My issue was the repeated mistakes and the way I was spoken to when I brought them up. What made it especially frustrating is that this bartender had not been present for any of the past issues, yet spoke to me as if my experience was invalid. I did not appreciate being treated like the problem when I had been a loyal, kind, and generous customer for a long time, even if he personally wasn't aware of that history. I'm genuinely sad to no longer be welcome at a place I used to enjoy so much, especially because I liked many of the other staff members. But I am thankful that I don't have to spend my money somewhere that handles customer concerns this way.
