I called him in the middle of August to find out the status. He had to call me back and told me that fabric was on back order and just came in. He put a rush on it but I will have the tuxedo for the wedding. I have never heard of any manufacture that will not offer a different material as a replacement??? Lets face it he forgot to order it. He then calls in Sept. informing me the tuxedo will not be ready for the wedding. I told him to just make sure I had the tuxedo for my sons wedding on Dec 11 2021. I had to wear an old tuxedo to my nieces wedding. It was embarrassing. In Oct. I was told the Tuxedo was in. I went for a fitting and could not believe the tuxedo was about 3 sizes to small. He said he didn't know how this happened and took my measurements again. On Nov 18. I once again went for a fitting. The tuxedo was nice but needed some minor adjustments and the satin stripe down the legs were not put on. I went yesterday and the stripe was still not put on the pants. I am 9 days away from my sons wedding. He added the stripe and brought the tuxedo to my house last night. He put the tuxedo in a garment bag that had a horrible stench to it. He had to smell it when he put the Tuxedo in, but he did it anyway. The tuxedo picked up the smell. Luckily my wife had a spray that took the smell out. What kind of person does something like that. A sincere apology would have been nice. Never given. How about here is a bow tie on me. The last thing I need is another bow tie. I not the point, it's the Act. How about I know you been back and forth more that you should have. I have an espresso for you. Again I don't need a cup of coffee. It the gesture. Four and a half months to get my Tuxedo from him. It was raining, and we had the furniture outside under cover, on our deck under the awning. One of the men took a quick look at the furniture and told us that they would not take it because it didn't look new. There was a small scratch on the table, hardly noticeable. They said no and left. because of them the furniture was ruined because of the rain. Never, never again will I try to don anything to this organization.

Update 10/16/2025 I have a pair of handmade shoes that I…read morebought on a trip to Lahore, Pakistan. The soles were originally made from wood and I grinded the soles down wearing them throughout the concrete streets of NYC. There was a hole near the top of the sole of the right shoe. Rafaello is whom I trust when it comes to repairing and refashioning any of my leather and fur goods. Rafaello was able to resole the shoes that were originally designed in Turkey with genuine Italian leather soles and Vibram rubber. After picking up the shoes, then I crushed a Monster energy drink can I had finished drinking to test out the shoes. It went well. That way I can know whether there are any lose nails and whether the shoes can properly withstand force. I usually jump down stairs in the subway skipping two to three steps at a time. The soles were properly stitched to the upper and the glue on the inside to hole the insole has also been well. I picked up the shoes in August, and no complaints thus far. He does the most amazing at this craft within NYC. I've dealt with others before, but I will not go back because I have different one of a kind gifts. I also dropped off a pair of stylish heel shoes that my younger sister wears from Birdies for court appearances related to her position. The heel was damaged and Rafaello made sure to refashion the shoes so they have better grip near the front and the heel is repaired. He made sure to polish the shoes before returning them as well. 12/10 with how professional, skilled, and mindful to detail that Rafaello is. When I wear down my custom motorcycle riding jacket from Lahore, Pakistan, then I know who to go to. Or the other pairs of dress shoes that I have. I'll wear one down, pass it to Rafaello without any worry, and start wearing the other pair of dress shoes to hit them with the daily grind. Thank you again, Rafaello! Legitimately, the best! I brang a very older beaver fur coat that had opening seams underneath the arms, had an old lining that was pilling and different clasps that didn't fasten properly. I had bought the fur coat second-hand and I did not know when the last time it was professionally washed and glazed. Rafaello made sure to find a beautiful red wine colored lining and embroider my name on the inside of the coat. He made the coat brand new again. He added better clasps that lock tightly and the coat is silky soft now. Most friendly and professional man. I would recommend him for any leather and fur restoration services. Surely a talented craftsman.

I came to Primark to shop, not to train for survival in the Sahara Desert…read more The second I walked through the doors, I was hit with a wall of heat so intense I genuinely thought I might suffer a heat stroke. By the time I made it through one section of the store, I was sweating like I had just run a marathon in July. Forget trying on clothes--I was trying to stay conscious. The employees looked just as miserable. The poor guy at the register looked ready to faint barely 20 minutes into his shift. I honestly felt bad for him. To make matters worse, even the manager mentioned how unbearable the heat was and practically begged me to tell someone because the staff is suffering. I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or if there simply isn't any, but something needs to be done. Customers shouldn't need electrolyte drinks and a cooling vest just to browse for socks. Great prices, but the temperature inside felt like Primark: The Oven Edition. Please turn the AC on before someone melts into the floor.

This is a big TJ Maxx store with plenty of parking. They have a big men's section with the usual…read moreshirts, swimwear, pants and other discount items you should expect. As in every TJ Maxx, you'll find some good products but also lot of low quality stuff, t-shirts with their collars stretched out, etc. One thing that annoys me when I visit this location (which doesn't happen at the nearby Bayonne, NJ location) is that when I want to try something on they have me hang the stuff, count, and once I'm done they repeat the same process again. I understand this process if I'm holding multiple items, but sometimes I have just 2 and they can clearly see I'm holding 2 items, but they work like robots. Also, they charge for that low quality paper bag if you need one (the Bayonne location doesn't). So, just to summarize, if you want questionable quality clothes for a good price this is a store I recommend. But if you want long lasting clothes that will survive multiple washing cycles, that will fit well, be very thorough if you're getting them here and try them carefully before purchasing or spend a little more at a higher quality store.

'Tis the Season. I moved an inch she moved 5....I'm trying to be on my best behavior so after waiting 15 mins on line and barely moving I gently put down the hair dryer and Bronners soap and ran out. Store is super pretty this time of year with all of the decor etc. Lots of cute little gifts to pick up but I just couldn't today. You would think on the weekend they would have all registers running with people ringing customers up, not the case.
