This is hands down my favorite nail place! I don't see a specific tech because literally everyone here does an incredible job, no matter who I get, my nails always turn out absolutely flawless. The salon is incredibly clean, and the entire vibe is unmatched. They play great music, and I absolutely love that they stream those relaxing, luxury real estate tours on the TVs. It is so therapeutic to watch and dream about my future home while getting pampered! 10/10 recommend for both the high-quality work and the amazing atmosphere. read more

I went to this salon to try the jelly pedicure my friend told me about. I chose the peppermint one. Inside the box there were 5 steps, which basically took the place of the things included in their highest priced pedicure (except for the callous remover part). Sea salt, sugar scrub, mask and massage cream. The jelly was so fun to play with, it was kind of like tiny Boba beads. My legs and feet were so soft. I do wish the peppermint scent were stronger so I could have had aromatherapy as well. My pedicure also had a hot stone massage and foot massage for 15 minutes. When done, my toes looked great! This was a special splurge and well worth it, but not something I can afford to do every time. read more

The first time I came here, i got a classic gel pedicure package with a solid color and i was charged $50 since paying cash, which is why i decided to come back. This time, I get the same classic gel pedicure package, with a white French tip, and was charged $65. It didn't really make any sense to me, considering the fact that she wasn't using as much paint, only half the white paint was used compared to me getting full white on all my toes. How was this visit more expensive than the last visit? It doesn't really make sense to me how they change prices on you..... I don't think i'll be coming back. read more

I come here to get my toes done about once a month and decided to get my nails done this time, every person I've had before always gave great service but this time wasn't the normal. The lady was in such a rush that she burned me with the drill a few times, cut my pointer finger with the file, and applied the acrylic so sloppy that it was all over my fingers and cuticle line, and she didn't remove all my old polish when she started so I can still see some brown lacquer on the edges of my nails which she also didn't cover with the acrylic leaving the edges looking sloppy and some jagged without polish, it also made the chrome come out looking uneven since the acrylic was laid uneven and not smoothed out. It wasn't the relaxing experience I'm used to when coming here, I felt like I had to fix them when I got home which made the experience and price not worth it. The color is what I wanted though, thanks to the sweet lady that came along to help color match which i appreciated. Hope this review helps the owner, he's a really nice guy with some really talented Nail Techs. read more

I've been loyal to Peter for 4 years now. I love his work and his personality. I love that he knows exactly what I like and don't. I'm very grateful to have met him. He manages this place super well. He's always the one who picks up the phone, helps the other team members working at the salon. He always caters any of my needs every time I go there. Sometimes I bring other ppl. One time I brought my mom and we had a flight to catch but both wanted nails and toes done before Europe and last minute, he was able to get everyone on board lol. Quyen (Queen) worked her magic on my hands, and I love them! She was so sweet and friendly and really treated me like her own daughter. This was my first time getting my nails done, and I love the length and everything. She understood that I'm a teacher and can't have claws, so she kept my nail shape. I went in today for fix I don't know they have eye they filled my nail pointy look not even to other shape when I clearly told them i want my nail fix to look like the other shape straight on the edge and little pointy at the top, they destroyed my nail took months to grew out, when i get the refund they didn't seem feel wrong what they did, another Vietnamese lady point at my face yelled " remember this face " in Vietnamese, which she didn't know i understand Vietnamese. i typically don't leave reviews but i thought i should since ive been here a few times. the menu online, on the website when you look up their location, is not accurate as i was explained today by the owner i'm assuming?(the man that is always there). upsells galore on prices. and my nails didn't come out how i wanted either but i assumed it was because they were closing within the hour/hour and a half. my nails are hurting after the service. i will attach picture of nails and inspo. my sister and i came in for full acrylic mani and gel pedi. massage of legs/feet wasn't much of a massage, more rubbing oils/ applying lotion. for the 225.50 i spent, not worth it. read more

I love this nail spa! I have been coming here for years as it is in my neighborhood and I get treated like a queen upon each and every visit. The owner knows exactly how I like my nails and works to educate the other techs on how to execute my particular, natural nail style. I've tried to go other places that were cheaper or within walking distance of my apartment yet ended up disappointed and ultimately back here where I get the best service! I'm often treated to a chilled glass of moscato and if an issue arises with my nails, they're quick to fix it. Family owned and family friendly, a great place for a girls day or special occasion as well since the interior is top tier and can seat large groups. There's a Target, Bath & Body Works, Sally's Beauty Supply, Daiso, several clothing boutiques and little restaurants including sushi, ramen and Korean barbecue in this strip mall as well to make for a full day of self care and social time. Definitely a hidden gem that more people should know about, stop in sometime! read more

