If you're looking for a nail BAR, this isn't the place for you. My sis and I were down the street looking for a nail bar nearby. But they only offered water and soda. That was a little bit of a letdown. The nails were mediocre. The stars is given for the best foot rub I have ever had though! read more

I have been to this salon many times and really liked the service. Unfortunately I will not be returning after this. After my manicure I was in so much pain that I could barely hold the steering wheel to get myself home. I immediately washed my hands and applied Neosporin. This is what they look like almost 4 full days later... During the service I appeared concerned by the pain and she said "I know it probably hurts. Your cuticle is overgrown. I need to cut it down" I am praying that they used clean tools and products on me! They were the sweetest workers, and really did great work, but I cannot go to a salon where I leave bloody after. read more

They are super super friendly. I went there last minute to get my nails done. I just moved here. Couldn't find anywhere that I wanted to get my nails done. I sat down with Kim take it along French tips. And she was so sweet and so nice she offered me a drink. She offered me food because my stomach was hurting and I was working all day and haven't eaten! Honestly, they make you feel like you're at home everyone there is just so kind! I am definitely coming back right to Kim! I came in for a gel polish change and they charged me $28. that's half a damn pedicure!!! I will never be returning. $28 is just about the cost of the fucking polish alone!! My first time and last time coming to this nicely furnished dump. read more

This nail bar is great. I'm from out of town and decided to get a gel pedicure and pink powder acrylic fill. Nick did my pedicure and it may be one of the best pedicures I've ever had (I get a pedicure at least once a month)! He completely took his time and shapes my nails perfectly. This is a great spot for pampering. Whether you are looking for a manicure or massage, this is the right place. The prices are comparable to other nail salons. An added plus is the full bar with a great drink menu. Did I mention all cocktails are complimentary and unlimited?? Yes FREE. Everyone was very professional. The nail techs actually take their time when completing your pedicures. They have about 10 different pedicures to choose from including a foot massage. There are at least 20 chairs set-up for pedicures. The nail services range from Acrylics to gels. This was a relaxing experience and I will definitely return. read more

Attention to detail and great customer service? Heck yes! LOVE my gel nails and they are perfect. Serious. I have very small nails and they go deep into the sides of my nail skin(which is very difficult for many nail techs), and they're perfect! I wasn't a fan. First, when I walked to my chair, the lady put my tray up and it was covered in nail shavings that went everywhere. Clearly not wiped before I sat down. Then the man who did my gel manicure was super rushed and didn't apply polish to the tips so I can see the edge of my nails. I even had to ask for him to fill in a couple after he was finished bc I could see my nail through the polish. Also, this was the most non existent hand massage I've ever gotten with a gel manicure. He basically put the lotion on and then left. I won't be back. read more

Decided to give State Bridge Nail Bar a try after getting a referral from a friend and co.-worker. After a long week, I was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure and manicure. My mom and I arrived around 1 pm on a Saturday. The nail bar is quite spacious with lots of pedicure massage chairs. I liked the fact that they spaced their customers out given the COViD concerns. All the technicians were wearing masks. We were seated immediately and selected the Organic Pedicure which includes paraffin, hot stone massage, an invigorating mask and nail care. Both technicians took great care, did not rush and really made sure every step was done with excellence. Anna made my feet feel fantastic and Mimi's manicure was flawless. i live in california, and i'm not saying anything about it. i have come here multiple times and loved it when visiting my sister in law. today was absolutely terrible. i am 18 years old. and i got absolutely scammed today. i choose number 2 for pedicure and it says $30 but had to pay $60 i got my acrylics and my old ones removed came out to be $60 again and i didn't even get french tips. the man who was doing my nails made them uneven it's bending down messed up on french tips multiple times so i told him to just not do them anymore. i came back after paying because this was not okay. i have been getting my nails done for a long time. and i have never had to deal with worse customer service in my life. it was either get $30 back or my nails removed or re done. i couldn't get a full refund. and you will see in the pictures it is absolutely horrendous. i left with half done nails, nails already chipping and slanted. mimi was not budging even though she wasn't the one who did my nails. the worst nails i have ever had. i do not recommend. (my toes look even more messy there was gel and glue everywhere on my actual skin.) read more

