    Sweet potato bread! Delicious!
    MJ L.

The best thing about this meal was the sweet potato brand. It is undeniably delicious although ours was not hot on the inside. The rest of the dinner really paled in comparison. The pepperoni flatbread was like a frozen pizza from Costco and the $27 brisket burger was so thin that I thought the kitchen made it wrong. It tasted okay but the value wasn't there. Plus, they claimed it comes with marinated heirloom tomatoes and that didn't happen. The service was good. When I asked about the super thin patty, the server offered to bring a new one or take it off the bill. We weren't trying to get our meal comped so we rejected the idea. Our bill was $100 after tip and we left there hungry.

Cheeseburger and fries. The flatbread pizza was amazing as well

We flew in from LA to Orlando and staying at the Marriott and just had a wonderful meal at Whisper Creek Farm. The burgers and flat bread were delicious! Great place to eat if you you are in Orlando.

We came here to grab a drink before the Magic Show. A few of us ordered the sweet heat which was their take on a spicy margarita. It was delicious! Someone else ordered a dirty martini and that was good too. We ordered a few bites, the burger was pretty good and sweet potato rolls were tasty. Overall, good experience.

Good restaurant to grab a quick bite at before seeing the magic show. The sweet heat drink was delicious. The appetizer (sweet potato bread) was good but would have been better if it was served warm. I enjoyed the burger and the brussel sprouts were amaaazing so yummy. My husband had the steak and said it was okay. My brother in law had the shrimp poboy but was disappointed in the portion size and kinda bland flavor profile. Server was friendly and it didn't take long to get our food. Overall 4 stars!

While staying at the Ritz my father and I ate at the kitchen at the JW Grande Lakes. Svet was our server was he not only smart in working with my food allergies but he was also very kind in letting me know what I could do on the menu. I ordered the Steak Frites with a side salad and broccoli, my father ordered the po boy with fries and ketchup. I got the tofutti sorbet in the chocolate flavor for dessert. The inside of the kitchen is a farm to table restaurant with modern decor and a luxurious feeling interior. I highly recommend this restaurant inside the JW Grande Lakes resort. 10/10

Farm-to-table restaurant inside the JW Marriott Grande Lakes. I was recommended the restaurant from the staff when I was checking into the hotel and while I like the concept and the convenience of being right by the lobby, the restaurant fell short. The yellow tail, shown under the "large plates" section of the menu was a rather small portion especially considering the price. It was too salty as well. Service was friendly despite it being busy, but I wouldn't recommend the place based on what I got.

I never miss an opportunity to eat here when I can! I love the fresh locally grown food! I was very happy to see they extended their hours to include lunch. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is laid back with a couple of televisions to follow the games. Sharon is our favorite bartender/server. She makes the best cocktails and is always very attentive regardless of how busy. The only downside is that because the ingredients are all locally sourced, the menu often changes based on what's fresh and available so if you love a menu item, it may not be there the next time. The good news is, everything is delicious! We've dined here many times and I have yet to be disappointed.

Really good breakfast bar while we stayed at the hotel. They had so many options (including omelette station), breakfast Mimosas included and beautiful cozy outdoor seating. All the employees were also friendly and welcoming.

I was in town for a conference and decided to check this restaurant out. Upon a quick yelp review, the food looked great, but I did not realize that it was in the hotel. Ambience walking in, was really good! However, when we sat down, our server seem very unenthused. She did not seem excited to greet us, offer suggestions, or wait on our table. The menu seemed a little limited with only a few options. We did have the sweet potato bread, which is really good with the honey butter. For dinner I had the Fried chicken sandwich and my friend got the fish tacos. Both were yummy. The espresso martini was subpar. We did not get dessert, but the options did look appetizing. The restaurant itself is really nice and there is a nice outdoor patio area. It would be great if you were staying in the hotel and needed something, but I would not visit this restaurant again.

Was very busy so our initial wait was about 45 minutes. But my girl friend and I each order a drinks, and waited out in the front lobby with our boys until seated We were sat at a table that had a level issue, and he without a word, went to fix the issue for us. So it would bother us for the evening, which we all greatly appreciated. When asked he gave his personal opinion on the dishes based on what he felt we might like the most and why. Which helped selecting a lot easier, since it was based on what he's tried, plus what other guests had tried and liked or didn't like. Appetizers: Birria tacos Sliders Main course: Pork chop Brisket Catch of the day (Red Snapper) Steak pots Dessert: Florida Strawberry tart The Mighty Peanut Chocolate Pie Overall: Food was absolutely delicious and service was spectacular. Our waiter was extremely friendly, was helpful and gave his honest opinion and went above and beyond for us. We really wish we remembered our waiters name from that night, because serious kudos to him.

I was going back and forth between the Michelin recommended restaurants (Primo & Knife & Spoon) located at the Grande Lakes Resorts. But I landed on their sister restaurant Whisper Creek Farm: The Kitchen, which is housed at the JW Marriott. WCFTK provides a farm-to-table experience with local and sustainable products. The onsite Whisper Creek Farm is home to chickens and a 7,000 square foot fruit and vegetable garden. WCFTK has a modern style with dard woods and televisions throughout. There is also ample patio seating. Customer service was solid. The food and beverage arrived within an appropriate time frame. What I Ordered: Peach Cobbler Moonshine Crispy Brussel Sprouts Lettuce Wraps The Peach Cobbler Moonshine was one of the best moonshines I have had. It tasted like a peach dessert and the slice of peach at the bottom of the beverage was a treat. The Brussel Sprouts were memorable. I loved the buffalo lime vinaigrette and mojo emulsion. The candied pecans added a great crunch. If I could change one thing, it would be for slightly crispier sprouts. I really wanted to like Lettuce Wraps, especially given their presentation on a board and the playfulness of the meal. I liked the pickles, peppers, and the crispness of the cucumber. However, the pickled squash lacked acid and the coffee-rubbed short rib salt. While I appreciated the herbaceous quality of the chermoula, the turmeric overpowered the green mango. I am hoping to return to Orlando sooner than later. The flatbreads, especially the Marg-a-roni, looked tasty.

