I took my car to CARSTAR where the work started on Tuesday morning when I dropped my car off. They completed the work by Friday afternoon. After inspection the paint matched perfectly, I couldn't even see where they started painting and the original paint stopped. The dent repair was immaculate, I couldn't even see where the original damage was. The staff was super friendly and accommodating even with me picking up my car late on Friday. They were in constant contact with me, notifying my when my car was progressing to the next "stage" in the repair. The only thing that I wished would have been different was the interior was kinda dirty, but maybe body repair shops do not consider cleanup as part of the work? If that is the case, no worries. Nothing was stained, just had to wipe some surfaces down and do some quick vacuuming. Overall I will take my car back to this body shop. Great work all!

The auto repair shop replaced at least one part on the car that was not damaged with a lesser more used part. The primary known part at this time (although others may be found) is the steering wheel. The steering wheel was not damaged when the car was dropped off. When the car was returned the steering wheel had been replaced by a much more worn part. This part being touched at all was not disclosed in any of the paperwork. Resolution of this issue needs to be the return of the original steering wheel or a replacement new steering wheel from the factory. In addition they will need to pay for that steering wheel to be replaced by the dealership. In addition I would like this came to be noted with this fraud.

The shop took nearly a year to return my vehicle and repeatedly failed to provide proper documentation to the insurance company, including submitting false or unsupported no quote numbers that could not be substantiated. I even sent an insurance adjuster directly to the shop to resolve these discrepancies and Cisco was unprepared to justify the charges. Parts were installed without proper authorization or documentation and the quality of work was unacceptable. The paint did not match the vehicle and is now chipping, and I later learned some mechanical work was subcontracted without proper disclosure. Overall, the lack of professionalism, record keeping, and workmanship made this a frustrating experience and I would not recommend this shop.
