Before the scheduled delivery date, I was notified that the order had been canceled because it was supposedly undeliverable. I was told I would receive a full refund. Since then, I have had to contact customer service multiple times regarding my refund. On June 1, I was told they would work on it and process it as quickly as possible. On June 8, I received another message apologizing for the delay and assuring me that my money would be returned soon. When I called again on June 15, I was once again told that my refund would be processed by the end of the week. The problem is that I am still waiting for my refund. More than a month has passed since the order was canceled, and no product was ever delivered. I should not have to repeatedly contact customer service to recover money for an order that was never fulfilled. This experience has left me with the impression that customer service is no longer a priority. Once a company has your money, it seems that getting assistance becomes an uphill battle. I understand that mistakes happen, but repeatedly promising a refund without actually issuing it is unacceptable. At this point, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I hope they improve their customer service practices and refund process so other customers do not have to go through the same frustration.

A bit of a hidden gem a bit further down from Great Neck Plaza, they have been taking care of all the special occasions for me when I would need a bouquet of flowers, usually, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Birthdays. Compared to the outrageous prices (especially on those two Ladies' Days where other florists charge upwards of $50-$80 for a dozen roses) their quality is incredibly high and prices are incredibly low, thus making it my go-to spot for flowers. A bouquet of a dozen red roses would cost about $30 here and a bit less for other colors, even on the holidays. Sometimes they may be a bit overwhelmed on major holidays so call ahead and reserve your bouquet like I always do.