I really feel bad for even writing this but I've been here many times & I think every time it's been different issues, nails popping off, color chipping but Van(the owner) has always been so helpful, nice & always willing to make it right . I kept coming back because it was convenient and in hopes for a better experience. Today I waited 45mins to see Moon because I know she is really good, she cut my cuticles and gave me a Crome gelX Honestly I thought it all looked great until I notice my nail wasn't straight (my ring finger) & obviously when I went back I was told it my finger nail lol But I've been here and my nail has never been like this. It's sooo embarrassing & they said they can't fix it because that's my nail. The nail is rubbing on my middle finger and it actually uncomfortable I will have to go find a place who hopefully has the same color to fix this read more

I used to come here all the time, but it's gone downhill. The staff is pushy and doesn't listen, even when you clearly explain what you want. It's overpriced for the kind of service you get, and the women working there are rude. When I spoke up for myself, they actually talked badly about me--which was honestly shocking and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. Try Pink Petals on Beach instead--they're kind, respectful, and actually care about what you want. read more

I've been back a couple of times since my last review and wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. However, consistently now, I have noticed the gel manicure here just does not last long at all! Within the week, I started to see the gel manicure lifting up towards the bottom edge of my nail and then within that week, portions of the nail started to chip off on the edges. I am pretty good about maintaining my nails and again, really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt by going a couple of times. But it is super disappointing if I shell out money for a manicure here and then within the week the manicure is already coming off, ESPECIALLY FOR GEL! read more

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff were indifferent and unhelpful, making me feel more like a burden than a valued customer. The service was slow, and despite having an appointment, I had to wait far longer than expected. When I finally received the service, it was rushed and lacked any attention to detail. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than in providing quality service to their customers. To make matters worse, the attitude of the employees was borderline rude. They were unapproachable and made no effort to address any concerns or questions I had. It was as if they couldn't care less whether I was satisfied or not. Overall, the poor service left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would strongly advise anyone to reconsider before visiting this place. I walked into this salon with a half done set from another place and they took me in immediately without hesitation. From the moment I sat down, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. The entire salon felt positive. People were laughing, smiling, and it genuinely felt like the staff enjoyed being there. My nail tech was amazing. She checked in with me throughout the service, making sure everything was okay and that I loved how my nails were turning out. Unfortunately, my experience today was one of the worst I've had. I went in for a pedicure and initially asked the technician to apply nail stickers to my toes. She advised against it since I wasn't getting gel polish, which I understood and agreed with. Instead, I asked if she could paint my toenails a darker pink and simply add a small heart design. I believe there was a miscommunication because the technician told me to wait, but she never returned. My toenails were left with only clear polish, and I waited approximately 15-20 minutes before realizing no one was coming back. At that point, I had to leave. Before leaving, I calmly explained to the owner that I believed there had been a misunderstanding. I told her I had explained what I wanted to the technician, but there may have been a language barrier. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, I was asked why I didn't say something sooner, even though I had already explained the situation. I felt the responsibility was shifted onto me rather than the salon taking accountability for the miscommunication. The owner then asked me to come back later that day so they could finish my pedicure. I rearranged my schedule, picked up my son, and returned to the salon. Having to come back was already an inconvenience, but I wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right. This time, I again requested a darker pink polish with a simple heart and a few polka dots. After the service was completed, I was surprised to be charged an additional fee for the design. Considering I had to return because my original service was left unfinished due to the salon's mistake, I don't believe it was appropriate to charge me extra. What disappointed me most wasn't the design fee itself--it was how the situation was handled. There was no ownership of the mistake, I was made to feel responsible for the miscommunication, I had to return to have the service completed, and then I was charged extra for the correction. I've been a loyal customer for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Good customer service isn't about never making mistakes it's about taking responsibility and making things right when they happen. Unfortunately, I don't feel that happened here, and because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this salon if this is how customer concerns are handled.
