The guy who is in charge of the hats , really rude , one hat label / tag fell and i was trying to fix it , he goes like ( you can not do this ) i said im putting the tag back on , trying to be nice , then i was trying a hat after i took it off he said you sweat alot and he started to take the hat to the back to clean it , at that time i left the shop , never going back again . The two stars are for the very good and friendly service! There's a lot of clothing and so many boots and shoes and leather goods + accessories! You're sure to find something you like and it's very clean! BUT DONT LET THEM CLEAN YOUR BOOTS! I took my boots here years ago and I'm still upset with them. I love the store but I haven't given them any of my money after I took a pair of new boots I'd only worn once to get them cleaned. I didn't wanna ruin them so I took them there thinking they were professionals, but that was a big mistake. I called because it was over the time they gave me to wait and was told they weren't ready. Then when I went in I was told they'd been waiting for me for days so idk what was going on but when I took my boots and I looked at them, really look at them not just see that the mud was gone, they were scratched. Idk who cleaned it and idk what brush they used but it wasn't the right stuff because you could CLEARLY see the scratch marks from whatever rough brush they used. Almost looked like a cat got them to play with or something it was crazy! Anyway, I didn't use those boots again and I feel like I was scammed. I did talk to them but I was told that's "how I'd bright then in" .... Riiiiiiiiiiight , after one use you don't get scratch marks all over it in a brushing pattern. Buy there if you like something, but never take your leather goods to be cleaned, ever! That's why I took three stars off. I'm still annoyed lol read more

Quality of their boots and shirts are really low! I bought a 70 dollar Ariat shirt after the first wash underneath the armpits were stained. First time this has ever happened with any shirt I've bought will never wear again. Now the worst part are the boots! They're peeling and cracking have only been worn twice! 200 dollar boots shouldn't be doing that they're less than 3 months old! I have friends that have boughten cheaper boot's elsewhere and have never gotten this issue! Be careful if you buy from here! Expensive and super low quality ! Tailoring ruined my experience. The service was great and I was looking forward to getting my pants and leaving but they took an hour to give me horrible stitching. The stitching was already falling apart and when I made a complaint the tailor just ripped it out and was going to leave it like that. I had to be persistent to have them redo it although I already know I will be unsatisfied. read more

WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM. I ordered two hats at separate times. First time it took a month to find out they had not shipped it. I hat to drive 45min out of my way to go get the hat. I thought it must of been a one off thing and might of been forgotten so thought I would be nice and just go get it and see the store. I ordered another one with the instructions to don't forget to send the hat. These god dam people ha e made me wait forever! You call then and they don't get back to you, they say they will and just don't then I have to call and call again to get a tracking number and see if it has been shipped. 3 days later I get a UPS tracking number to then find out they just printed the label but UPS has no clue where it is. So they have not taken it to the ups store and is still sitting there after 3 weeks to get a hat that takes one day to get to you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Worst hat company to do anything with. Buy direct from the manufacturer you will get it. These guys are full of shit. And now on top of it they cancel the order and they won't send you confirmation. Sooo I am a loyal person. Especially to personable vendors and awesome service providers. After years of realizing I have been a blessing to entities like these, I have learned to NOT spend my hard earned dollas in support of an establishment that doesn't (at least pretend to) appreciate my patronage. There is too much competition for that. Let me start with the positive... the selection of women's boots, especially, is quite extensive! I don't have a whole lot of experience with western wear but I have fun taste and my taste buds were very tantalized as I gazed upon the cowboy boots with heels in a wide variety of colors in an array of styles comparable to those I had only, previously, seen in Mexico. My interest was peaked, as well, when I saw the plethora of men's shirts they had to offer. As a big-headed person (literally) and an eater, my heart lept with joy to see that their hats come in multiple sizes as the belts do. I, actually, considered blessing this business with another star JUST because of how much I appreciated the extent of their product options. So, why one star? THREE employees had ample opportunity to address and service me as I was the only person in the store - yet they didn't! I was, practically, begging them to give me a reason to spend my money there. When I first walked in, the lady behind the counter looked up at me after I exclaimed "hello!" before turning to a colleague and yelling something in Spanish. Okay... I let that slide. I was determined to enjoy my experience outside of the initial disregard. I was walking around and very audibly ooh-ing and aah-ing as I took in everything. I did this for a while and looked at another associate while doing such to be greeted by a look and a scurry off. Aiite... Finally, after being unable to capture anyone's attention, I approached the third and final worker I saw and asked for the price of a tagless shirt. She told me she would return... and never did! Several minutes later (as I was still perusing), I asked the first encounter lady about the other associate and a price check and she told me she doesn't speak English AFTER I heard her speaking pretty extensive English to someone who called the store!
