We ordered beef fillet with foie gras which was amazing and cheesy pizza I think around 3am. Did not taste like 3am food. Was phenomenal. Lobby: a work of art. You'll see many beautiful people flowing in and out. Someone is always present to assist you, whether it be with finding a restaurant or booking a ride. Pool: The pool is a little lackluster but we weren't there for the pool anyways, and the private garden was great for intimate drinks and snacks. Loved the staff here and the very nice pool restrooms. SEEN Sky Bar: when I stayed here, I did not realize that this rooftop bar was a highlight of the city. On weekends closer to 8 PM, it starts to get incredibly packed up here and I would highly recommend a reservation if you're planning on grabbing more than just a drink. The view is breathtaking, and the drinks are delicious, but are not on the cheaper side. The Fine hotel welcome gift was three maroons each representing different tastes of locations in Portugal with a small bottle of port - really nice welcome gift! For night lights, if you leave the closet door open, the light is motion activated and the vanity mirror light can be left on. The shower was in the tub with high sides. There is a toilet and separate bidet. My two dislikes were: It was difficult to get to the toilet unless you closed the bathroom door or squeezed around the door, since the toilet was behind the door. The other was the shower - you had to get into the tub to turn on the water, so you are likely to get some cold water on you unless you knew exactly how to adjust the various knobs so the water came out of the handheld showerhead vs the overhead shower or the faucet. I appreciated the Nespresso espresso maker and refrigerator and bottles of water. I also appreciated the new boxes of tissues when I showed an empty box due to my cold/bronchitis. Wonderfully plush slippers - I think the best I have felt in any hotel. The hotel is on the "Champs-Élysées" Portugal version street with luxury stores and tented vendors on the weekends. It is a short walk, 10 minutes, to the Parque Edwardo VII park where the Hop On/Hop Off and Cityrama Gray Line tour buses are located. I was impressed by the breakfast buffet every day and the staff. We came first thing and also one day towards the end - the food was always fresh, refreshed, and delicious - with eggs, breakfast meats, cold cuts, cheeses, waffles, and beautiful fresh, sliced fruit and several fruit juices. Their elevator is modernized, pre-scan with room card, and assigned an elevator. Some visitors simply take a longer time to understand how it works. One can get stuck behind a group and wait forever for an elevator. Other than that, we had a genuinely excellent stay. The room is comfortably sized and set up well. We were on the 17th floor with a skyline view. Pockets of the hotel are particularly pretty. My favorite is the back garden area. There are places to get a drink or simply visit. Breakfast can be chaotic when a tour group(s) is also there, but they manage well. The food choices are abundant; the cut fruits such as papaya were ripe and delicious. Coffee and drinks are delivered to the table. The location is good but not great. It is near a train station and a grocery store. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance, though not many. More options are a 20 minutes' walk away. Taking an uber is easier.

After a tumultuous travel to even get to Lisbon, arriving at Corinthia felt like a breath of fresh air. Our flight was delayed by a whole day and they were able to adjust our reservation to start one day over at no extra charge which was really appreciated! With our CC, we were able to get a room upgrade with a corner suite. The room was fantastic, modern, clean and the bathroom had a shower and tub. They have a turndown service to prep your bed at night and leave some lavender on top too! Small trinkets in the room like water, egg tarts, and more was available. The location is not the best from the main tourist area, and there isn't a ton to see in the area, but they do have a free shuttle that takes you downtown that we were able to use. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel too! We were able to dine at one but around the holidays, the other restaurant we wanted to try was closed both nights for private events. Their room service was actually quite good (and fast!) too! The hotel breakfast has a nice spread as well! It was included in our stay so I felt that it was worth! Overall, we had a pleasant stay here and I would recommend to others!

One suite and one double room on the 9th floor. Let me start by saying what was pleasant about the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. They recently renovated Sky Bar which is nice and the decor is welcoming and comfortable. The lobby and hallways are clean. The quality of furniture was great for the volume of traffic the hotel receives. The breakfast was more than expected. The layout allowed for minimal traffic jams, the variety was extensive and the staff did a wonderful job keeping it clean and well stocked, kudos to the breakfast staff! If you are reading this be sure to add breakfast to your hotel room reservation! The hotel was easy to find and had a very tight parking garage below ground. The bed was comfortable. Now, let me tell you why we will not return. (NOTE: we did not inform management about these problems since they seen the be chronic problems that have not been addressed or are the result of lazy management with low expectations. Unfortunately, my expectations are very high.) The sink in 901 and 919 drained slowly. The window motor didn't work in 901, but you could manually push and pull the window closed. 919 - Suite Every piece of art in the room was crooked. The piece upon entry had all kinds of something dripping down the glass. Just disgusting! The motor on the window in the bedroom was not working. The chain was also disconnected, I guess so we could move it manually? The hair dryer was filled with so much lint that it didn't blow much air. It just made noise. We cleaned that ourselves. See photo. The pool was as cold as the Atlantic Ocean. The hot tub was the same ice cold temperature, it just had bubbles! The towels for the pool are at the front desk. You need to sign your life away just to get one. The towels are very nice, but this is a major inconvenience. The hotel should either put a pool attendant to watch and supply towels, or change to a basic bath towel and place them poolside. No one will notice the difference. I'm just disappointed that after paying so much to stay at the hotel, we have to sign for towels. That just takes away from the luxury experience. It's just not worth effort just to have nicer towels. The breakfast area was just too hot both morning of our stay. The hotel charges for dogs. That is not friendly, it's just pet tolerant. Trust me, my kids make more of a mess than my dogs! There was no grass for several blocks, just overgrown weeds. The front desk couldn't even point us in the direction of a manicured green space. There was no pet amenity, no water bowls, nothing. Just payment at check-in. It's VERY disappointing. They should look to other hotels for positive examples of being pet friendly. They could start by looking at the amenity and policies at Castelo de Palmela. BE WARNED, this is a pet tolerant hotel only so be prepared to pay extra and bring everything your pet may need for their visit. The lighted mirror in the bathroom was broken and the switch was replaced with foil tape. At Sky Bar, we ordered tacos from the shareable menu. We received one taco. I guess we were supposed to share the thee shrimp on the taco? When we complained that we had one taco for 14€ from the SHAREABLE MENU, they added a second taco. Our overall experience at Tivoli was underwhelming. We were not impressed with any part of our stay except breakfast. The hotel was sufficient for visiting the city and having a comfortable bed to sleep in. For our next visit to Lisboa, we will find alternate pet friendly accommodations as Tivoli was not worth the expense or frustration. Normally when something is wrong, people usually overlook it. But at Tivoli, everything was out of its place, things just didn't work, and no one seemed to care. There's a small tunnel that our taxi driver swooped us down to and there we were in front of Memmo. A small hotel with a stunning view of Lisbon. The front desk, specifically Leonardo, was very helpful and Bruno brought our suitcases to us while acclimating us to the hotel and our lovely Superior Family Room. It was well equipped with everything we wanted plus a cute little dessert tray welcoming us. So happy I picked this place for our second time in Lisbon.
