Fast forward and I was skeptical that Finest would be any different, I just figured that the PDR shops were opportunistic to get you in the door and to sign the paperwork. I was wrong, Finest I would put up there as one of the best companies I've ever interacted with, they were pleasant to talk with, delivered on all their promises and having cycled 3 cars through with $8k each in damages, they were fixed perfectly in just days. The owner on several occasions made it a point to introduce himself, and Jime, the Operations Manager is a genuinely nice person and you can tell really knows his stuff. I usually wouldn't be so enthusiastic about a PDR company, however I'm blown away to have found such a diamond in the ruff. I'm sure I'll be back when hail hits again, but would encourage anyone on the fence or looking for an exceptional experience and quality work to go with Finest.

I cannot overstate how much you should NOT consider CDM for repair jobs. I came in with a dent in a…read morerear quarter panel. The dent was decent in size, but I knew for a fact that it was a PDR job. I knew this because I'd taken the car in to other body shops for estimates and was shopping around for the best deal. CDM sent an ABSURDLY inflated quote of almost $3,500 including blending the read door, blending the aperture panel, overhauling and/or removing unrelated trim and bumper components, etc. Look, I get it. Repair work isn't cheap and it's not unusual for shops to pad estimates if insurance is paying (it wasn't in this case and I was paying out of pocket). I wrote back giving them an opportunity to provide a revised, honest estimate given that I already knew this was a PDR job. They sent back a laughable revision, only decreasing the price by $500 to a whopping $3,000. Here's the kicker. I had my lease financing company do a pre-return inspection and estimate. This is the entity with the biggest motivation for a like-new repair job. Their estimate for ALL excess wear and tear including the dent and some other dings and scratches was $550 total. Bottom line: CDM tried to overcharge me by $3,000. They're predatory and should avoided at all costs.
