I was really tired that morning so I guess that parts on me for just reading what I want and ordering it, but as someone who's work in the service industry you also clarify what the customer would like. The next day, they put up a hand written sign: No Toasted Bagels So I'm always lerry when asking for extras. Except the bagel guy asked me so I feel relaxed. I pour myself a cup of delicious French Roast Coffee and my bagel is ready. The bagel is perfect. It has a nice chew, just a little too big but thats my personal taste.
