Super nice! We had a suite with 2 bedrooms each having their own bathroom. Temperature was separate for the rooms allowing us to choose our own temp settings. Bedrooms were clean, roomy, and nicely decorated. Nice sized bathrooms with soap and shampoo dispensers and a hair dryer by the sink. Main living room and kitchen were shared. Big TV and comfortable seating. Kitchen was stocked with necessities and even microwave popcorn. I would definitely stay here again.

Did somebody say breakfast?! What an incredible hotel, typically for long stay guests which is great because the staff makes you feel like family. you can't beat the inclusive breakfast every morning. The staff couldn't be friendlier especially Jessica, Jeanna, and Jackie. They have been so kind and accommodating, did I mention the facilities are sparking and well kept! Staybridge guest for life!

Lots of good space to walk dogs

Beautiful room with kitchenette and comfortable bed. Plenty of room to set up a business area for working. Dogs were comfortable with space for crates to use overnight. Good walking areas for the dogs. Close to a grocery for stocking the kitchenette. Drive to Purina Farms is about 25 minutes if you go through the valley which is a narrow and winding road but fun to drive. Staying there again this year for the same show.

This Staybridge Suites seems to be a little more dated compared to any of the others we have stayed at, it's weird to because I think it was built in 2010. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, the top hinge was a rusty mess and there was a large drywall patch above the shower that was halfway done. The A/C was also fairly loud and the bed was not very comfortable either. If I were to stay here again I would definitely try another room. When we arrived and asked to check-in (4:15), they said they didn't really have any rooms available due to 49 people checking out at noon? I wouldn't think it would take 4 hours to clean a room? They did find us the room and were still cleaning rooms at 7:00pm. Looks like they may need more staff on Sundays. At check out I expressed my concerns/issues with the staff and they said they would check into them. Also they stated the hotel was built in 2004 not 2010 as I had thought. That explains the dated atmosphere of the rooms. Just an FYI, there was a brand new Sleep Inn next door that was almost completely empty. Guess no one has found out about it yet? 10/30/17 I received an email from the manager of the hotel stating they had addressed all of my concerns and asked if I wanted a credit or points added to my account. Way to go Staybridge Suites, it's comforting to know you actually listen to your patrons.

I have lived in hotels as I travel for work since about '98. I have stayed in no name motels in the middle of no where and high end places like the Four Seasons in Maui (a great stay by the way). That being said, there is really only one specific property I look for when traveling across the US and that would definitely be the Staybridge Properties. Why? Here we go.... Price. If you're traveling for work, be sure to check with the front desk to see if they have any arranged deals with your employer. Even if you are traveling on vacation or have to foot the bill on your own, the price for what you get is amazing. Laundry, great gym, well maintained pool area, business center, and the best free breakfast of any property around. This specific property is clean from the lobby to the room. Clean dishes in your room (and even a dishwasher for those of you on an extended stay), bathrooms were great, sheets were very clean and comfortable, really can't say anything negative or concerning about the cleanliness. Staying during the week? Check out their Sundowner. If you're having to pay for your stay, save some extra cash with their week day meals. Are you going to feel like you're eating at a 5 star restaurant? No, but the meals or appetizers they offer will hold you over until you're ready to go out or be enough if you've had a long day at the office and don't feel like going out or spending money on delivery. Best of all, the staff. Friendly and always looking out for you. You don't feel like just another guest, they definitely make you feel like you are the only guest. This week there were even a few little league baseball teams staying here and, despite the added stress of kids running around, the staff kept composure and a professional attitude the entire time. As of today, I'll be extending my stay based purely on the staff alone. Whether you're looking for an extended stay property or one night, make sure you check out the Staybridge in O'Fallon.

This hotel needs a lot of work. My company stays here every summer for 2 months and it seems to be getting worse every year. So much so that I felt compelled to write this review. To start with the rooms... the air vents have dirt and dust around them which make the furniture cover in dust fast and in return the housekeeping do not clean surfaces through your stay, even if you dont have anything on them. The bath tub has pink mold around it. I had to clean it myself before using it. The house keeping always forget to restock items, toilet paper, dish washing soap, some times towels. Once I had to call for towels after a cleaning and the front desk said I needed to wait because they had to wash them. (?Right) around 10pm I called again after waiting 2 hrs the front desk and they said to come get the towels. Housekeeping didn't make the bed after a clean they just threw the cover over the pillows and once I came to my room during a clean and the house keeper was sitting on the bed watching tv. They never mop the floor unless you call the front desk. This what you get for 114.00 a night not including taxes which are 25%. The fitness center I must say is nice. The Equipment is newer although they never have sanitizing wipes/spray for the machines but they have hand sanitizer. I was here in 2019 and they never had towel either which they have a rack for but don't use. There never anyone at the front desk. A lot of locals come to swim here which over packs the pool area. The pool area is hardly ever maintain. The chair are moved back a couple times a week by Tom who is the from desk. There 2 pool lights out and the bbq area is missing a light. The bbq area is never cleaned grease trap. The bbq i seen twice catch on fire. The gas was out in both of the bbqs and we had to fight with the front desk to get a new one. NO area to put dirty towels so they just build up in random areas of the pool. The fire pit chairs are gross and never cleaned off. The pool water is always cloudy and water level is low. This what you get for six thousand for a 2 moth stay. I want to acknowledge Jackie she is the cook, although we didn't see her this year because of covid and they stop making hot meals because of that last year I met her and she is so helpful and welcoming. She is the best part of the stay and also the people you met here. I wish i had a better review. Im really disappointed.

Stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great stay. The #1 reason why is because of the staff! I LOVED the staff. Every morning the shuttle was ready for us on time and picked us up from work on time! Every Monday-Wednesday they have a meet and greet in the lobby with complimentary food and beverages. Outside is a beautiful HEATED POOL!!! Yes I said it, heated that feels so good and water is crystal clear. They have a HOT breakfast every morning. Each morning is different btw bacon, sausage, ham and then they have fruit, juice, coffee, and more. And ever cereal and oatmeal with all the fixings. Weight room area is really small, but not a lot of people use it! It has really everything you need in there, and so it certain can get the job done. And if you are in a hurry on the way out, they have little breakfast to go bags at the front with fruit and muffins inside! Also they have a little store in there if you forgot something at home! The rooms are cleaned everyday and it was nice to come home each day to a fresh clean room after a long day of work! Thank you to the entire staff here for making my 3 weeks amazing!

The lobby and check-in were fine, but the room smelled strongly like sewer, The bathroom/shower had hair in it, and I ended up cleaning parts of it myself The issues kept piling up. The shower curtain was too short, leaving the bathroom floor soaked and slippery. The pool was closed, the ice maker didn't work. To top it off , the ONE elevator in this four story hotel was out of service .Even the pancake maker was broken. The hotel was also under renovation, but guests were still dealing with construction materials left in guest laundry ,stairwells, and outside by side entrance, which felt messy and unorganized. The 2 hallways that we checked had unlocked electical panels , that were easy access to eveyone. For the price, this was totally unacceptable. Guests should be informed about conditions like this before booking, or at least not charged full price. Instead, we got a dirty room, multiple broken amenities, and a property that felt more like a construction zone than a functioning hotel. We had many families from our team staying there each with their own complaints as well . I would absolutely not stay here again . It has made me seriously question booking with Holiday Inn in the future.

A Very Nice Place to Stay When Visiting St. Louis We stayed…read morehere for five nights while visiting St. Louis and wanted a convenient place to stay outside the downtown area. This hotel turned out to be an excellent choice. Located west of the city just off I-64, it provided easy access to St. Louis while being close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. The hotel had plenty of parking, and check-in was quick and efficient. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our suite was roomy and comfortable, featuring a separate bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom. Having the extra living space and kitchen made the stay much more enjoyable than a standard hotel room. The complimentary breakfast included eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, tea, coffee, and juices, providing a good variety each morning. The hotel also has guest laundry facilities (for a small fee), which were convenient for a longer stay like ours. The only downside was that the property is beginning to show its age. We noticed cracked floor tiles, worn carpeting in some areas, and the pool was drained for most of our visit. None of these issues affected our comfort, but the hotel would benefit from some updating. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay and would gladly stay here again. If you're looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced hotel outside the busy downtown area with easy access to St. Louis, this is an excellent choice.

This place was....interesting…read more I'll be honest, it popped up as a pumpkin patch. My sister just moved to the area and was looking for one close for her kiddos, and this was around the corner, so we decided to give it a try. To start, it was $10/person to get in, which wasn't really promoted. We've lived many different places and have never had to pay to get into a pumpkin patch, so that was a surprise. Kids were the same price, also a surprise. The property is pretty cool, they have some farm animals. They sold food to buy but half the animals you couldn't feed and the other half were already full from being fed so much. We assumed it was a regular petting zoo and bought some food before seeing it, so we ended up with leftover bags of food and no animals to feed. The hay ride only went once hourly so you basically had to wait around forever if you wanted to ride it. The maze was cool and the concept seemed really fun to find a message BUT the first word on the message was "God" and honestly, nowhere did they promote this farm as a religious-based experience. Lastly - the pumpkins. We came here for one reason. They don't even grow pumpkins on site, they ship them in, and they don't keep them stocked. I think we had like 20-30 pumpkins to choose from, if that, and they were picked over. We had a 4YO and a 6YO and they couldn't pick any of the pumpkins up, all the kid size ones were already sold. I feel like this could be a good spot for what it is, and if it was marketed as that - a Christian family fun farm experience. But, that's not what we had expected based on the marketing they had, so it was a bit of a disappointment for us.
