Something as simple as a tuxedo absolutely would not do. So, since I doubted that I would ever have need of a morning suit in the future, I thought it best to merely rent one along with a double cuffed turned down collared shirt. So it was this that brought me to Novias Bridal, assuming that besides wedding dresses and taking care of wedding plans they most likely suppled formal wear for men. When I arrived I found that you couldn't just walk into Novias. There is a doorbell button which I pushed, but nothing happened. However as I was leaving, someone came to the door. I asked about renting a morning suit, but we seemed to have some misunderstanding between a morning suit and a tailcoat suit. But it sort of got beside the point as they don't seem to carry anything like that and would have to find out whether or not a supplier had them and then order. So, I gave that up but while there I saw an amazing selection of wedding dresses which, of course, I envied. A young girl was looking one over, a dress I really liked and know that I would certainly look far better in it than her; and probably more deserving of it too. Don't you agree? So for wedding dresses and wedding planning they seem to be very good, but for gentlemen's attire whether you're going to a wedding or be in a wedding they don't seem to have much.

I was recently in a wedding as the best man and had my suit fitted through Men's Wearhouse…read more Unfortunately, when I went to pick it up the day before the wedding, the suit did not fit properly, which created some last-minute stress. That said, Sam stepped in immediately and did everything he could to make it right. He worked quickly to find a replacement suit that worked in time for the wedding and was incredibly helpful, apologetic, and focused on making sure I left satisfied. During the event, a button popped off and I had to sew it back on myself, which added to the frustration. Overall, the experience could have been smoother, but I truly appreciate the effort Sam made to resolve the situation. The store also refunded a portion of the rental price, which I felt was fair. I don't place blame on anyone -- these were unfortunate circumstances -- but I do want to recognize Sam for going above and beyond to take care of his customer.

Well, I tried on two nice looking jackets in size 52 and could not even close the jacket. The rep informed me that size 54 in their inventory of sports jackets is non-existent. The issue is my body type since I'm between a big & tall store and the Men's Warehouse. They have short sleeve shirts and pants on clearance at $19.99 and under. Helpful staff but need some larger size offerings.

She tells me that some guy? the owner? is helping another customer and will be with us soon. We go around the small showroom looking at items that are displayed. Beautiful items but not really what we were seeking. When we entered there was one other man sitting on the chair waiting. After 10 minutes of waiting, I walk back to the bride next door to make sure she wasn't looking for us and was aware that we were next door. I walk back and almost immediately, the man on the couch and another man leave. I'm assuming they were doing a fitting? The man/owner chats with the woman but neither one approach us. We wait another 10 minutes (based on timestamps on pics taken of the bride.) The young kid with me is sitting near the display cases growing more bothersome about the wait. (How many 9 year olds really want to spend a Saturday afternoon trying on formal/semi-formal wear? Still they never approach us. I go back to the woman and ask will the wait be much longer. This is when she asks me if the groom is purchasing a suit? When I say no she says that she is unable to help me?? They tells me they won't have suits ordered in time for the young boy? (I hadn't even told her the date of the wedding.) At this time, the bride and maid of honor walk into the door assuming we have found something. I walk everyone out. I've experienced better.
