I want to start by saying the folks that work there are very nice and attentive. Now, the bad... don't get me wrong I love beer but that's basically what the station is dedicated to. Not a lot of choices except beer and candy and nothing that is remotely fresh. I can't believe I'm complaining about too much beer but I do kind of expect more. Also, they finally paved the parking and driveway thank Heaven because it was looking like a war zone for a while. Gas prices were really good, some of the lowest I've seen in CT. It's a tiny station, but clean and well organized. I decided we needed a snack and went inside. They have a pretty standard convenience store layout, with all the standard stuff. The reason this place gets 5 stars is the service. There was a bit of a line, and the clerk was super nice to everyone. There was a little kid who was a little bit short, and she covered him. Just really one of the nicest people I've run across at a gas station.

Stay away- dishonest scammers. Decided to try this place for a routine $150 maintenance bc of…read moreconvenience. Car is 4 years old. Was told that there were major issues/leaks and would cost about $600 to diagnose and determine the cause BEFORE they could fix. I politely declined. Took the car to the shop where we normally service. Was told nothing was wrong with my car by both the owner and head mechanic. No issues! Cross River was trying to scam us.