I tried this place for the first time today, loved it! I was greeted with a warm welcome and as my nails soaked off I was given a short , but nice shoulder massage. The massage was very surprising because I've never had that given to me at any other shop in the area. The nail tech ( Mary ) was very detailed when it came to shaping and painting my nails. Also, this salon has TONS of SNS color options. I'll definitely be back soon. :) read more

Tucked in the corner of the Goodwill shopping Center, check this place out. This little gem of a nail salon is so sweet. Full off very nice people that are happy to pamper you, this is my go to nail place! I'm a pretty simple customer. I get gel on my toes and SNS on my nails. Who do you see there? Well, anyone really. I haven't had a bad experience yet and I've been going for years. Mimi, the owner, is a favorite of course, but I've enjoyed my experience with everyone there. If you do happen to get a manicure from Mimi, I'd go ahead and pay for an extra massage because she has magical hands! Are you a stressed out mama? Her hands on your neck and shoulders will relax you! I promise! They always offer you a drink! Like the other reviews have stated, they have fun drinks :) They want you to relax a stay a while! Just remember that everyone there is human. They're not machines that can replicate every instagram nail post that you show them. They will definitely try their best though! Ask for what you want, show them pictures, and communicate your expectations. Have a drink and smile for your experience. I've been going here for years. It is a popular nail salon in my area. I've had a few instances recently where my acrylics broke shortly after application but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, this last time I went a nail tech ripped my real nail. (Picture below). I needed an acrylic removed & she used another nail to quite literally rip off my acrylic instead of soaking it. She was being rough and I yanked my hand back a few times & stated that it hurt. The last time I took my hand back, she again grabbed my hand, used excessive force to remove the nail and RIPPED MY REAL NAIL. After, she made a sound and mumbled "Sorry." This could've been prevented if she wasn't being lazy & trying to rush. My original set was from this same salon so there's no reason why this method was necessary. My nail was stinging as she continued to apply product on top & drill. She was still being rough & cutting up the sides of my fingers. I spoke to the manager, Mimi, after she was done and informed her that the lady ripped my nail. She made excuses and said that once product was applied, my nail would be fine. She then offered me a measly $3 discount. I will not return. As a nail tech, you should know to NEVER use excessive force to take off a nail when you have supplies to remove it properly. I am so disappointed in the service. I am even more disappointed in how the issue was handled. They will never see another dime from me. read more

I have been coming to this salon for almost a year now. If you are not happy with the result they will fix it for you with no problem. Very friendly and customer oriented. I also bring my Mom here when she is in town and she is always pleased with her pedicure. Only problem is the high turnover of nail techs. When you find someone you like, that does a good job, they wind up going to back to Vietnam. read more

I'm very new to the area coming from California and had been on the hunt and sooo glad I found State Bridge Nail Bar. I made an appointment via yelp after hours of research and received a response within 15 minutes. Made my appointment for the next day and received a new set, and gel pedicure.And it's been 4 days and everything is still on point! Everyone knows the truth of quality work, you'll know after 2 days and I'm still very happy. The couple that run the shop are all so nice, very patient and work so well together to keep their customers happy. I was there for some time since I requested more then one service same day and witnessed their team work. The shop is well kept, clean, and very welcoming. This nail bar is under new management and boy do they have big shoes to fill. The customer service was horrible. I called ahead and asked for MiMi, the Guy name SON was yelling saying everything is new she's not here. Confused when I went in I asked for any familiar face considering I had been going here for the past 9 years. He started yelling again saying I told you on the phone. His delivery was so rude another customer got up and left because she didn't like the way he was speakin. I paid $81.00 the receipt read $50 for nails, $28 for gel polish and $3 add on. I got a solid color so he basically tipped himself and that I didn't like. He didn't even give me a chance to tip him. Mimi and her staff will truly be missed. They made sure they took care of their customer. read more

Mimi overheard that I had a babysitter and in peak hours during a busy shift stopped what she was doing to take care of my nails. She did a great job. This nail shop is tucked in the corner of the goodwill shopping center on states bridge road between dominos and goodwill. I've passed this place a billion times as I work in the plaza next door and I finally decided to drop in. They usually run a special which they post signs for outside of the storefront and to my surprise, a yelp check in gets you 20% off your first service as a new customer. I opted for the SNS manicure with tips added which was $40 before my discount. Upon being seated, i was offered a glass of wine (already winning me over) i started with the manicure portion of my service. I'm not sure of the name of the woman who did my manicure but she cut my cuticles on my thumbs too low which caused bleeding :/ literally the only negative thing about my experience. Mimi did the SNS on my nails and I am very pleased with her work. She only added tips to my broken nails so that they had a more natural look overall. She works quickly and precisely! I will definitely be back to see her AND to top it all of, they have a punch card! Visit 10 times @ $20+ and you'll receive a $15 coupon. I'm all about a deal! read more

