I've been a regular customer here because the laundromat itself is clean, well-maintained, and the…read moreattendant is always courteous. Unfortunately, a recurring issue involving a commercial cleaning company has made the environment increasingly uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe feeling. On Tuesday mornings, a commercial cleaning crew regularly occupies a large number of machines at once. 15-20 or more, which makes it difficult for regular customers to access machines during busy hours. My larger concern is the behavior I personally observed from one male worker associated with this company. I witnessed him repeatedly standing extremely close behind customers, particularly women and elderly customers, while they were loading and unloading machines. At one point, an older woman visibly turned around in alarm because of how closely he was standing behind her, and the interaction became confrontational when she reacted. The overall atmosphere felt aggressive and uncomfortable rather than respectful of shared public space. The company is also washing heavily used commercial cleaning materials like mops and dust mats in shared machines, which many customers may not feel comfortable with. I previously attempted to contact management privately about these concerns and never received a response, which is why I'm posting publicly. I hope management addresses both the excessive commercial machine usage and customer safety concerns so the laundromat remains comfortable for everyone. I will never come back here again.

They have spanish speaking signs and workers. They offer cards to use on the washer and dryer machines. When you put $20 on a card you earn $2 dollar extra credit! They also reimburse you with what's left whether you buy or borrow a card to use. Cheapest load is $1.75 for a one load, $3.00 for a 3 load, $4 for a 4 load, $7.50 for a 8 load. Drying is .25 cents per 10 minutes. Everything usually sets within 30 minutes. They keep floor clean. Always have two t.v. on. One playing Disney movies, the other on a Spanish channel. They have vending machines, few arcades to play. Free complimentary water! They are not responsible for lost items, but if you remember you forget something, they will sometimes hold it for you. I left my towels once and they held that load for me. Super grateful. Definitely come to this place to do your laundry.

Their biggest machine (8 loads -$9.25) fill up FAST since there are only two of those. However, the next size washer (6 loads - $7.75) there are 7 of those. All other washers on premises range from 1 load & up. There is ALWAYS someone on site and you'll always catch them cleaning. Change machine, vending machines, and even a store is present where the attendant will break your larger bills or you can buy snacks and or laundry needs. My only gripe(s) isn't even with the laundromat itself, it's the area. As someone who's lived in the area I know what to expect but it constantly smells like weed outside and unfortunately it drifts into the laundromat especially when they leave the doors open sometimes. My second gripe is parking. The laundromat is situation in a small shopping center with Walgreens so you'll find parking but it might not be as close as you want.

What a lifesaver!…read more After a long day, our dryer at home stopped working, and we still had a load of wet clothes that couldn't wait until morning. It was already around 10:30 PM when we started searching for a laundromat that was open late. We found Arrow Coin Laundry, loaded up the car, and got there a little after 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, the doors had already been locked, and we thought we were out of luck. Then Maria, the manager, came out, listened to our situation, and was kind enough to let us in since we only needed to dry our clothes. Thanks to her kindness, we were able to get everything dried instead of waking up to moldy, smelly clothes the next morning. On top of that, the laundromat was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and all the machines we used worked great. It's obvious the staff takes pride in keeping the place in excellent condition. A huge thank you to Maria for going above and beyond. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you ever need a clean, reliable laundromat with people who genuinely care, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
