They start asking for ID's very rudely, I went to my car to grab my girls ID and they started arguing with my girl telling her she cannot have a blanket nor water bottles. I really appreciate how they've landscaped the ground so that the vehicles are tilted upwards and we can have great views while comfortably laid back in our seats. It's not luxurious, but it's low cost and good wholesome fun. When we went, it was $9 per adult for 2 movies. They have 2 different screens so it's nice to have options. The snacks are also low cost, but I was disappointed in the quality of the cheeseburgers and mini donuts quality. So, we just bring our own meals and snacks. The bathrooms in the concessions building are clean but are old and full of rust stains. However, it's still better than the portable toilets.

Now, after almost two more weeks, I still have not received a response. I prefer to not do business at this theater in the future, as they are not very concerned about customer satisfaction. It is rude to repeatedly ignore communications from their customers.

It didn't feel super dirty, but it also didn't feel especially clean, fresh or updated. The maintenance and upkeep could use a little more attention to make the environment feel more of a quality experience. ie: the family bathroom changing koala look like it's been on the floor for a long time and the paint / cleanliness of the walls were showing the mileage. Customer service was polite enough and the visit went smoothly, just not memorable enough to give a higher rating. I was planning on signing him up with the paramount theatre in downtown, but he moved away. He is so handsome he will make it on the big screen if he wants. The snacks here are expensive, but the popcorn is worth it and the larges allow a refill that we usually took home as one huge thing of popcorn is more than enough to get a person or two maybe even three through a 90 minute movie. The seating is extremely comfortable. I have been going to the movies since I went in 1st grade to watch Hagrid take Harry away to Hogwarts.
