I was reluctant to go here because it's a bit out of my way, but it was a Saturday and I was desperate. I arrived and only had a short wait before being taken to the back. My first impression was that it's a huge space with lots of rooms. So incredibly clean. The nurse took my stats and showed me to a very comfortable room that had two chairs and a table. I liked that I could sit in the chair while waiting for the doctor. The doctor came in, was very friendly and professional, and wasted no time getting to work. They were able to do a strep and flu test and in no time had my results. When I left, they gave me Rx (I had strep), and a get well bag. When I got home and opened it, it had chicken noodle soup, a face mask, some tea, hand sanitizer, cough drops, and tissues. My visit was Saturday and they called me tonight (Monday) to check up on me and to see how I was feeling. All this, and they're "just an urgent care." Amazing. Every time that I have come here the wait has been unbelievably long!! I have sat in here today and seen two waiting rooms full of people 10 or so come and go. One receptionist has been to lunch and back and I am STILL WAITING TO COMPLETE A DRUG SCREENING! I arrived at 11:55 and the current time is 2:26 and and I am finally leaving!!! Would give 1 star but can't. So came for pre employment drug screen and Before they called me back I had to pee 2 times and I Told them when I checked in that I had to pee real bad and wouldn't be able hold it long , so when they finally called me back I barely could pee and not near enough to fill up the cup to what I had to and so they said I can drink some water , but I wanted to go to my car real quick just to get my McDonald's fountain coke and drink that because I know it will make me have to pee quick , but I was told, if you leave the building, it will be considered a Refusal, which is BS, I was only gonna be gone maybe 2 minutes just get a big swig of my coke at My car to drink my coke , since I couldn't ,I drank a whole bottle of water and it took some time then finally let them know i had to pee and was told to wait and sit down they will tell Me when they ready for me and I said I can't , the same thing is about to happen that did earlier , me having to pee before they call me back and go instead in the main restroom and then when I get called back can't pee enough for the drug screen so after standing at the counter for several minutes I finally got called back, and luckily it was enough to do the drug screen but when someone says hey I can't wait why can't you just give me the cup let me pee then do whatever else afterwards!!! read more

VERY VERY SLOW!!! I went in for a pre-employment screening ONLY. It took 2.5 hours for them to let me pee in a cup. If you have the option go somewhere else for your screening. read more

I went to this concentra Thursday July 28 around 3.45pm after falling in a store, The front office staff were really nice and professional . However the encounter with the doctor was just ok , until after she left the room, In the hallway I heard her asking if I was an employee of the store? when she was told that I was a customer , she said why are we seeing her, am not suppose to see her, at which time, I heard a female staff said yes we are under the workers comp, a male staff was also there talking and he said oh yeah they come here with their fake falls. I said nothing to them , since am in the room and did not want to start arguing.About 15 minutes later the nurse came in and said , the doctor wants you to take Ibuprofen , when I told her that I do not take this medication due to stomach issues, , she said take it with food, I responded to her that I am a RN and am telling you this medication messes my stomach at which point she said " I don't care". She further said the doctor wants us to wrap your foot and put on this boot then come back tomorrow, the X-ray technician already left. At which point I told her I can wrap my foot. My pain level was at a 7/10 which was told to them , and all the doctor can give me was Tylenol . Being a nurse I know if someone falls and they are in pain and the foot is swollen, if no X-ray is done yet to determine whether the area is fractured or not , a splint should be applied first to avoid further issues. None of that was done and to make matters worse, the doctor Oclla Michele Fletcher wrote on my discharge paper, since it it not work related there is no restriction and I can go back to work that day. I could not believe this gross negligence and un professional behavior . Is this because they think anyone that falls in a store is faking it? Or is because I have an accent? Or is this because I was dressed different ? Not to mention that am of a different skin tone. Whatever the case when patients come in your office ,you are suppose to treat them as you would like to be treated. I had to go to the ER after few hours because the pain was unbearable . I had to call the concentra the next day to report the issue. read more

LOOK WHO'S ALL GROWN UP! I have always thought of Concentra as that place to take your pre-employment screening or to get a work injury examined. But times have changed! They are not just about Occupational Medicine, they can perform X-rays, labs, vaccinations, medical management, routine health concerns etc. They have a really nice physical therapy room as well. I was really impressed. It's like a full service clinic. Who knew? Some of their specialty services include medication monitoring which was the purpose for my visit today. This took 7 hours and involved me just chilling as they monitored my daughter's vitals. During the time that I was there and going in and out, I never witnessed a full waiting room and I never saw the same person twice. They move you through quickly and efficiently. The reception area is nice as it is divided into two areas check in and check out so that the process runs smoothly. Staff is warm, friendly and professional. My only challenge was not having Wi-Fi. Yes, you heard me right, no Wi-Fi. Actually, they move you out so quickly that you really don't have time to use it. However, for those clients who have to stay for an extended period of time, it would be great. Overall, a great place to go when you are not feeling well or need medical attention. read more

Dr Pratt was AMAZING and nice. They called to follow up with me twice in the next few days too. I would recommend this clinic to anyone! read more

Came in around noon on a Saturday with my daughter. Only waited about 20 minutes. Very nice staff and they even gave her a care package with chicken soup, tea and candy with her Tamiflu prescription. Highly recommend them. read more

When my employee encountered an issue with the service provided I had to call in and inquire about it. The staff was incredulous that a mistake could have been made. When informed them that losing a medical record was a HIPAA violation I asked to be transferred to the supervisor. The center director Loriann Massara was extremely confrontational and dismissive. Her customer service skills are non-existent. Avoid this location like the plague. read more

Smh...terrible care at this facility today...I was referred to them by the VA as an eligible clinic I could walk in for urgent care...waited for over an hour for the girl at the front desk to put my information in the system (as I sit in pain) she then says she is having a problem over riding the insurance payment in the system, said she was new, I politely suggested maybe she call another office to find a resolution, she then said all of the other offices are busy but she then called a different office who explained to her how to bypass the system which took care of the problem on her end so that I could be seen... so I sat in the lobby for over an hour while in pain for no legitimate reason simply because the intake girl at the desk did not call and ask for help... then the doctor sees me and all he can recommend is a heating pad for treatment....smh, total waste of my time today, going to tell the VA not to recommend that Veterans come here....come on urgent care facility, you have got to do better than this for your patients! read more

If you are hurt or sick, this is the place to go! They have a very friendly staff who wants to help. The providers are professional and take great care. I thought I had a bad cold. After xrays and lab (peformed right there in the office) I was diagnosed with pnumonia. Prescriptions were filled, orders were followed, and I started feeling better within a day or two. The nurse even followed up with me! For urgent care, I would recommed no other! read more
