Shrimp, Filet Mignon & Lobster. More lobster (served in the lobster tail) but I forgot to snap a photo.

I decided to treat myself because it's costly. I got the trio of Lobster, Filet Mignon and shrimp. Food was tasty but one garlic butter sauce isn't enough. lol. I opted for fried rice and there was plenty (more than I needed) in the container. The veggies could have been more flavorful but the customer service was excellent and it wasn't that long of a wait - maybe because I was there early on a Friday before the evening rush. They said it would be about 30 minutes but it wasn't quite that long. I would go again ... when I have some extra coins. The photo is missing some of the portion of lobster and steak because I started eating before i remembered to take A picture. LOL. One note: if you want steak and you're getting it to go, remember that the meat is going to continue to cook a little more so consider that if you're ordering rare, med rare or well done.

Decided to come here with my best friend who was in from out of town. She is pretty big on hibachi style food so we went there. I was surprised when I walked in that it was basically a meat market set up, but that it had no smell, which was excellent! Everything looked really clean very bright like they weren't trying to dim the lights and hide anything from you. The lady helped us with the menu and placed our order when we first walked in since we already knew what we wanted to eat lol We came on a weekend night, the last dodger game. The vibes were chill. Everybody was actually really welcoming. I guess the Dodgers playing put everyone in a good mood lol The parking lot was exactly what it needed to be a few parking spots in a lot of street parking depending on the daytime. I'm sure Moore could have been available. Outside was very chill it was a perfect California night not colder than 65° and I loved that the hibachi Grill was not right on our table lol cause I don't like that personally The food was made pretty fast to order and I ended up ordering another salmon plate to go! The plate was packed with food! I did also order the noodles for us to share The only thing I would add for improvement would be garnishes, maybe on the noodles, some green onion, and sesame seeds but other than that, everything went perfect, and the Dodgers won!

Ok. We went there after seeing raving reviews from IG and these IG foodie influencers. Idk what they are eating and call themselves foodie and made these raving comments. I don't think it's worth the price. The fried rice texture is not my standard. I am Chinese so I know what fried rice should taste like. I originally wanted steam rice but the lady that took my order said I really should get the fried rice instead because it's so good. I took her recommendation and it was not my standard of fried rice. I don't think our dinner was worth a total of $133.

I had the pleasure to meet the owners. Little Richardo took our order, while Elli stood by to assist if needed. Mariah assisted us with condiments and Richardo Sr. approached us prior to leaving to ensure we all enjoyed our experience. We drove up from Ventura County after seeing this come across my social media pages. It was well worth the journey. Sr. shared they are open daily, and function as a butcher shop. The meat options are truly grade A+++ the Tomahawk During the week they have a limited menu M-Th and taco Tuesday. However, F-Sun are their Hibachi nights.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was my first time trying this restaurant, and I was excited because it's close to home in Inglewood. I ordered the filet, lobster, and shrimp plate for $55 plus tax. When I got home, my boyfriend separated the food into three plates for me, my son, and himself. As I started eating, I realized there was no lobster at all on my plate. We immediately called the restaurant. The lady who answered first said they could Zelle it, so I asked if she could simply Zelle me the price difference for the lobster I never received. She agreed at first, then suddenly changed her mind and told me to come in instead. I explained it was pouring rain and very inconvenient, and again asked for the Zelle. She refused. When I asked for a manager, the situation got even worse. The manager was extremely rude. He told me to take a picture, even though the food had already been separated and partially eaten because we were hungry. Instead of asking the cook if the lobster was actually put on the plate, he accused me of lying. I made it clear I wasn't asking for a full refund -- just the lobster I paid for. He said he would Zelle me, and I could hear staff laughing in the background. He never sent anything. At this point, it feels like something they do often, and I definitely felt scammed. This place is overpriced, unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. What I received was absolutely not worth the $65 I spent. Beware -- I will never be returning.

We went for the hibachi and it did not disappoint! Pulling up, the aroma permeated the whole neighborhood! YUM!!! Ordering was easy. We chose to eat on site. We had the steak and shrimp with fried rice and veggies. So much food! Enough for leftovers which tasted even better! Looking forward to going again soon. Also, It is a meat market! All the cuts looked nice and fresh! Definitely know where to go when I'm looking for something special.

I had the worst experience here. I came in with high expectations after hearing great things on social media, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. I ordered the chicken and steak hibachi with rice, and within 30 minutes I began experiencing severe food poisoning symptoms--nonstop vomiting and diarrhea that lasted 2-3 days. I became dehydrated and couldn't eat solid food for quite some time. This was by far one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I've ever had. Try at your own risk. read more

The food is so delicious, and the service was amazing. I would definitely recommend if you like hibachi. The sauces are great enhancements to the meal. So stuffed at the end. Mainly a take out spot, but if you come early there is seats available. read more

I had been seeing a post of Steak La on my IG page and wanted to check it out, so this past Sunday my husband and I decided to go after leaving Church. On Friday , Saturday and Sunday they do a hibachi. This place is very clean . The owner and family were very friendly. We ordered the filet Mignon, Shrimp and lobster. The steak was cooked to our liking. The shrimp and lobster were very tasty. Great atmosphere. You can take out or eat in there patio area. I highly recommend this place! read more

