Good thing I have all wood, laminate, tile flooring. Took 2 hours with the 3 people they sent. Pros: after emailing them my concerns about a 5-6 hour job and asking how many people were coming, they sent 2.5 people (trainee did a very minimal job) so I wouldn't be stuck home all day. Cons: they texted and pushed back the arrival time 3x within the appointment range, and still were 30min late. Cleaning: Good jobs from the lead and assistant (doing master bathroom), meh from the 3rd, who seemed more concerned about charging her phone. Liked the uniforms and aprons. They did a thorough job for the most part, got the layers of grease off my stove and I would say met my expectations at about 85-90%. I didn't have them clean the office or certain areas like the laundry room and walk in closet to cut time, and since I had "decluttered" by stuffing junk in there... was not feasible. Deducted stars for the multiple arrival time reschedules and for me having to request dressers be wiped down from the intern... And... the future appointment they had accepted for today , the 29th, they just screwed me on. Note: I had booked in May... they had accepted it. This company does not seem professional... by that I mean, answer phone calls, respond to emails and voicemails... or keep track of the travel time and locations of their contract cleaners. Good luck staying in business with that level of customer service.

That led me to Brandon, who helped me through the entire process. Brandon worked seamlessly with my insurance company and was incredibly kind and patient. He inspected the roof with a flashlight and chalk, like he was the homicide detective of roofing. He was very thorough and found every bit of damage. After walking me through the process, the insurance company came out, confirmed the damage, and things moved quickly from there. All I had to do was sign a few papers and pick a roof color. It was so easy. The roofing team was very respectful of my wife's garden and flowers, which are close to the house, and they did a great job protecting windows and other parts of the house during their work and cleaned everything up very well afterward. I learned I have more complicated, older-style gutters, which needed a specialist of sorts to get them back to pre-damage condition (or better), and they handled it all perfectly. They also replaced my window wraps after finding hail damage there too. Now the exterior of my house looks like it got a full makeover. I'd highly recommend Pro-Resto and Brandon to help you through the whole process. Even if you don't think you have much damage, let them take a look. However due to car problems the cleaner wasn't able to arrive. I was empathetic at that point. Because I have been in that position. So, I was rescheduled for Friday. Then last Friday a big snow storm hit our area and everything was closed. So, my appointment was canceled completely understood. Now, at this point I had to reach back to schedule a new appointment. It was set for 9 am today. Well 9 am came by and went without a notice from anyone saying that the cleaner would be late. I reached out to someone via text. No response. I texted again. Finally I was told at 930 am the following, "Ok, (cleaner) will be around 11. I'm sorry for that. Yesenia has family emergency. Her mom had surgery and probably that's the reason. In my case, the first and last time I used her, (because foolishly I was trying to be a good new neighbor), the work was sub-par, the workers were straight from Poland, no English, no cars. She drives them to/from jobs in her second smaller car not in her Benz. Don't trust that tips end up with the workers. Because she wants to be paid in cash, she's accused (behind her back to others) a wealthy neighbor that she's jealous of, of shorting her. Agnieszka has low standards, is slothy and so is her home and "business". She attacks anyone with negative reviews or that calls out her shoddy work and shady methods. Similar to her aggressive unsocialized dogs that she doesn't clean up after. Ask yourself why a "business" that's been cleaning for decades has 10 reviews, half of which are negative. The public and the county deserve to know about her practices.
