A one stop shop for all of your shipping needs! Campus Copy is a shipping center that is extremely convenient for dropping off FedEx, USPS, and UPS packages all in one trip! Extremely reliable! I have never had a problem with my packages not getting delivered. Additionally, the staff at Campus Copy is so kind! :) They always offer to tape up my packages. You also don't have to pay to use the tape, which is not the same as other shipping locations. read more

I've used Campus Copy Center many times - both for work and for personal needs. This place can usually get the job done for a pretty decent price, and the work does come out looking nice. The downside to this place is that they're usually understaffed, and/or that the staff are just not very polite and/or caring. I wouldn't go to Campus Copy if you only have a couple minutes to spare... I've gotten party invitations, resume copies, and large banners created here. Normally I give Campus Copy 5 stars. Lamont is incredible. But I came in today and there were three female employees behind the counter perched on the paper shelves, talking about their apartment leases and ignoring customers. Several people (including myself) walked in and had to wait for them to notice us and help. One customer actually piped up and asked if they really didn't see her and one of the employees said she didn't! They were just sort of...hanging out. Very disappointing. I want workers to be able to sit and be comfortable but they were totally oblivious to customers. read more

Been here for photos, printing, and copying and I'm always in and out with little to no hassle. 2$ card minimum but my orders are usually just over that range so it's all good. Great hours, since they're open so late, and that's when you beat the crowd. Trying to go in in the morning when people are all rushing to print things for the day is a headache. Bring the things you need to print on a flash drive to make it quick, because they charge per minute on the computer if you take a while. The staff were to the point, except when I took my photo for a passport. That day, they were helpful and fun and answered my questions and still made it quick and easy and let me retake my photo as many times until I liked it! They overcharge you (basically scam you) for printing. They charged me for using the computer for 4 minutes when I only used it for LESS than 1 minute. By the Kinkos next to here, they have coursepacks here from the professors (Wharton excluded as they have Repographics), and they can copy various things for you (or you can copy them yourself). You can also get copies for school groups, etc., here. Some of the regular packing supplies can be gotten here, too. UPS / FedEx shipping available, too. Hours are limited, though. read more

I love these people. I was running late and desperately had to ship out a package so I ran as fast as I could to this store and arrived at 4:01pm on a Saturday, 1 minute after they close. The doors were already locked but a kind gentleman let me in anyway. The shipping for my package was prepaid but I still had to tape up the box (it was quite heavy and had fragile items in it) and as with most post offices/shipping centers, I expected to pay for a roll of tape and do it myself. The nice thing about this spot is that they offer a wide range of services related to shipping and printing. I have come occasionally to ship packages or documents, do some printing, and pick up some large printed documents in binding. However, they should still be your last resort because they are extremely slow and seems more expensive at meeting your needs. Generally if I go to a USPS or UPS, it seems to be cheaper even though I'm asking for the same service. USPS and UPS also gives better receipts with information and tracking, while these receipts are printed off a random slip of paper that just has your total so if you need your receipts to be reconciled or anything, would not recommend campus copy. Also, they don't have clear lines for services so you have to flag down employees who are typically not at the front; the several times that I have visited, no one is standing behind the servicing tables, especially for shipping so it takes extra effort to find someone. I also just wrote and finished this review as I wait for someone to service me in a fairly empty store at 1:20pm during Penn campus in the summer, so it shows they aren't very quick or attentive, even though they are decently nice when they finally attend to you. read more

Came here to get last minute prints in resume paper. They have a decent variety of resume paper available. Took me 5 minutes to pull up my resume on their computer, have it printed, and paid. As a Penn student who often prints out posters / flyers for various clubs, Campus Copy Center is an inevitable staple in my life. It's pretty unfortunate, but extremely convenient, especially because they're open late on weekdays. The pricing isn't awful, and the facility itself is spacious and well-organized. However, the service I've had to deal with at Campus Copy has been consistently awful. Even if one other person is in the store with me, and there are five people working, it will still somehow take an hour for me to get whatever I need printed, because the employees don't want to help for some reason? Legitimately, printing out, say, 100 flyers should realistically take 20 minutes MAX, not 1.5 hours! I just always dread coming here, because, though the services are thorough and good-quality, it just takes an enormous amount of time that I don't have. read more

