Anywho she asked the other "manager" a question on my receipt? Came back and asked for my name and phone number ? Never had that happened . Then asked why they needed my name and number if they have the receipts , said it was policy , okay fine . Then proceeded to keep both my original receipts , asked for 1 back because I had other purchased items on it , tried to tell me no because "they need it " not sure why I wasn't able to take back my own receipts to begin with . Wanted to shop around to buy some necessities but they were overly rude so I decided to leave . Horrible service.

Exactly the same as last two. They came from the Return Center again, and looked as they've been worn and returned. Took them to this DSW CM location to return. Got excellent service by Rene. Like the associates at the other store location, he agreed that the shoes appeared to have been worn. Rene was very pleasant and courteous. Indeed, DSW always has great customer service. The warehouse, however, needs to be more careful and pay attention to what they send customers. Can't send customers used/worn shoes! Not good. And DSW should not put the returned shoes back in stock and mix them in with new shoes to ship to customers. In-store Customer service: 6/5 Shipping/warehouse: 1/5.

I've been to the MainPlace location and found a much better selection and better deals there. The employees here just didn't seem knowledgeable or interested in helping. I'd skip this location and go to MainPlace instead.

I've been to all 3 of their stores and all 3 of them give excellent customer service !!! They never act rude, or bothered to help you out . Recently I was at the Main Street store and Frank and his team went above and beyond for me . They waited for me on Christmas Eve , during the rain storm just so I could grab my gift to someone !!! . Every time I leave their store with a purchase I always feel like I got more than my money's worth . Imagine walking into a mine shaft full of gold. This place has everything you'd need from workwear to a night out (if your style is casual) I've purchased boots for my husband here, shoes for myself, many shirts and Pendleton's and just about had a field day picking out sunglasses for the family for Christmas. Gunther's back way into an area where they stock more Pendleton Board shirts along with other type I have ever seen since 1960's... I found the place and when I walked in I was first greeted, Welcome...and then I noticed the huge selection of work clothes and casual selection of shirts and T-shirts. This has gotta be Santa Ana's best kept secret because although it took me a few times to walk by to finally enter I was upset I hadn't checked it out sooner. With so many options from clothing to footwear and other unique items I would recommend to anyone to check it out. read more

I called and asked and they changed their response saying that they can't apply discounts for things that are ordered from their warehouse. Initially their employee said I could use the discount once the boots got there. Horrible service they need to be more careful with their promotions.
