My nails always look amazing and last so well between appointments. The salon has a huge selection of colors, and I've noticed that the other nail artists are also extremely talented, so whether you want something simple or a more intricate design, they can definitely accommodate you. I also love the little touches that make appointments feel like a treat. They offer a variety of drinks, including fun mocktails, and my personal favorite is getting an iced matcha while I'm having my nails done. The salon is always extremely clean, and everyone is professional and respectful throughout your service. Kim is another wonderful technician and a great example of excellent customer service and quality work. She always has a positive and warm attitude. These are just a few of the lovely ladies who have taken care of me, but they are definitely not the only ones who provide spectacular service. I decided to give to reach out and Diamond Spa a go, and there is no other way else. I found my forever spot! Diamond Spa is a salon suite inside Phenix Salon Studios and gives a quiet and private experience. I never thought that I would prefer this, but it's so nice having the time and space to just yourself. Tina has a great set up. She a ton of different kinds of gel colors, a great massage chair, and a massive TV hooked up to Netflix. Her prices are also very reasonable compared to competitors. I also like that you can call her, message her via text or Yelp. Tina herself, provides great conversation, great quality service and super thorough work. If they knew they wouldn't be ready until after 6:00, I wish they had simply told me to come at 6 instead of asking me to arrive at 5:30 and wait over 35 minutes. I understand that salons can get busy, but clear communication and respecting customers' time go a long way.

Sadly, the pedicure didn't quite hit the mark. I noticed while I was still sitting there that the polish job didn't look great, but I let it go without saying anything. I really wish I had taken a closer look -- after getting home and showering, I could see that there were patches with polish completely missing and polish still sitting on my cuticles. Lesson learned! I wouldn't rule this place out for a future visit, but I'd definitely be more attentive next time and speak up in the moment if something seems off.

Very chill vibes inside the shop and next to me those not working were just playing bingo so the sweetest of ambiance. Felt very relaxed and trusted the process whole heartedly!!
