SERIOUS TOWING DISPUTE -- ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE & VEHICLE DAMAGE…read more On August 28, 2026, my vehicle was towed by Western Towing from a designated accessible parking space at Las Americas Premium Outlets while a valid disabled placard was prominently displayed. I dispute the basis and circumstances of the tow. The written tow authorization provided to me identifies the alleged violation as "WALK-OFF, NON-CUSTOMER." After recovering my vehicle, I identified damage that I believe occurred in connection with the towing incident, including damage to the front lower bumper and my dashcam. I have preserved photographs, records, and other documentation relating to the vehicle's condition and the incident. I paid the $285 towing charge under protest in order to recover my vehicle, and I documented my dispute on the paperwork. Formal complaints concerning this incident have been submitted to appropriate agencies and organizations. Las Americas Premium Outlets management has also confirmed to me in writing that video footage and documentation of the incident have been preserved. Western Towing has referred the matter to corporate counsel, who has acknowledged my evidence-preservation request. The legality of the tow, responsibility for the claimed vehicle damage, and other issues remain disputed. I am limiting this review to my personal experience and facts supported by records currently available to me. I will update the review if the matter is resolved or additional verified information becomes available.

Everyone is always smiling and willing to help (I love that). The value of the sneakers are reasonable and I usually walk out with 2-3 pairs of course after I have paid. The lines at check out are long but steady- it has a good flow. There's always socks in the bins for when you try on shoes and if not, I usually ask a sales associate if I can get a pair- they're always willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend coming here especially for back to school shopping or just to update your daily shoe ware. I picked up my size (8), which didn't have a price sticker, along with another box clearly marked $129, and asked an employee to clarify the pricing. She scanned the shoes, and they came up as $189. She then asked the manager if they could honor the $129 price since multiple boxes were clearly labeled that way. The manager refused, saying that because my size 8 box didn't have a $129 sticker, it had to be sold at the promotional price of $189. Instead of honoring the marked price or taking responsibility for the mistake, the manager instructed the employee to remove all of the $129-labeled boxes from the shelf. I've worked in retail before, and I've also been a customer at many other stores. When an item is mistakenly marked or advertised at the wrong price, good customer service is to honor the displayed price for the customer and then correct the mistake afterward. Pricing errors happen, but how management handles them is what matters. To make matters worse, during my visits, there was multiple times I watched people walk out of the store carrying what appeared to be multiple pairs of shoes without anyone stopping them, yet management refused to honor their own pricing mistake for an honest customer. That contrast made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility, management chose to remove the incorrectly marked boxes after I pointed out the mistake. That's poor customer service and reflects poorly on Nike's management. This experience left me disappointed and feeling like customer satisfaction wasn't a priority.
