Oh this place is lovely! And perhaps the only orchard left that doesn't charge an entry fee. We brought our 2 year old here to see some farm animals and it didn't disappoint. We got there when it opened and it wasn't overly crowded. They had a mix of activities including a farm store, apple picking, food trucks, bouncy ground, corn playpen, big slide, farm animals, corn shooter, and looks like sometimes live music. I biked here with a group of 16. We enjoyed lunch and brought some apples home. The carmel apple brats were really tasty. We enjoyed talking with Teri, the owner. It was a beautiful day for a bike ride and the orchard was a huge hit. read more

Went here with a group yesterday. Had a great time. Food was really good. I highly recommend the apple fritters and the caramel apple brat. Parking was free and plentiful. They have ports-potties for restrooms that were well maintained. Things were overall very organized, and entry was free. My only complaint is that prices for things in the market seemed a little steep. $3.00 for a single plain apple, or $7-8 for a caramel apple, almost $30 for a bag of applets, etc. read more

This is a great orchard for little kids and families. They have farm animals to feed, small corn pit, hayrides, zip line, apple launcher, the water pad jumpy thing etc. The nature trail is very cute and fun. On weekends they have food trucks and live music. Activities were on average $5 per activity. They had samples of different apples. It was very busy but not cramped and plenty of seating. The cheese curd and roasted corn were just as good as the State Fair. read more

Round two at Luce Line. For $6 you get access to most of the orchard, a tractor ride and general use of property. They have a carnival dog/corn dog truck on site and also sell burgers and brats with home made apple slaw (amazing). We arrived at 10 and it gets busy on beautiful days. I highly recommend the hay ride to the corn maze, the corn pit for kids, petting the animals, touring the barn, They added home made sangria and lemonade this year but I didn't wait in line. They have hot donuts and pastries for sale in the front of the bars and produce, apples and knock knacks in the back and inside. There is a fun walk along the back of the property that tells stories of the tornado and history of the farm. Great staff, nice family we will be back - fall, gotta love it in Minnesota read more

Luce line orchards is a great place for fall activities. The parking is across the street and there is overflow parking in a field. They have parking right next to the activities for people who are older or are handicapped. They have plenty of porta potties throughout the area. There is a cost for the different activities, but admission into the place is free. They have nice walking trails and 2 areas for the animals. They have a draft horse and some cows. They have a petting zoo area with mini horses, sheep's, goats, and chickens. They do pony rides on the weekends and hay rides. They have a cute corn maze, fun slide, go karts, playground, basketball, teeter toter, apple sling shot, corn shooter, corn pit, big pillow, zip line and a pumpkin to swing in. They also have a store filled with goodies. They have food on site also. It's a really nice place to go and the staff are very friendly. I recommened this place for a family fun day. read more

Whelp, I'm disappointed. The orchard grounds, parking are fine. I ordered a brat, which of course I thought would resemble a grilled brat. Not. It was steamed, just sort of warm, it was flavorless and kind of gross. Was it pork, chicken, turkey? I have no clue. If I hadn't been so hungry I'd have trashed it. Music: Ladies from the Eighties: 80's covers. Uh, not so much. the first 10 to 15 songs were from the 60s or earlier, not kidding. Why would a cover band start with all non-decade music. It was basically a garage band. Snore. I like the location, but I'd only go back if I was seriously looking for apples. The entertainment was not worth the trip. The rest of the nonsense is exactly that. read more

This is a really nice orchard. Busy, but there's a reason why. We didn't even pick apples and there was still plenty to do. The property is beautiful and overlooks a native wetland. They have a ton of different food and drink options that you don't normally get at a rural apple orchard. Try the caramel apple brat! My favorite MN apple orchard! It's a great place to spend as much time as you have available; walk the nature trail, visit the animals, have some food and drink, and eventually pick up some apples and other goodies. I especially appreciate that it is dog friendly! I now live out of state (Alaska) but this is a must do when I am back for a fall visit! read more

Such a fun and awesome experience. So much to do for kids and adults. We come every year with my daughter's Girl Scout Troop and we stay for hours doing all the great things they have. From the corn maze, hay rides, apple slingers, hay mountains and many more. The food is great too. Well worth the drive out to spend a day. read more

We have been too the luce line orchard about 10 times over the last 2 years. Never once have we been let down! It has really grown this year with lots of new additions! The food is amazing made there and take and bake! Lots to do for kids of all ages and adults as well! Terri and her family do such a great job keeping the Hay rides, corn maze, animals, food, candles, trails, corn box, and of course the apples well maintained, stocked, and fun for everyone! A wonderful experience for my fiancé and his best friend. The people running this place are some of the kindest humans you can meet. In such weird times they made our time here feel as if we were with family. The apples are delicious and easy to pick, the trail is stunning with the changing colors of fall, the animals are well taken care of and playful, and the food was fantastic. Get a brat with the Apple/Onion slaw (so delicious). We will be making this our yearly tradition to visit as it is the best Apple Orchard we have been to. We made some purchases at the shop and got a few beautiful candles that are made in the Midwest and some awesome spicy snack mix. Their shop has an incredible selection of goods, apparel, food, and really anything your heart desires at an orchard. They also do a cute plant swap and really commend them for bringing communities together. If you're looking for an Apple orchard we not only recommend going here, but truly going no where else. This was our second year to Luce Line Orcharcd. This family owned orchard is a special place! It has a peaceful walkway, you can enjoy the beautiful scenary, you'll find pleasant surprises along the way. They have the ladies touch with flowers popping to brighten our smile. Rope swings that invite you to be a child again. Comfy rockers to relax in while watching the lazy creek go by. The people working there make you feel like part of the family. The food is amazing! To eat there and take home. The gift shop has many cute choices. Frozen apple pies, jellies, hand dipped caramel apples, honey butter and of coarse yummy apples! There are many activities for adults & children. We went and next thing we knew, it was evening. Time to find out for yourselves, it's a beautiful place to spend a day with or without kids. We really enjoyed this place for their apples and for the petting zoo... it was pretty adorable that the kids could go in and hold baby goats! The steer and the bird variety is quite impressive too. I was disappointed there was not a lot of food for sale. There was a food truck there, but not really offering what we were looking for. The store is sparse but the apples, pumpkins and prices were good. read more
