Ordered a shirt in October of 2024. The shirt was shipped to the wrong address in a different part of the United States. I notified Steady of the error. So this is a warehouse usually, and isn't open to the public except once a year for the warehouse sale, around the beginning of December- check their social media for the weekend dates. I look forward to the warehouse sale ever year, because they have great deals, and a few different venders as well. The staff is always great- very attentive, and helpful. The clothing pieces on the outside have the better discounts. They have sample pieces that they don't usually carry on the website- I found this really great button up cropped jacket last year, and it was the only one! Score! They do have lots of skirts, dress, capris, and shirts to choose from- both men and women. They do have changing tents outside, and the mirror is on the outside of the tents. On the inside, they have different deals where you can get 3 skirts for a set price..I'm forgetting now..sorry...but still great prices. They have a huge selection on the inside- more shirts, skirts, dresses, shorts, pants, etc. Men's clothing as well, and also changing rooms. I love Steady clothing. A lot of the clothing is form fitting, but it just seems to fit my body type best. They have a lot of different styles and colors of the high waisted circle skirts, and they even have pockets! read more

I probably purchased five or six different shirts from steady clothing. And the quality just isn't there. Seems are breaking, I'm having to do constant repairs on them. But the latest problem is buttons. The buttons are sewn on with such little care, they come off. So I contacted steady directly and they told me to go to Jo-Ann fabric to buy more buttons. You would think they would stand behind their product. But they don't. Not sure if I'll be making any future purchases. read more

HORRID Customer Service...ordered the Hollywood necklace, when I was emailed the tracking information, it showed it left Anaheim, CA, then after a few other stops, left for Oklahoma. I live in Long Beach, CA. I tried calling, voicemails, emails...no response from the company. Advised me of the wrong size to order and then when it arrived said they wouldn't give me a refund because they had sent the size I had ordered, even though it was on THEIR bad advice. I flew down to Southern California last Friday night to shop at the Steady warehouse sale on Saturday. After a whopping 5 hours of sleep we made it to the sale. It was cold as heck outside. There was a coffee truck outside where I had the BEST White mocha. I wish I knew the name of the company, I would write a great review for them. Well the gates opened and I almost fainted when I found that the purse I was eyeing on the Lux De Ville website was available for only $50 bucks. A wallet for $25. I grabbed those two up and ran before anyone could take them from me. Tops were $20 bucks outside and $30 bucks inside the warehouse. T-shirts $5 bucks. I got a really cute dress for $30 bucks. The staff was extremely helpful with great attitudes. My only complaint is the sizes. I normally wear a 1X in tops. Size 18 in dresses. I had to buy a 3X in all of the items that I purchased. Other than that, I will go back next year. read more

Bought a Workershirt, thinking it has the same measurements than the Bowlingshirts. What happened? It´s too small. Nowhere was a information that the Workershirts have other measurement. Katie from Steady Clothing said she would send me replacement, but i have to pay 29,99 Dollars for shipping (international). Reviews and operating hours on here are misleading. There is only an online store and a warehouse with no public access. There is no physical store to shop at. Why put an address when it's not accessible? Please make it clear that there is no physical shop so people don't waste their time driving down there. read more

I placed an order online with them and they sent the items to me in an envelope instead of a box. I ordered a hair flower, handbag, and shirt. The flower and bag were both damaged in shipping and the shirt did not fit. I ordered the shirt according to the sizing chart, even going up a size from my normal medium to a large and it was still too small. I requested a paid shipping label to return the items, which they did do. In the returned envelope I wrote a letter saying I would exchange the items if 1. They looked over the new item to make sure it looked good 2. applied my previously used coupon code 3. ship the new bag in a box. They choose not to do simple good work and gave me a refund instead. Steady Clothing didn't even have the curtesy to communicate their choice on how to conclude the transaction. I would not suggest ordering from them online they do not provide quality service. read more
