I was very happy with their work so I am now under regular schedule monthly for house cleaning as well as before party event so my guests would think I was such good housewife, but I actually had Jessica and her team did the cleaning the day before lol. For scheduling, it was fast and easy: I just need to send a few text messages and that's it. My advice for everyone out there is that, (although you don't have to), you should be as specific as possible on what you need/want for cleaning. I just show them when they come in, and ask them later if I or they miss something. Then the result will be a sparkling clean and shiny house.

I am pretty torn writing this, because I was a regular customer of Tierra Eco Cleaning for nearly 4…read moreyears. Throughout the 4 years, they did a good job, when they came. They are pretty unreliable and even after repeated requests to give me a 2-3 day heads up before they came through the years, they would continue to send me confirmations the evening before an 8am call time. I let it go and continued to use them after so many years because I genuinely liked Rosa and her team, and thought they did a good job 90% of the time. It became super inconvenient since I started to work from home over COVID-19. Rosa became SUPER unresponsive to texts. Before she would at least answer me a couple days after I texted her to schedule, now, after COVID-19, she only responds a month later for an appointment for the next morning. I don't understand how anyone can schedule with her consistently because of these communication issues. I tried addressing it with her multiple times and even said if you just schedule me every month on the same day, that would even work better so I can know when they are coming ahead of time. She responded right away after this last message and said she would look at her schedule the next day and work on the communication issue. She hasn't followed up with her schedule and it has been several months now. So needless to say, she lost a monthly customer. I also referred a few friends to her and embarrassingly, she no showed on them! Not worth the time, stress, or hassle in trying to get her to come.

Also Rosa just has a great, comfortable 'vibe', her daughters are adorable and all 3 did an IMPECCABLE job. In fact, they even vacuumed completely under the bed. I did not expect that as its a large bed and no other cleaner has done that (nor did I ask). Rosa says that she enjoys cleaning- I believe this to be true. She obviously takes great pride in her work and is most pleasant to be around. They also did that fancy thing with folding the toilet paper like they do in upscale hotels (it was a nice touch!), not to mention she showed up exactly on time. I'm not a real stickler for that but definitely took notice. Rosa and her girls get my highest possible recommendation. And honestly I'm relieved because I tried 4 other cleaners from this site, 3 of which left much to be desired (i had to finish the cleaning) and the 4th did a very good job but then blew off our second appointment. BioMaids serviced my house recently for a move-out clean. The level of detail was not there to make…read moremy house shine. The kitchen counters still felt gritty and had dirt in the corners, the microwave and front of the fridge/freezer still had visible spills and splatters, and the mantel and fireplace tile surround were still gritty. The wood floors and stairs didn't look wet-mopped and there was a noticeable spill on one of the stairs that I was able to remove with a wet-wipe. The kitchen baseboards under the cabinets were definitely missed as they were caked in dried splashes and dust. The upstairs shower walls also still had areas of grey residue and soap scum. I would have paid more to ensure a higher level of detail was done instead of me having to go back for additional cleaning touch-ups.