I love this place!!! I decided to go on a limb and try a new nail salon. My nails desperately needed a good mani/pedi. I had Le do my nails and he was terrific! They are in the process of expanding next door and will have new upgraded chairs as well. The renovations should be completed sometime next month. They have wine here which is a bonus but also offer soft drinks and water too. They have spa liners...a must these days. No cuticles bleeding and they even do a neck/shoulder massage as well. My nails look so good. And I liked the music here, a mix of 80s/90s/2000s. I feel so calm and relaxed. Truly what I needed today after my long run in the humidity. When I tell you I'm in love with this place, I'm so serious! I was immediately taken care of when I walked in. I received an SNS manicure and a gel pedicure. Kim did my manicure and Anna did my pedicure. These people obviously care about their work because it shows. I told Kim I wanted a natural look because of my job and she helped me pick the right color that matched my skin color perfectly. I also wanted a 3D sugar design and Mimi did it wonderfully. Sadly I have to completely change my views on this business. I quickly became a regular and didn't mind dropping $66 bucks for a mani/pedi. But I draw the line with scammers. When doing my supposed gel set I noticed she brought all of the regular acrylic powder and liquid dip materials out, only with an extra bottle of clear coat polish....ohhhhh k. I'm just taking everything in trying not to micromanage because I have a habit of jumping the gun and being completely surprised in the end. Ride it out Tianna.... Long story short she literally does a regular acrylic set ONLY SHE SEALS THE NAIL WITH A THICKER CLEAR COAT, THIS IS NOT GEL. After some light research and visiting another local salon I learned this a common practice of untrustworthy establishments. They'll never get my business again. read more

I went to State Bridge Nail Bar with an appt. for the first time. I got off work early so I came in 30 minutes early but they accommodated me immediately. It looked like they were really busy but they didn't refuse or made any newcomers wait long. I had seen pink and white SNS ombre online and had wanted to try it. While soaking off the SNS I already had, Kevin took the time to explain what the SNS service included and I love how he was honest about the pricing and the upcharge ($5) for getting ombre before doing the work. I have been to places where every little thing was charged (i.e color removal) but the information withheld until after everything was done. I'm glad this was not the case here. I went to this nail place one week ago and the owner or manager (Mimi) was very rude and I was overcharged for just a polish change for my feet and nails. I have lived in Alpharetta over 10 years and never have received such poor customer service and be overcharged. Mimi had no excuse for overcharging me. Please ensure you are charged the right price. State bridge nail salon is located in the same plaza as Goodwill. I decided to stop by a month ago after work and I like the service. This is my second visit at this nail salon so far. I had gel color done with Pin. He did a good job for both visited. The color stay nice for 3 weeks. Disappointed with their work today. In the beginning the lady (I think her name is Jin) who got it done for me put the wrong color on my ring fingers. So she had to remove them and redo everything. While she's working on fixing them, she keep speaking in her native language which I have no idea what's she talking about. But she seems a little bit moody while redoing them. I noticed that she missed painting the edge of my nails about 5 of them look uneven. I went in to get my gel manicure fixed today. Kevin and another lady owner provided me a warm welcome. They made sure that I will be happy about the service this time. Pin is the person who redo my manicure and as always he did a very good job on removing the old color, get my nails filed, repainted them. So I definitely keep going back there and also recommend yelp users to try them out!! read more

Tareylon is a pro, and after the numbing was put on for 20 minutes, it just felt like a little vibration. A teeny bit of a pinch as it wore off, but not bad at all. I didn't have to over communicate the look I was going for...she just talked to me, tuned in and NAILED IT. I am over the MOON! Once I sat down, she continuously said she wasn't sure if she could do the style I wanted and that she can just "take them all off" if I didn't like it. This already made me feel unsure about it and she later told me I could come to get a free touch up. This was a nice offer until she texted me the next night trying to reschedule that too. If you book here, maybe consider their issues with time management.
