I actually did not reach out to Say Clean. I wanted to do business with EcoBubbles whom had no space to take me on. Say clean answered my Request for a quote very promptly. I was concerned about price as I do believe they are a bit expensive though I am not going to argue on price for a cleaning company to come out in the mists of a pandemic. They are a bit booked up so I'd book about 2-3 weeks in advance. The cleaning Team arrived on the earlier part of the scheduled window. They were kind and informative. Now most people do not like getting a call from the owner during the job and I don't lol. They informed me that the job was a bit unexpected of how much there was. Non the less. Job got done. The owner of this cleaning service came over and yelled at a poor girl for getting a sip of water! She told her boss she was dizzy, the owner proceeded to tell her she needed to eat in the car between houses! I talked with one of the girls and she said they are not allowed to drink water, must eat between homes, not wash their hands at the home they are cleaning! They are not given gloves, mask just the cleaning supplies. Then she tells me they think their tips are being stolen we were shocked. The next few weeks these poor girls told me they don't get breaks or a lunch! The first girl I talked to I hadn't seen so I asked what happened and learned this owner fired the girl for something someone else broke in a client's home. We kept track of the tips we gave the girls they never got them! This owner is terrible I wouldn't wish her on my worst enemy!! Shame on you Jodi for taking advantage and abusing those poor girls may every thing you have done to them fall on your head you evil woman shame on you!

We wanted to hire her to do a deep clean and then clean the whole house every week. She gave us a quote, which we thought was high for the weekly clean and negotiated it down a bit. The deep clean went well, although, it took a bit long as the girls were just getting to know our house, the layout etc. (My husband and I have learned from having paid professional housekeepers for the past 20 years, that the first couple of cleanings take longer than usual.) Jodi sends her girls back the following week, and when they show up...they have a list of a very limited amount of rooms that they will clean every week AT the SAME pay that Jodi quoted us for the ENTIRE house! What! My husband calls her for an explanation. Jodi told my husband very curtly that this was nonnegotiable. He explained the amount of time that we know our house takes to clean from experience, and understands that it will take the girls a few cleanings to get their routine down. BTW: My husband and I are both neat freaks, our house isn't that dirty, and we only have two 5 pound Yorkies. We have the normal/typical amount of dust/dirt from normal daily living, and we tidy up constantly. Our house cleaning didn't even require making beds or picking up any clutter etc. So, the phone call about this matter did not go well. She called my husband a liar (because we had to do additional detailed work after the "deep clean"). She was snotty, condescending, and unprofessional on the phone. She told us that she cleans hundreds of houses per week (which can't be true, because one of the girls that helped with the "deep clean" told me that Jodi only has four house keepers currently). She continued to say that if we wanted our whole house cleaned every week, she would have to charge us an additional $175! We were already paying her $325, which we thought was high, but wanted the detailed work that she promised. I don't understand how a person who is supposed to be very knowledgeable about cleaning homes can give an exact quote after a thorough inspection of every room in my home, and then increase her price without notice. After being completely insulted, and then duped, we promptly fired her service. I highly recommend that you do not waste any time with Jodi's Cleaning Service.

I was skeptical that BDK would actually want to take on my small jobs and to my surprise, Brad and I were able to work out a pricing and work arrangement that will allow me to get things done on my budget and timeline. I am impressed with Brad and his business acumen, and while I have not had any work done yet, I trust that all will go well and that I will update my review to 5 stars. You know, with all the online resources it is actually harder than ever to find a contractor who is willing to do little things. I have emailed and talked to a half dozen contractors who want to charge a lot for minimal jobs. Finding a contractor of quality whom I can trust is a big undertaking, so I feel so good going into this relationship with BDK.

She is trustworthy and a great communicator, which makes me feel great about giving her team access to my home when I'm not there. The service provided was awesome. We were introduced to Clean USA to help with this watery mess. Between plumbers and this team of professionals, they were very attentive to detail. Clean USA has been on top of the chaos. The level of hard work and detail is awesome. Not only did they thoroughly inspect the water damage, they documented all of the steps from their work. They have been working at our house for a few weeks and are very knowledgeable on water damage and mold issues. Chris was our first contact and he was very receptive to our needs, attentive, a great communicator and a true professional.