    Steak and fries

The food was mehh, except for the mac & cheese. Food quality for the price that you pay does not matchup. The service was good. The atmosphere is nice, especially when you're watching a game. We were there watching the college football game. The cleanliness I would say is moderate. I wouldn't go back though.

Crispy Brussel Sprouts and the Wedge Salad

I had the opportunity to stay at JW Marriott Grande Lakes in late October. Venturing off property for lunches and dinners wasn't an option for me, and I decided to make The Kitchen my home base for meals. Aside from the delectable menu, I was thoroughly impressed with how personable and attentive the servers were, especially Zoe. Growing up in a rural area, my family's kitchen dining area was the social hub of the house. From meals to card games, the kitchen was the place that created many core memories. On a few occasions, Zoe would pull up a seat and converse with me, instantly taking me back to the kitchen of my childhood and teenage years. My time at Whisper Creek Farm: The Kitchen was nothing short of amazing. I 15/10 recommend this restaurant, especially if you desire interactive wait staff, tasty food, and a serene atmosphere.

Is anyone welcome or is it only guests at the JW? Because I live nearby, was just curious

The restaurant is open to the public. You can valet park upon arrival at JW Marriott and your server will validate your parking.

Let's focus on the positives first: the atmosphere is incredibly fun and the live music Saturday night was a perfect touch at the bar. There were plenty of fun activities for the kids and there was an all-you-can-eat buffet for the kids with fried chicken and shrimp, macaroni and cheese, fries, and red velvet cupcakes. $25 is a deal if your child would chow down on shrimp, but it might not be a great deal if your child is usually full after four bites. Our server was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very attentive. We started off the dinner with some fantastic deviled eggs and a lemon cello cocktail. I ordered the shrimp and grits and was really disappointed with the tiny, overcooked shrimp and crawfish that accompanied the slightly bland grits. The shrimp on the kids buffet was at least four times larger than the sad little shrimp in my dish. I think the sausage was cut into smaller chunks just so it wouldn't be so obvious how small the shrimp was. My husband didn't love his heirloom tomato salad and said the Wagyu appetizer was disgusting. Dessert was mediocre. The macarons that accompanied my crème brûlée were stale and chewy. This is a fun spot for a drink and appetizer, but I would skip eating dinner at Highball & Harvest.

I went with my brother and sister-in-law, and the food was excellent. The lemon pepper dry rub wings were absolutely amazing--crispy, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. They were so good I jokingly wanted to bite my fingers afterward! I also tried the Honey Thai wings, but they just weren't for me because I don't really enjoy spicy food. That's completely a personal preference, though. The edamame was fresh and tasty, and the appetizers we shared were all very good. Even though the restaurant was completely packed, the service was impressive. I expected a long wait, but I was seated almost immediately, and our server kept everything moving smoothly despite how busy it was. The only downside is the parking. There isn't convenient parking directly in front of the restaurant, so you'll need to park in the nearby garage, take the elevator down, and walk over. The good news is that parking on the top floor is free. Along the walk, there were several outdoor vendors selling fresh fruit drinks, roasted corn, sweet treats, and small shopping items, which made the walk a little more enjoyable. Overall, this Yard House delivered great food, efficient service, and a fun atmosphere. If you're visiting International Drive and looking for a great place to eat, I definitely recommend stopping by. I'll absolutely be back!

There were several places to choose from, but this one seemed like a good fit because it wasn't overly loud, and we wanted to be able to hear each other. We initially sat outside, but we were told they had stopped serving the outdoor seating area, so we moved inside. Rather than wait for a server, we decided to order directly from the bar since it seemed like the faster option. There weren't enough seats at the bar for our group of five, so we grabbed a nearby booth. The bartender was friendly, and our drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. Although people were not coming in, but some people were eating, and enjoying drinks throughout the restaurant, it seemed like the staff had started cleaning up for the night. A server came over, and we explained that we were only there for drinks. After we received our drinks from the bar, he returned and told us that we would soon have to get up so he could clean the table. Seriously? I looked around and saw several other tables where some guests were simply sitting, talking, and enjoying their drinks. They weren't eating either. It made us feel as though, because we had only ordered beverages, we weren't as welcome as everyone else. I chose not to let one person's behavior ruin our evening because I'd rather believe that one employee doesn't represent the entire establishment. In fact, the bartender was great, and the drinks were very well made. What disappointed me was the server's attitude. I wasn't aware that ordering drinks at a restaurant with a full bar wasn't enough to be considered a paying customer, especially when there weren't enough bar stools to accommodate our group. His approach came across as rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Needless to say, we were not going to get up until we had finished out drinks, and we did not. I may return to try the food because the drinks were impressive, but if I ever encounter that same server again, I definitely won't be sitting in his section.
