I am not making this up, call yourself and ask to speak to the manager on Duty or better yet be an undercover owner visiting your own establishment to gather information with your own eyes. My side salad came out with my entrée at the same time, which is kind of a pet peeve of mine, but maybe I should've asked that it come out ahead of my hot food .