I have mixed feelings about this Campus Copy Center. Positives: It's open pretty often, even on weekends, which makes it great for when you need some documents printed last-minute in time for Monday. Prices are average for a print shop. Obviously, higher bulk means cheaper costs, so it's best for when you have a lot to print. You can also set up accounts or just decide to pay each time, so it's pretty convenient if you have multiple groups to make prints for. Prints do come out pretty nice, too. Negatives: The service is so-so. People there know what they are doing, but they usually take their time when working on your documents. I always think it'll take at max 30 minutes to get something done, since it's not many copies, but it takes at least 45 minutes to an hour each time. Also, I'm pretty sure they didn't print enough last time I went - I asked for 100 copies and I only see 80. They charged me for 100 copies, too...Also, if you want recycled paper, they don't have that - I wasn't looking for it, but another customer was asking and they have 100% cotton paper but not paper from recycled materials. read more

Since Kinko's and Fed Ex became boardroom lovers, Kinko's became pretty DIY and pretty overpriced at that. That being said, I have taken my fax/copy/print services to college print shops, starting with this one - hence the name. Things were all fine and good until recently, I noticed that the service had detiorated and the prices had hiked up a bit. The place now has all these rules about customers paying with cash, customers not using cell phones, customer disasatisfaction, etc etc etc. Meanwhile, the employees are discussing customers' appearance openly, playing paper-ball basketball, and really carrying on like the chimps in those careerbuilder commercials. As a result of this, I have taken my business to Drexel Copy Center, which is probably a little out of the way to some, but much cheaper, and certainly much more efficient. read more

Went here to get something printed for work after I called around for a few quotes. They seemed to be the cheapest around, even though I had to rent a Philly car share to get there. It was extremely disorganized. You have to load your document and send it to a printer yourself on one of their two computers, one which was being occupied by someone's backpack. I wasn't sure exactly what to do so I almost sent 100 copies to the printer instead of the 1 I was supposed to. The guy who was helping me also gave me attitude. I understand that because you have green hair you are obligated to be all emo and angst-y, but keep that outside of work. It was cheap, but I don't think i'll be back. read more

Absolute rip-off. The guy who rang me up charged me over $11 to mail an envelope containing a pair of jeans to NYC. He refused to give me a breakdown of the cost (such as weight, type of USPS delivery, etc) and as I was signing the slip told me that they charge more than the post office... No kidding, the guy actually told me that they were overcharging as I was signing the credit card slip. First class service right there. Just go to the post office or print the slip on USPS.com. Fastest passport pic ever. I walked in during my lunch break...do you guys do passport photos? Immediately was placed in front of the passport wall and was shot about 3x before picking my fave and printing it out. I got 2 prints for $12.95 (give or take a $1) that I received in less than 10 minutes. Note - you can't smile in passport pics...I guess since my past two were from being 16 and under they just thought awww little girl you can smile. But this time around, no go. I guess I'm an adult now and I need to be super serial for serious. I ended up with a toothy serial face...and it's gonna be there for 10 long years. read more

They turned around the poster within about 4 hours, and when I went to pick it up, the quality was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an extra bonus that I could then ship right there! Came here to get passport photos -- BANG -- was in and out within 15 minutes. No frills place that also isn't trying to gouge and rip people off. They even ran a couple xeroxes I needed for free. I'm usually not into the "small business" myth and prefer big chains because they can offer employees benefits and consolidation produces certain efficiencies stemming from economies of scale, but I'll make an exception for the copy industry. Ever been to a FedEx Kinko's or UPS store. Yeah, you know what I'm talking about. Blech! read more