Loved Steaks LA--great, family-run vibe in cozy neighborhood. We ordered the hibachi trio: steak, shrimp, and chicken, all seared beautifully with rich, buttery flavor. The fried rice had nostalgic vibes, with extra garlic butter on the side. Generous portions; we took our meals home and were satisfied with a little room for more we saved for the next day. I grew up in Inglewood and still reside here. This is my unbiased opinion though - this place is bomb!! Let's start with how everything is clean & organized!! The market has several cuts of meats, drinks and snacks. The owners are friendly & helpful. It has a family business feel - although I didnt ask but there were some older kids that helped with taking orders and checking people out! It was great to see the kids helping! As for the food-top notch!! The hibachi plate I got was steak/lobster/shrimp! The filet mignon was tender and the lobster was juicy!! The flavoring was perfect and they give you several other side condiments such as garlic sauce and a spicy sauce too! Dont forget to get the noodles!! They are spicy and delicious, they go well with the plate which already comes with rice and veggies-yum! I want more just writing about it!! Im definitely returning & bringing visitors here!! My newwwww lil Sunday spot!! I had the trio Filet Mignon Salmon and Shrimp thinking it would be around $50. But after I added a soda and fried rice I was already up to 60 bucks!! ....w/no ice for my soda lol. It was flavorful and good! I loved watching the chefs on the grill. I will be back!! read more

Not only by far the best hibachi in the LA area, but a family-owned and operated establishment that is a complete vibe. We pulled up on a Friday night, and a saxophonist was playing live when we walked in. The place was super clean, the service was high-caliber, and we only waited 10 minutes for the food. We ordered a couple lobster-filet-shrimp trio meals. The food was unreal! High quality, well-flavored, and large portions. The owners are amazing people who have built something truly special in Inglewood. We are huge fans and will be back regularly! TEN STARS ! read more

Yesterday I was treated by the owner Richard. Rolled out the best service. My combo, Lobster, /chicken and Shrimp was excellent. The garlic butter blended into the fried rice amazing, The atmosphere was as if I was at a family function. I will definitely be returning. This a was great place! Food was tasty with lots of flavor. I wish the rice could have more veggies in it and add some chicken or shrimp. The seating could be better but it's not really made to eat there just order and pickup and go. I will definitely go back soon. They give you plenty to eat on your plate and the lobster was cooked just right not over cooked like some places do. Better than Benihana's and Tokoyo Steak house read more

All I can really say is AMAZING!! The people, food and ambiance is a complete vibe. We've tried hibachi from probably hundreds of spots from various states and Steaks LA is the only one I'm constantly in need of. I drove 1.5 hours from Palmdale just to catch the hibachi night to have a work date night wi the my wife last Sunday and I will be back today. If you love an excellent hibachi and excellent service then you'll definitely love this place. (I don't have any pictures to add because I always start chowing down before I think to take any lol) read more

My husband and I ate at steaks LA and we ordered the combo plates that had shrimp and chicken. The shrimp were nice meaty medium size shrimp I think we got about seven shrimp, and the chicken was nice tender cubed. We ordered it with fried rice which was three dollars extra and then you got veggies with it. They were a little short on the veggies. I should say skimpy on the veggies. The guy said that they're already pre-portioned but they're not they pow on a whole bunch of veggies on the grill and then serve from the grill so they're not pre-portioned we got shorted on the veggies. The food was good nice little neighborhood spot with a meat market inside the only negative thing I could say is they're a little pricey We paid $42 for one soda and one combo plates if they bring the cost down anywhere around $19.99 to even say $22.99, I think they would do a lot more business. It's a neighborhood joint not much parking just an FYI so look to park on the street The service was good. The cooks were very nice. I would recommend if you don't mind spending the money. I am not a cheap person by any means, but some things need to really be worth the cost, but the food was good. I would not have been happy though to spend $85 if my husband and I both got a plate. The ambience is cute kinda like a little patio vibe with the cookout there cooking like Benihana so that was pretty fun to watch. Again, I would highly recommend if you don't mind spending the money even though you can get the same food and quality at Waba Grill for a lot less of a cost, but I wish this establishment all the best read more

OMGGGG!!!!! I am so glad I drove from Victorville to Inglewood. The food was absolutely Amazing the flavor was flavoring the portion sizing was more then enough for lunch for the next day.. Customer service was on point everyone was very friendly.. Me and my husband enjoyed our dinner on there patio lit up with patio lighting and outdoor heaters we will definitely be back ... Excellent service, great meal! The outdoor waiting area is well covered. Plenty of street parking if the lot is full. It gets crowded, but the wait is worth it. (I was disappointed they no longer offer rib eye steak as an option.) read more

They offer Nancy Silverton's special mix of beefs for perfectly juicy burgers (available in 1/4 pound and 1/3 pound raw patties.)

Then I had to pry and figure out where he bought them. The first time I looked for the stand, I couldn't find it and gave up. The second time, I figured it out and it's to the right of the second fruit and veggie stand when you walk in (which has really good produce actually). I've bought maybe half of their stuff here. My favorites are as follows: The prime bone in ribeye is the best thing they have here. It's better than A LOT of restaurants. The cow is from California and it's all that special stuff that you want in a quality piece of meat. Next is the veal chop. Then it's the Niman ranch pork chop. After that it's the breakfast sausages, then it's the bacon. The taste on these items are absolutely insane. I think it's one of the things that got me back into cooking, because you can buy a quality restaurant tier pork chop for $12.99 a pound, and you don't have to go drop over $50 (maybe even $60 or $70 now from inflation) for the same type of pork chop at a restaurant. For the non Japanese Wagyu cuts, I personally don't like the flavor as much. But that's a personal preference. Some people love non Japanese Wagyu over prime but I don't. Anyway here's some pictures of the meat. Oh yeah the service is really good and the ambiance is nice because you're at the farmer's market!
