I have been coming to the store for a few years since it opened. I moved to Bakersfield, but I still managed to keep myself going back for the T-shirts the flannels the stickers everything I know it's family owned and they have great customer service. The store is clean very organized, they carry certain and different merchandise from different vendors, which is really good. Their flannels from Brixton are very soft and comfortable. They do have a different variety which is great different colors. The price is great. You get what you pay for but I do highly recommend you know whatever you're looking for. I did notice they took some shoes out, the female hush puppies I didn't see them on their display when I went this weekend, but I don't know if they still order them, but they do have a lot of merchandise to select from From children all the way up to adults. They got classic bottle, Brixton and a lot of other things in there but yes, I do highly recommend if you're looking for something and you're not able to find it. You would think that such expensive merchandise you would get top-notch customer service. but not at this store I guess because it's not Beverly Hills. Every time I go to shop here, I want to buy the entire collection of Pendleton flannel's for my husband! Went shopping for boyfriend and their selection of extra large were very limited . What happened to clothing for our handsome big guys ?

If you love the downtown Gunther's then you have to come by to check this bigger location. The selection is much bigger and there's free parking in the back! A ton of good brands on deck here. They have free tacos every once in a while and you have to see this Santa Ana mural in person. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Doing big things! read more

This new location is just as great as the DTSA location- larger space for larger selection of items. This is the one shop my boyfriend and i go to for his Pendletons and Redwings. From my recent visit i noticed they carry Tres Noir sunglasses and got myself a pair, cant beat the price on a quality pair of sunglasses. I would never be writing this review but this has happened to me several times when I have gone. They are never opened on time. It really sucks! Went to both stores today. We got there at 11:15 because they said they opened at 11 the place was closed waited till 11:30 they finally opened.Customer service wasn't really up to par. We bought our stuff left went to the other store. Same thing customer service sucked!! When I left both establishments I was like why did I buy anything from these stores. I should've taken my business elsewhere I I work hard for my money and I would like to spend it where I get good customer service. I would go back if customer service was better.