That said, there's not much to doing this stuff so if you make sure you oversee everything it's fine. Just don't leave anything to chance; make sure you supervise whatever it is you want done from start to finish. Yesterday, I went to the Campus Copy Center to print a return label for a US postal service package. It was simple, easy, and quick. Then, I noticed they also ship items through FedEx & USPS. What a wonderful experience shipping the returned package and another larger package I needed to have boxed. Anthony was super helpful. CCC's only saving grace is their location (for me) and the nice guy that was working there when I stopped in on Saturday. I can honestly say that I've used this location many, many times for dropping off FedEx and UPS packages and many, many times they have told me that a pick-up that day is imminent. Many, many times have I been deceived. Honestly, I just wish that they would issue a disclaimer when they tell you that they're awaiting a pick-up. I mean, honestly, I know for a fact that if you call 1-800-PICK-UPS and request a pick-up, they will be there that day (unless it's after pick-up hours or you don't have an account). If you're a drop-off location like CCC and you have a butt-load of packages sitting behind the counter that are waiting to be picked up and it's getting late in the day, please, for the love of the little baby Jesus, call the darn courier service and ask them to stop by! And what's more, call them specifically if you've just told a nice, young lady that her package that she has just dropped off on a Friday afternoon with a Saturday early morning delivery will definitely go out that day! Besides my most recent fiasco, I've had other issues with this place. They are unfortunately utilized at great length by UPenn and seeing as I work for the University, I can hardly avoid their reach. However, I've managed to shake them completely, save but for the times I need to get UPS items to a drop-off (about which I'm happy to say I have learned my lesson). If I'm printing and copying anything, I simply head over to Fedex/Kinko's (a few blocks away) for all of my needs and they have been exceeding helpful and gracious - a far cry from CCC. read more

In short the service is extremely rude, inefficient, and unknowledgeable, and their prices are ridiculous. When you first walk in, they have passive aggressive signs everywhere. "We will be glad to help you as soon as you finish your cell phone conversation" The lines are long, and it takes forever for them to do a simple task. I always end up spending over 30 min here just to print one color page. They charge a$10 "consulting fee" to just resize your image for you before printing it out. They printed one of my images to PDF, causing it to lose resolution, and when I complained they told me my original image was poor resolution. When printing something on card stock, the printer jammed and ripped the paper, and they still tried to make me pay for it, justifying it by saying that I was going to trim the margins anyway. Definitely agree with a previous reviewer who likened this place to a cage full of chimpanzees (although they might actually do a better job). Never taking my printing needs here again. read more

Staff were very helpful with the print job that I needed done. They offered to cut my prints for me as I needed them cut into quarters and boxed them for me! I wish I could give this place zero stars. The service here is absolutely terrible. Unfortunately, it is often the only place nearby that I can mail a package, so I don't have a choice. If you go here be prepared to wait in line for at least twenty minutes. When you finally DO get your turn, don't be alarmed by the miserable employees who mumble and have no trouble showing how much they do not like their jobs. Today was my first time ever at this place. I called up in the morning to make sure they were able to scan paintings. The man on the phone also asked me what size the paintings were, which is thorough. That's good. When I arrived I was approached by one of the workers. I asked for a test scan. The scanners were nice and clear, so I approved. Told him to scan the rest and upload it to their computer, so I can place the images on my USB drive. The guy struggled for about 15 minutes getting the images right. They kept being cut off. The guy didn't look like he was trained to scan different sizes before. Then FINALLY he asked me what size the paintings were after 15 darn minutes. Smh. Also I had to keep asking where the file folder was at on the computer he never bothered to tell me. He acted like I've been here before, clearly I'm lost. He kept having me stand there searching. Yes, they price you on how long you are on the computer. That was frustrating! Do your job and direct me. There was no courtesy or concern what so ever. After twenty more minutes of trying to get these images correct, everything was over and I decided to take whatever. I was semi satisfied. I wish he asked for help. I did not plan on standing and waiting that long. Bad customer service and no sense of urgency. Their computers are mega slow and terrible! I had to try a bunch of computers just to use my USB. One computer wouldn't eject my USB the right way and he told me to just take it out.(You can screw up a drive like that. Damage can be caused to the files if you don't eject properly.) Does he own a computer? Never again or maybe I should come back and ask for someone else to help me. I can't afford to have screwed up art images if I'm trying to sell art, They need to retrain their workers. A hot mess. read more
