After I left an honest review, she denied involvement altogether and even accused us of being fake--which could not be further from the truth. I stand by everything I've said. She required my son to pay for a garbage disposal, which wasn't his responsibility as a tenant. On top of that, she made a bizarre claim through a carpet cleaning service, stating that a cat had entered the home with a key and left behind kitty litter--my son has never owned a cat. These aren't just misunderstandings; they reflect a deeper level of dishonesty and mismanagement. He only received around $600 of his $2,000 deposit back, without a valid explanation. There was no walkthrough, and the condition of the home was clean--photos and documentation support that. Thankfully, his current property management company treats him with dignity and respect--qualities sorely lacking in this prior experience. In my opinion, if the owner of ABC Property Management were more honest and respectful, her business might fare far better. Do your homework and don't take her word at face value. Protect yourself. Even if you pay your rent on time and have the house cleaned spotless and take care of the property he doesn't care he will not resign your lease. Awful. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM OR THAT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. They are shady. They don't even have an office you can walk into. They do everything off texting and phone calls. They walk into your home without asking!! There was one time I had a dog bowl out front and one of the worker said something to another worker and they started calling me asking if I had a dog on property when I never did the worker said when he was picking up the hose that I hid the dog bowl lol when it was in front of my house the whole time. They have absolutely no life. Straight mold in house and they don't do anything about it. Stuff falls apart they ask for $2500 + security deposit but then when you move in everything falls apart and breaks. Sad. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

The sidewalk runs along a snow ditch that the end of blocks have. When I as called the office because I wanted to install a wood fireplace in my house, the only part visible from outside would be the flue on the roof. I accidentally missed one line on the paper when I passed it back and immediately this woman changed her entire tune and began treating me like some kind of drug addict hoodlum. "You know what, I think we need to take a copy of your ID" with your vile looks and condescending tone. Then you held onto the full $100 as well. All you had to do was hand me back the paper and simply point it out, instead you had to display your drama and nastiness. Talking over me, not answering my questions, being short, continuously trying to cut me off and go back to your seat to be done with it because you ma'am had already made your judgment on me. You are the definition of insufferable. The cherry on top was receiving the email I was sent implying that I falsified my ESA paperwork. It came directly from my doctor and I and you had all of my doctors information on my application already. That was wild. Make it make sense. Clearly not the sharpest tools in the shed working here. Aaron did apologize for that but it still doesn't excuse the behavior. That should not ever be happening. There is no excuse for this. In the end you denied us which is fine, if I had given you all the proper paystubs I would have easily been accepted (because I failed to provide the other paystubs) but after everything, there is NO chance I will ever rent with your company. I cannot even imagine what sort of hell you would try to put us through. Look at all your 1 star reviews. Possible future tenants, I implore you to go read those reviews.
