I was…read morequietly on my phone while browsing and got snapped at me, demanding I end my call before they would help me. when I asked why, the manager told me being on my phone in a store is "rude"... Zero customer service skills between the two of them. I would rather spend my money where I am respected. On top of the attitude, the place is musty and damp the moment you walk in, which makes you question the condition of what they're actually selling. Plenty of other thrift stores nearby that treat customers like human beings -- go there instead. I won't be back.

My two…read moreteenage sons had prom coming up in about 3 1/2 weeks, and we were assisted by the manager, Aaron. At first, the interaction felt a bit awkward. He asked if we were ready to make a purchase before even completing my second son's measurements or allowing them to try on suits. I explained that we weren't committed to buying just yet--we wanted to make sure both of my sons found something they liked, as I didn't want to go to two different places. Since measurements are necessary before trying anything on, the approach felt a little rushed and slightly pressured before we even had a chance to fully understand the rental process, available options, or pricing within our budget. Once both of my sons found suits they liked, the experience shifted in a more positive direction. However, during the measuring and fitting process, we were interrupted several times because Aaron had to step away to assist at the front desk. While I understand a manager may need to step in when necessary, there seemed to be enough staff available, and it would have been helpful to have another associate assist us to avoid the repeated interruptions. What likely could have been a 45-minute process ended up taking closer to an hour and a half to two hours. We were informed that payment was required upfront, which was fine, as we were already in the system and planned to return later in the week to complete everything. Aaron did provide us with a detailed copy of our order, which we appreciated since we were doing a full head-to-toe rental (everything except undergarments). After that, the process felt smooth and well-organized. We were told we could return the suits to any location, which was especially convenient since we would be in Irving for prom. Pricing is on the higher side--especially during prom season, which I understand is their busiest time--but they did offer a promotional discount that made it more manageable. Most importantly, my sons looked amazing. The suits were pristine, well-pressed, and overall a great choice for such a special occasion. One note: my oldest son's suit could have been sized down slightly, so I'd recommend making sure you're completely happy with the fit before leaving. They do offer overnight exchanges if needed, which is a great option--just be sure to allow enough time and consider picking up early to avoid any last-minute stress. Overall, despite a slightly rocky start and some interruptions, I would recommend them if you're looking for a convenient, one-stop shop for formalwear.

When the system started playing "Africa" by Toto, and I had my new sandals in hand, I knew it was more than serendipity, 'I was meant to be here'. I read some pretty awful reviews about the customer service here, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I hustled in with my normal jovial jive. Mike kindly greeted me and led me to exactly what I thought I was looking for, Cobian sandals. While Cobian's weren't at all it for me (too tight in the middle of the foot), as I browsed Mike perfectly balanced providing support/giving me product knowledge with allowing me time to try things on slash check things out. In other words, anytime I had questions, which I had quite a few, he was there, but not in a hovery way. He informed me of other products, but really only when it was appropriate. As soon I tried my first pair on, Mike let me know where to find the nearest mirror. I knew I was leaving the store with sandals today, and Mike made that experience a breeze-no hiccups, no funny business, just excellent customer service. We usually shop at Fashion valley but were in the Santee area so decided to check out this location. Upon smell testing and checking out the merchandise, noticed a new Chanel mens scent for Blue. Without asking any questions about cost, the young lady stated" its the most expensive"? Lol ...never asked the price and was surprised for the sales associate to Interact either a customer that way. We went back to Fashion Valley and I purchased the cologne she stated was the more expensive and a couple bottles of some new Chanel woman's perfume for my wife's collection. Both of which were 3.4 oz. Lol This associate was very thankful for our business and what's it called in that word I was saying when you when you when you are like a sales person and the Commission that comes with a $1,000.00 sale.

I purchased a set of knives on Black Friday from Macy's. When I arrived at the register to make a purchase and to pick up my prepaid item, the lady at the register was just finishing up with a customer and told me she would be right back. I watched her as she went into an employee area on the side of the store, so I waited. The funny thing was that I waited and waited for about eight minutes and she did not return while I stood their waiting. I mean, I am not that scary looking. Am I? Eventually, I spotted two employees standing and having a conversation and the man spotted me standing there. He came over with a lady and asked if I need any help, and I of course said yes. The lady who he was with helped me at the register. I was all good. I still don't know where that lady disappeared. I even asked them and they were unsure. I hope she was okay.
