They were quick, 2 guys went over my car. Again both were courteous and professional. Very thorough, I thought I wasn't going to pass because they looked over my car more meticulous than other places I've been to. I thought maybe I've been flagged for something wrong. Highly recommend going to them. I was in-and-out reasonably quick during a very busy time.

When he tried to get the bolt from the dealer , it was no longer available nor could it be ordered. So he ingeniously created a bolt to secure the part making the car safe to drive The station provides incredible service as well. The station is a busy beehive with numerous workers pumping gas, checking your oil and water, cleaning your windshields and if you wish, washing and vacuuming your car. Today's visit ended a bit disappointing because for a car wash that costed $46, my car visibly still looked dirty. I've included a picture as proof. I noticed Casey had one staff working in the garage. While sitting in the lounge, Casey informed me that my tires didn't need to be rotated, but showed me how dirty my filter was and offered to changed it. I approved it. Before I was charged she asked if I had a coupon and if I needed a receipt. I was honest with her that I forgot about the coupon (I had this printed & ready when I visited the N. King - I remembered I left it in my work bag). I didn't need the receipt because of how happy she was nice and helpful with me. I WAS WRONG! After I drove off from this location, I went home to Kalihi, visited Target Salt Lake, then Kapolei's Wet n Wild. As I left Kapolei's Wet n Wild, I see multiple lights & warnings on my Dashboard (SEE PHOTO). I heard a weird noise, so I restarted my car. The lights & warnings continued to stay on & as soon as I get onto the Freeway, my car started jerking. I immediately pullover to the side & shut off my car. I began sobbing because I could've risked my SON'S LIFE. Luckily, he did not see me crying because he was taking his nap. I felt like a panic attack coming onto me so I called this location several times. Sadly, it was difficult to get through to them. I drive a preowned 2024 Toyota Limited Rav4. The change out took 2 full days that i had to pick it up on the third day. This was much longer than anticipated. They said it wasn't an easy change. Anywho, I paid the amount quoted and left. Up to here was all good. Strange but when i got in the car I did notice my glove compartment was open. Got home is where i discovered someone was in the back side and rummaging through my things. What are they doing in the back? Thought some tools were missing but later found them buried, As far as I can tell, nothing was taken. but why, why, why is someone going through my stuff and in the glove compartment.
