It was unclear whom to check-in with and what we needed to do to prepare. They dropped off some tap and ballet shoes, but no sizes weren't listed and many didn't come in a full pair. It was also unclear whether we needed one or both pairs. The class itself was cute with an initial 20min of ballet then 20min of tap and 5min of choreography. By the choreography, I would say only about 10% of the class was paying attention lol. Overall, given the high cost of classes and inconsistent communication, I'm hesitant to invest in the classes should we ever need to cancel or reschedule.

I expected the associate to be friendly and patiently walk our kids through the steps and boost their energy making it fun as they went through the steps with their slime designs. What I saw was a quick run of the steps, including blenders didn't work, and then that's it. Less than 10 minutes for over $30 per child. I could get that much cheaper elsewhere. Without the experience, what's the point of going to Slime Kitchen? Also, after our group was done, I saw kids mixing their slime with working blenders.
