My whole family comes here for haircuts and coloring. Truc is seriously awesome! She's super fast but really talented at the same time. As a busy mom, I live for that efficiency LOL. I don't want an hour-long haircut! What I love most is that even as my hair grows out, the layering still holds its shape perfectly. Plus, she doesn't use a razor on my ends, which helps prevent split ends. I really appreciate that. Highly recommend booking an appointment ahead of time, she fills up fast! read more

I went to get my pedicure at n&n nail spa a few shops down from bamboo which is amazing place , I saw the sign on bamboo $25 head massage and blow dry before I asked how much for round brush originally she said $10 but then later $15 which is understandable bc I have long hair so I didn't mind , however the relaxing hair spa is far from relaxing the best part was the extra charge for the blow dry I asked for a 90s blow dry and it looks great but don't recommend the hair spa massage it was very rushed ... my total was $40 and the only part enjoyable was the blow dry also I learned a lesson to ask if they take debit card before getting any service ... I took out my debit card and they apologized zelle I have a credit union zelle gets weird with .. so if you're looking for a good blow out I recommend definitely not even worth $25 relaxing spa head massage read more

had an amazing head spa experience at bamboo salon! was getting coffee next door and saw a deal for a 30 min head spa for $25 and wanted to give it a try. they were able to accommodate a same day appointment for my boyfriend and i! within the 30 min appointment, they washed our hair, along with a neck & shoulder massage and blow dry (also with option of face, but i opted out since i had makeup on) it was the best neck & shoulder massage i had gotten, and i left with my body & head feeling lighter and refreshed. the ladies were also so nice, i will 100% be back the next time i'm in OC! read more

She was very detailed in what I wanted and even asked to see photos and communicated with me to make sure she got my desired outcome correctly. I even got a fade and it looks absolutely phenomenal. Horrible. Total bait & switch. I called the owner to ask if she was available to trim my kids bangs. She said that she was free and to come on in. We rushed to get there and when we got there, she had every seat in her salon filled and tried to pawn her non-licensed worker on us to cut my kids hair. When I asked to just wait for her, she rolled her eyes at us and gave us an attitude. She's lucky I don't report her to the state. read more

I'm already fall in love with this place and always a must stop for myself treat for head massage and haircut. Truc is very professional stylist and has been my favorite. She really takes the time to understand what I want, and the results are always better than I expect . I've been in many massage places but the services were different every time ( the quality was not good as I expected) But when I come to bamboo, i really feel relax and satisfied with the service every single time. He abruptly responded, "Name?" After I gave him my name, he put me on hold without saying a word. A few minutes later, he came back on the line, but I couldn't clearly hear what he said, so I politely asked him to repeat it. His response was, "We're super busy in the store, okay? Your medication is ready," and then he hung up. The next day, I went through the drive-thru to pick up my medication. I waited for a while, and no one greeted me or acknowledged that I was there. I finally pressed the call button, and the woman who answered rudely said, "We saw you. We're busy in the store." I'm not sure why they seem to think customers can somehow see how busy they are over the phone or through the drive-thru speaker. Being busy is understandable, but there's no reason to be rude. A simple, "Thank you for waiting. We'll be right with you," would have made all the difference. Courtesy and basic customer service shouldn't disappear just because the store is busy.

Service is slow but friendly so can't say much. There is only one cashier at the register and I only see 2 only during holidays. Overall, they got what I needed and by luck, they're on sales. Parking is easy since they have their own parking and the store is clean, bright and airy.

Female pharmacy tech looks me up and down and walks away. Several people behind the glass and no one seems to care I'm waiting with others in line. When I give info the tech tells me its not ready & there will be a text sent when they're available & just walks away as im asking for an approximate amount of time. Taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

The rest of the store is well-stocked with gifts, flowers and stuffed friends (Squishmallows). I found an excellent supply of CHANSEY Squishmallows from Pokemon and my heart was overjoyed. We came in to buy some flowers for a deceased relative down the street at the Westminster Memorial. My parents said the single roses were $5 each and the bouquets were very expensive! We adapted and bought some flowers, but this felt a little excessive on the store's part. This location is right off Beach and has a 30 min. parking limit.

This store just opened a month ago, but she's been working as a hairstylist for 20 years, starting back in Vietnam. Her family also ran a hair salon, so she's been in the industry for about 28 years in total. She has magic hands and is incredibly passionate about her customers. I've been with her for six years now, and I'm still coming back to her. I had such a great experience at Bamboo Salon. Truc did an amazing job with my layered haircut. She really listened to what I wanted and shaped the layers perfectly to frame my face and add movement to my hair. It looks so natural and stylish!and also this place has shampoo $25 for 30min. It includes neck and shoulder massages because just 30 min so don't expect to much but It will be very convenient if you need to quickly and relax without taking too much of your time. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in with my daughter, and right as we arrived, the hairdresser had just finished cutting a man's hair. Unfortunately, she did not take the time to clean the station--there was hair all over the chair and floor, and the tools she used on him were not cleaned before she asked me to sit down and began using them on me. It felt unhygienic and rushed, and I was very uncomfortable throughout the appointment. I expect basic cleanliness and professionalism at any salon, and this visit did not meet that standard. I feel bad for giving chi Truc bad review earlier so I come back to fix it for her future customers. My hair looks a lot better now after 1 week like Truc said even though it's still not what I expected. So many people asked where I got my haircut and I gave them Truc's information.
