I requested a standard carpet cleaning for 4 rooms and was quoted $199 (before tax) over the phone by Mr. Jon, the owner. ~$50/room for the cleaning I received? Absolutely worth it!! Mr. Jimmy and Mr. Darian showed up 20 minutes before the estimated arrival window, which worked out wonderfully. They bootied up, inspected each of the rooms, and got right to work. The cleaning solution has a strong scent of wintergreen, but it's not unpleasant, and it dissipates quickly after getting sucked up at the end of the process. Still far and away a better smell than chemicals or gag-inducing perfume. The fellas were done with the four small/medium rooms in under 45 minutes. Any previous dog stains were *GONE* and the carpet looked terrific. I wasn't around at the 4-6 hour mark, but the next day when I tested the carpet, it was perfectly dry. I'm very pleased and understand why Steamer's is so highly rated. Happy to further contribute to that rating! read more

Keeping the windows closed and air flow going carpet dried fast. Products used are kid and pet friendly so it was safe to walk on after cleaning/while drying. Last week I had another carpet cleaning company come out by a similar name they did an awful job. They refused to come back out, so I posted a bad review on Yelp. And of course I accidentally posted it on the wrong company ‍ Steamers Carpet Cares page. The owner of Steamers Carpet Care reached out to me and offered to come out and clean my carpets because of my bad experience with the other company. I literally cried! Who does that now a days? My husband usually deals with this, but he is about to pass away from Stage 4 Cancer so this was a HUGE blessing!!! The men that cleaned my carpet were very professional and did an EXCELLENT job!!! Steamer's Carpet Care is amazing. They came to our house today in San Antonio to clean our ducts (which had already been inspected by a remediation company) and found areas of mold in the vents that the first company had not found. Really impressive since these areas were far away from the places of water damage we knew about in our house--proof of how thorough Steamer's people were. Because the mold has to be treated first, Steamer's will be coming back after the treatment has been completed. BUT before they left, they vacuumed (even though I saw no carpet mess), sealed off the problem vents, and were kind and patient. I am already so impressed. Professional, competent, reassuring. A couple months ago I had the Steamer's Carpet Care team come and clean a set of large couches that had some stubborn dirt stuck in them. I tried getting it out myself but never had much luck. Two technicians showed up early on a Saturday morning to work around my busy weekday schedule. They were very thorough and completed everything very quickly. The couches took a little while to dry completely but they looked pretty great when all was said and done. After working with the owner (Jon) and the Steamer's team a few more times since then, I cannot say enough good things about them. We've used Steamer's Carpet Care several times since moving to Texas. Their techs are always courteous and efficient. We are renting a house that is nearly all carpet with some tile in the kitchen. We've used them for both carpet care and grout care. It makes such a huge difference. Recently, I called them in an emergency situation and they came within the hour and made such a huge difference. We had one of our friends drop a pretty new puppy with us and of course puppies have accidents. I was seeing stains in our carpet that I was pretty sure were not going to come out. The Steamer's Carpet guys came out and I was out of town while they cleaned but my wife texted me pictures and I couldn't believe that the stains were gone.
