Moore was a great doctor and since I'm a teacher and had a short time for this appointment, he was very quick.

After paying thousands between me and insurance, then months later said I owed about 126 or more - sent me to collections. Tried calling to work this out to office manager - no go!

I visited Dr. Gamble for nasal issues which were getting worse over time although he had given me…read moresome nasal ointment. My primary care doctor recommended him. As far as quality of care, Dr. Gamble was arrogant and insulting to me. I told him I had sleep apnea and asked if the breathing machine could be causing the irritation and bleeding I was having. The inside of my nose was raw and I had tiny pieces of what appeared to be cartilage in the blood. He told me to stop picking my nose and use a cream he prescribed. I don't pick my nose but I did use the cream according to his directions. I returned for follow up with my husband to let him see that his suggestions were not working. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner and insulted me by insisting that I was picking my nose. At the time of the second visit, I no longer had insurance, being in a waiting period for new insurance. By this time I was having considerable pain and there seemed to be a lot of erosion in my left nostril. He said I would need surgery but we would have to wait until my insurance "kicked in". He was very cavalier, as if it was my problem and refused to put me on a payment plan. I went to another ENT in Frisco who determined that I needed nasal reconstruction. He performed the surgery and found a polyp which he biopsied. It was cancerous. I had radiation treatment and follow-up. Thankfully, I left Dr.Gamble and sought out another doctor. Who needs an arrogant, insulting, and disinterested doctor like Dr. Gamble? I have healed and have checkups to stay healthy.

Great Doctors but staffing & administration woefully lacking. Getting through on the phone always…read moremeans they'll call you back and that takes awhile, perhaps understaffed, maybe still blaming Covid? There is little sense of urgency and concern for patient pain and care by a staff that might as well be working for a car dealer. If your an established patient with a problem or just needing to talk to a nurse, an appointment could still take a month and nurses rarely return calls. Possible their not getting messages. This is a prime example of a company that has grown so fast as to outrun their supply lines. My guess was that Private Equity was involved which usually means growth at the expense of customer service. Turns out in 2001three ENT firms joined forces to create one giant practice; that explains the staffing and customer service short comings. Judging by the last 10 YELP reviews, 8 being one star, I'm not the only person with a problem. Darn shame, mostly good doctors.

**Title: Frustrating and Unethical Billing Practices - A Customer's Worst Experience**…read more I have visited your office multiple times, and at check-out, I was always told, **"Oh, you're good to go."** Whenever I asked, **"What do I owe?"** the response was always, **"It has been billed to your insurance."** I trusted this process and moved on. Then, out of nowhere, I received a bill that was **120+ days past due**, demanding payment. I was shocked but didn't hesitate--I immediately started making monthly payments. At a recent office visit, for the first time ever, I was actually told the balance I owed. I paid for that visit on the spot. But was it even billed to my insurance? I checked my claim statement and saw nothing. To make matters worse, despite my consistent payments, my balance was sent to a **collection agency.** This billing system is completely broken. You have failed me as a customer, and I will never return. I have called repeatedly with no response, no resolution--just silence. This is by far the worst medical practice I have dealt with in years. It feels like a **chop shop--pushing patients through, collecting payments, filing false collection claims, and moving on.** Absolutely unacceptable.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bryan's through multiple location changes and even now that she is part…read moreof a large ENT group vs. on her own or in private practice with other physicians. She is wonderful! She is educated and handles complex patients without turning them away, and even does many of her procedures in-office now whereas years ago I had to do outpatient day surgery. I trust her, and since she has worked on me so many times I have recommended her to friends and even my partner sees her now for his snoring (I also sent his brother to her for a similar issue and he loved her too and had the procedure done very quickly). The only downside is the stuff you see with most large practices these days: TERRIBLE patient portals (why do they make these things so awful - even the doctors complain about them!), playing telephone with a bunch of receptionists and MA's so by the time a nurse or your doc calls you back the actual message is completely different and they're confused, and booking out appointments with an extended wait time to see YOUR doctor vs. whomever is available all over the state when you need to see them for an emergency (though that last bit is a little better now as she is once again able to set aside time for emergency patients and you can get an appt. within 2 weeks vs. many months if you have, say, an ear infection or something). There are also weird billing issues between wherever their billing center - which may be outsourced now, I dunno - and communications between the offices. Also, if you need to contact the office outside of normal business hours they do have on-call docs who rotate, but getting through to the answering service can take forever. However, if you need a good ENT with a great sense of humor, who is not afraid of working with patients with rare diseases, chronic illnesses, etc. who has one of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced, Dr. Bryan is who you should go see. Plus she also takes Medicare if that is something you require - though make sure to check first as I'm not sure if they still accept NEW patients with Medicare after all the changes in 2025.

Went the next day and saw the PA. She indicated some redness in one ear but prescribed no drops. When we tried to get a new appt or at least have a script called in, that did not happen. All in all a huge disappointment not only in the office staff but the PA as well.
