the directors first option when a child isn't listening is to have the parents come pick them up! Huh?? My 3yo is no saint (whose 3yo is) and she throws tantrums and doesn't listen at times but it is not as if she was tearing the facility up. Numbers were provided to the facility so we can be called, in the event she wasn't listening. Last week I was called by her teacher and I spoke with my daughter and wasn't called again for the day. The director called today and I explained that I would tell to her but all she kept saying was your daughter won't listen to me. The director's English is not necessarily the best as I had a hard time understanding her. When I came to pick up my daughter I was expecting her to be in the front, however, she was in the back with all the kids eating. She (at the time) was not causing any distractions, so if she was that uncontrollable then how was the "licensed" staff able to get her in control. I explained my displeasure to both the assistant director and director. Families work and fortunately I was off to take care of the situation, but in normal circumstances who can mid-morning have the freedom to just leave work. This wasn't the 1st time this happened. And again this was my daughter's 3rd week. I would bet my life that this is not the 1st strong-willed 3yo this facility has dealt with and I'm sure it's not the last. I wished them the best but future potential customers be warned.

My children were always targeted by the staff and owner regarding typical behavior that toddlers have. If you're not capable of handling young children why work there or even own the place? About a month ago my youngest child was not being supervised and was injured pretty badly from a fall, the owner had no clue what had occurred and I was provided an assumption of what was believed to have happened to my 2 year old son. Long story short, the owner Ann Ezumah took her sweet time to half ass respond to my serious concerns as a parent because she was away on vacation. After providing me footage of how it actually occurred it was addressed with no urgency she also never met with me in person only over message and email. What owner do you know does that? Honestly. Fast forward: Now that school has begun only 2 of my children remained there as the older one started Kindergarten. They tried to be slick and continue checking in/out my oldest son to make NCI claims. Fraud. They are a money hungry establishment with more "chill and fun" days that require parents to fund them money for said activities rather than more educational days. Every other week there was something they needed money for at the last minute too which explained their disorganization and lack of care for their students and families that keep their business running. Today they messaged me (yes messaged me) that my three year old son could no longer attend due to "behavior" and even went on to use the words "physical assault" on teachers which is almost hilarious because a 3 year old physically assaulting someone just sounds so ridiculous. Ann, the owner couldn't even be professional as the face and representative of her business to meet with me in person for this matter. Also there is NEVER an accredited director or at least assistant director to bring the students in during arrival. Only teachers and their cook, sounds worrisome huh? I will be reporting them to the state of Texas and NCI in effort to possibly help their establishment turn their unprofessionalism around! So I'm probably doing them the greatest favor and the owner probably just needs some help. Save your hard earned money and research better childcare facilities in the area if you're ever in need and save yourself the headache!!!

DSC uses the tadpoles app and it's a very convenient and user friendly way to interact with his teachers directly as they're always inputting the day's activities on the app and we can write notes to the teachers and office staff.

I can honestly say that I haven't had any problems with the staff nor the teachers. My boys love and are excited to go everyday. I have found the director and the other supporting staff very proactive and professional with every concerns or requests made by me specially having boys with conditions. One of my favorite things is that the school host several events for all the occasions including us parents which is amazing for our family creating those memories with our little ones are precious to us. Also Having the facility run as a preschool has prepared my oldest transition into prek so easily and head in his class. The only thing you can maybe find as inconvenient is the hours run as regular school not a daycare facility or not providing food however it's not a big deal for me. I appreciate the warm sweet teachers. I'll continue to recommend them.

The sheets in the infant room are wash everyday. The teachers send me daily reports of what my daughter is doing. They also eased my transition back to work with pictures of my daughter constantly. If something ever happens to my baby they call, text and send me an incident report. I always know what it is happening and when. The admin staff knows every parent and child by name. They also know what is going on in the families to make better interpersonal relationships with their families. When I drop my daughter off at daycare, I sincerely feel I am dropping her off with family. I couldn't have asked for a better place to put my daughter that I prayed for for so long.

She also asked a lot of questions getting to know our family and we even meet the teachers beforehand. My two year old and four year old both has shown ton of progress since being her. Almost every day they tell me they had fun or love their teacher. My 2 year old was new at daycare and she loves her teacher. I really appreciate the efforts they put in to build a relationship with our family. They seem to really care about their families
