From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, organized, and genuinely helpful. We had a small issue with our seats, and the team at the information booth handled it quickly and kindly they went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved so we could fully enjoy the show. One moment that really stood out was in the women's restroom, there was a staff member managing the line, and she was absolutely incredible. She kept things moving efficiently, maintained a positive and upbeat attitude, and truly made what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a big impact on the overall experience. The venue itself has such a great atmosphere, clean, well-run, and very family friendly. Pollstar consistently ranks The St. Augustine Amphitheater number three on it's ranking of the top 50 international amphitheaters.

Tucked inside the lodge is Sandhill Stage - where they host concerts as fundraisers throughout the year. It is a small & intimate room - when we visited, there were about 100 guests - full house! Donations for the shows are suggested and due to the size, you must reserve your seats ahead of time. We came to watch The Krickets - a band of women that originally came together in a benefit concert for a friend (named Cricket). Their sound - sirens of the Spanish moss- perfectly matched the serene Southern setting at Sandhill Stage. Beautiful evening at a real gift to the area.
