I would note however a quick drop off may not be possible due to parking challenges since it is a busy area. Also if your label has any issues (my toner was low on a printout) you will have to email them the label PDF (they can't just print out a new label based on the tracking information). So I did find that to be annoying, especially since they already charge for a new label. I don't think it should be that complicated but I hope it is for a valid reason. The folks are usually helpful and diligent so no complaints there.

Even when I lived in Logan Square and had another UPS location that was much closer, I went out of my to use this Rittenhouse location because it was always more pleasant and efficient. I've been dropping off packages at this location for years, and I've always had a positive experience.
