This is one of the best shops in town for used games, but its definitely the best for repairs. They are pretty level headed with prices and recommendations for any sort of repair that you may need on your console. I stopped in with a switch on the fritz. They were able to take it apart and get it squared away with a fantastic turn around time. My repair was quick, but I was also super happy with the employees taking time to trouble shoot with me and determine that my switch dock was also fried, contributing to the problem with my diagnosis. Either way, I ended up spending a reasonable amount instead of buying a new console. I would highly recommend. read more

They had a huge selection or retro games, the place smells of pizza, and plenty of mini statues. Nate and Michael were extremely helpful and demonstrated great charisma and character. When I brought my 2019 Xbox one Series X in to have the HDMI port repaired I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism during the intake. I brought it in on a Friday afternoon and they quoted me an 8day turnaround. I never heard anything from them on the quoted day. I called back on the 10th day to get a status update. They informed me they had not started the service yet and it will need another two days. It's now the 12th day and they still have not contacted me back about the status of the service. I can't comment on their actually ability to repair electronics because they haven't done it yet. I feel like the professional thing to do would be to notify customers if the service is going beyond the quoted timeframe. I'll update this when I receive the service. read more

I've been having over heating issues with my PlayStation so I took it in for them to deep clean it and to see if there were any other issues. I've had to go back twice where they have held my gaming system for a total of three weeks and they did not fix anything. My PlayStation now runs at the slowest it's ran, continuously overheats and turns off sporadically. On top of that, the workers do not seem to have good enough communication amongst each other as every time I'd go in each worker would have there own version of the story on what they did to "fix" my PlayStation. Don't take your gaming system here to be fixed !! read more

I LOVE this store and frequently visit. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I've taken many disks, video game cartridges, etc here to be repaired and have always been happy with the outcome. They often have a great selection of Sega, NES, SNES, Playstation, etc, etc, etc. On the RARE occasion that they don't have what I'm looking for, they have been able to order it in for me and gimme a call when it arrives. I came in here for the first time needing to repair two game boy color games. One of them I knew was gone, but they still did everything they could and seriously went out of their way to see if there's anyway to save the game. After trying everything they weren't able to, but I appreciated greatly how much they tried. I didn't even get charged for the game they weren't able to save. I took a GameCube to this store after being sold one with a faulty button by The World Games Store (would NOT recommend them) and after 2 days said store refuse to exchange or refund me. After that experience I was left with a sour taste in my mouth but Game Changerz completely turned my experience around. They quoted me $29 to fix the problem however they said there was a two and a half week wait, after saying I would bring it back at a later date due to leaving for a trip in a week they quickly said they would fast track it for me so it would be fixed in 24-48 hours as they apparently make special arrangements for people with travel plans. The staff were so helpful and pleasant to talk to. Could not recommend this place enough! read more

I don't get all the five star reviews? The service is acceptable at best. The selection is not great and like most local game stores, way overpriced. Coming in here, there is just really next to no selection of older, harder to find games and they may let you know when they come in but that could be weeks or months from that moment. When they do have a game the price on it is at least $20-$30 more than you would pay online for it. I am all for supporting local business but not when it hits me that hard. read more

There are games for about every classic system you can think of. There is almost every game system available to buy here! So many older, used games that I had a hard time deciding. But there are also so many new games. When You come here, plan on spending a little bit of time - there is just so much available you will be browsing longer than you think. Not to mention there are rare things as well - stuff I did not know even existed. And I guarantee if it isn't there, he will find it for you. The owner is awesome. Do not go here for phone repairs. They give you a cheap price because it's a cheap service where they use knock-off parts. My iPhone screen broke and they replaced it only to have it break even worse inside the screen within a week. They blamed it on "accidental damage" and claimed it was not under warranty to fix it.
