Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not make up for it. There was still visible dust and dirt on top of the backsplash, counters, and around the toilet when they left. We're not even convinced the bathroom floor was mopped. We also had to go back and vacuum our bedroom ourselves, including underneath the bed, because it had not been done. Even under the TV console wasn't fully vacuumed. I asked about the visible dust and whether this was truly considered a deep clean. The younger cleaner's attitude was dismissive (she said "well obviously) and unprofessional. Very little time was spent in the bedrooms and hallway. The only room we asked them not to clean was the nursery, and we even told them it was completely fine to vacuum while our baby was sleeping. For the amount of money we paid, this was nowhere near the quality of service we expected. We will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them based on our experience. They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient. The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations in terms of how clean my appliances are. I appreciate that they listened and took care of everything I mentioned. I will be using them again in the future for any cleaning needs.

She then replies: 'Let me tell you that we are small family company, we have only 4 people working. And to be honest, we are same as other cleaning peoples, struggling to find clients, also dealing with issues that we face everyday. We do make mistakes like breaking peoples stuff, using wrong products we don't have to use etc. if you're thinking that we are not trusted,or dishonest, we can't work together in the future even if we show you an insurance and bond.' If you're the owner of a business, you should be able to quickly provide proof of your the insurance and bond you say your business has. Doesn't seem like Tula is willing to do this for some reason. A couple spots could have used more attention but it wasn't worth revisiting (and they did remove some nasty, really hard to remove stains that we'd been unable to remove ourselves). I'd recommend.

I got five bids, and Leaf Organic was the only company that came out in person to walk the house and be upfront about expectations. They told me most companies charge $500-$600 but only stay a few hours--and based on my past experience, that's true. You're always left wishing they did more. With Leaf Organic, there was none of that. Not a speck of dust anywhere. We also have an English Cream Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy. Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I have a collection of rather fragile and expensive books, having called that out they were most respectful and gentle with my favorite possessions. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going.
