I was there once, it was a jump and bump kinda atmosphere. Its mainly for the younger crowd unless you like to dance to rap music.

One of my favorite venues that I have EVER been too and I have been to quite a few with my Husband…read more Everyone here is always so darn happy and very quick with getting my answers to the questions that I have when I come here! One thing I love about this venue is their free shuttle system that takes you to your car (which is free parking) during the concerts. The venue is on the smaller side so it feels more intimate for the artists. There are a few areas where seating is obstructed but they do mention that when buying tickets. One tough thing about this venue is the merch line usually tends to get MASSIVE and I have seen people miss a handful of songs while waiting in it if an artist takes the stage. Bathrooms are usually clean but they are scattered around so you may need to hunt for them. Drink prices are pretty reasonable and they usually have a drink of the night that is slightly discounted. They also have a reusable cup that you can bring throughout the night for a couple dollars off refills!

They lack coverage of the near pit area, especially pit 2 (center), so the mix is extremely muddy when you see a driving rock band. You get a lot of low frequency (bass and kick drum) that eats up the mid-range frequencies of the vocals, keyboard and guitar solos. They needed to put "fill" speakers over the stage to project down to get adequate coverage. Being an amphitheater with no real walls, mixing this venue was always going to be a challenge. But there is a design issue to could be rectified. Otherwise, the venue is fine. Parking is a bit of a hassle since most people have to shuttle from a remote lot, and there will be (sometimes long) waits for shuttles, but they do have a system. Food is up and down. Look for the food trucks parked to the right of the concessions as you walk up. You sometimes find some good options there. Everything else is basic "ballpark" fare. Bathrooms seemed fine. Just a couple of them so you will wait at peak times, but people move thru quickly. Not a bad venue other than the sound issue. Probably fine if you want to jump around and dance to your favorite band without hearing any definition in the sound, or if you see and act that is not so driving (saw Allison Krause there last year and her more sparse, delicate sound played well there). Toad The Wet Sprocket and Men at Work tonight, ugh. Couldn't hear the keyboards, much of the guitar work, or any of the lyrics all night long.
